Worst place to buy a car its no wonder they lost their Mitsubishi contract. No longer a Mitsubishi Dealer they are only a Dealer now for Volkswagen WORST IDEA...DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They are very nice when you walk-in the fist time after they get you to sign and buy a car... then you know who they all are. I've had the worst experience with them and now I'm in the process of filing a law suit (I need a good lawyer). They still haven't fix the 4WD ERROR ON MY CAR NOW I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER DEALER NOW. George told me i wouldn't be stuck with it but now I'm stuck with it.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I normally do not write comments. But, I needed to do this for an outstanding person Mr William. He loves waht he does and serves you with a SMILE. He makes sure the work is dkne and have you out in a timely manner. Whenever, you visit that location for service to your vehicle. Pleas make sure you as for Mr. William.You are an outstanding asset for this company and hope to see you for a very longtime to come. Please train the other staff in providing outstandimg customer service with respect and dignity to all.

Worst place to get an oil change. I had an appointment and yet I had to wait 3 hrs just for the oil change. They also recommended me for an air filter change which costs 69$, but they ended up changing two filters which I did not authorize. They wasted half of my working day. Never ever going back here.

This location is so packed! Due to the time of the year (right before Christmas) they said they couldn t look at my car till January. Customer service was nice though, I was able to speak to someone as soon as I got there.

Terrible experience, intentionally damaged the timing chain on my car so they can say they can fix it and charge $5,000 for it . I simply went in for a diagnostic and the car comes out making an extremely loud noise which did not occur prior to bringing the car there , do not go to that location

Dishonest, scammers, and spammers! I was informed that an additional repair was necessary for my car, only to discover that the vehicle remained parked and ready for pickup, untouched.Be aware that they will spam your emails and texts for the rest of your life no matter how many times you unsubscribe.

It was my first experience dealing with the Volkswagen Official Service Center. I was choosing between the one in Bay Ridge and this Brooklyn Location. Ended up going here.Made an appointment on the phone. Came at 10:45 precisely. Brian was a really nice manager who took care of all the paperwork. All I needed is NYS inspection, oil change and filters replacement. I was told it'd take 2 hrs. I ended up waiting 3,5 hours before I got my car back. Need to mention that there were other people in the waiting room screaming and complaining about a long wait. They gave me my car back all dirty inside, no wonder they were trying to offer complimentary car wash.Next day car's engine light popped up. Guess what? Computer says "Reduce the oil", they've put too much oil in. Had to pour off about 2 quarts at least.Oil change + NYS inspection + Filters Replacement = $315.Think twice before going to that official service, as for me If they can't do simplest thing as proper oil change I would not trust them on more complicated repairs.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

They left my car on the street with my expired sticker and I got 3 tickets that they failed to tell me about when I picked up my car. Now those tickets have late penalties on them and I owe $300 to the city because they won t take responsibility, even though my sticker expired while in service that they took months to complete. Unethical and will not return.

In December 2022 I brought my 2014 Jetta Hybrid to this location for service on two issues: the transmission disengaged sometimes when the weather was cold and the horn had stopped working. I dropped off the car, they looked at it and told me that neither part could be repaired. They quoted $6700 for a new transmission and $300 for a new horn. Plus the service agreement said I would have to pay a minimum $300 for the evaluation. I was very unhappy with these options so I did some research on my own. I found that the parts for a horn cost much less than $300, so I called them and negotiated the price down to $180. Then I found out that Volkswagen had issued a service recall for the transmission, and the car needed a software update. This service center had suggested I pay $6700 to replace the transmission when they hadn't even checked for recalls and software updates! Simultaneously the horn started working again on its own. I was furious. I met with the owner and he blamed his staff. I will never go back to this service site.

State inspection.I wanted to express outstanding professionalism from Jessica, Trisha the receptionist and Herman are a great representation of the dealership. However the Vallet Edwin is horrible customer service. Edwin is rude and dismissive. I give him a zero with customer service.Services: Wheel alignment, A/C installation & repair

Please! Listen to all of these one-star reviews: this is THE WORST VW dealership I've ever dealt with. The offending service agent has been called out in other reviews, I won't repeat his name. But everything said equals my experience-- I was told that my car would be available same day, but I returned and nope... car hasn't been worked on. In my case, they said that no one worked on it because they needed to order parts... ONE WEEK LATER, no one has called to update me on ANYTHING. They would RARELY ever answer the phone in service, or somehow mysteriously they would "oops, we accidentally dropped the call." And oh yeah, of course the service receptionist was absolutely rude every time I got ahold of her... I have no idea how she keeps a job.Very long (and horrific!) story short: I had to go over and demand that they give me my car back. They hadn't done anything to it, nor ordered parts. Foolishly, I thought they would be chastened and rush to get the work done... nope, it took them an additional week to do the work. I had to call VW CORPORATE and file a complaint to get them to address that they had my car and to get get a manager to call me back. Once they did the work, they truly shrugged off the fact that they had my car 2 times for a week. It was insulting and poor, poor customer service. NEVER AGAIN. Owner beware!!

Do not use Brooklyn Volkswagen to purchase a vehicle. The car I purchased has numerous amounts of work that needs to be done which I wasn t aware of and you cannot get appointment nor did they have any loaner vehicles. The service department versus the sales department are to complete different companies apparently. The SALES department was very nasty and rude and nonchalant, and explained to me that I need to pacifically contact the service department and not them. They will lie to you.Very unprofessional and lousy pathetic service.

DO NOT . I REPEAT DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. I came in for a simple diagnostic test and I left with more issues and the manager insisted that the problem was not their fault even if the car was in their care and persisted to try to add on service charges if I wanted it fixed .

Dishonest about services they provided. They said they could perform all my needed recalls and told me everything would be done in a few hours. Waited there for 6 hours only to be told they couldn t finish that day and I d have to come back tomorrow to pick up my car. When I went back the next day they said they were unable to do the most important safety recalls and I d have to go to a different location to get those completed. Complete waste of time to go there since I will need to go somewhere else now anyway and they should have known that from the start.

I went to Autozone for a battery replacement. They totally messed up my Atlas. They shocked the ECU and the car won't start up anymore. Had to tow the SUV to this VW service center.I was assisted by Herman. Herman is a true professional. He provided great customer service! I knew what was going on with my repair service the whole time. Herman was able to source the ECU part earlier than expected and got me on the road again! I definitely recommend this service center for your auto needs. And hopefully you can get Herman on your service. Ask for him!

Very disappointing service visit today. I was traveling and my Daughter ( 37 years old) who wasn t feeling well had to bring the 21 Tiguan in because oil light was on. She clearly mentioned to be as quick as possible so She could get back to bed. The service took 2 1/2 hours! And the Advisor attempted to upsell her on a large list$$ of things. Note, the car is regularly serviced there and up to schedule. The car was at the Valet and they waited 30 min to release it ( after payment) while continuing to review the additional items ( that she clearly declined) with the Mechanic. None of the items were urgent. Were they trying to take advantage of a young Woman? Was the Service Manager AWOL? Was the Advisor negligent and irresponsible? I think this concludes my VW business. Followup- I spoke with Mike- the Service Mgr. and he was apologetic and promised to speak with the Service Advisor.

Came in late 2023 for squeaky brakes - they did major front end work under warranty no brakes but instead said it was tie rod and power steering ! The squeak was still there after they worked on it . They Ripped off VW corporate and I figured , no big deal.BUTIt s been alsomaking new wobbly noises ever since - brought it back and now a week later they won t call me back - will make this review zero if needed or upgrade if they earn it . I have no idea at this point what s going on

Brought in a VW EOS convertible where the top needed to be serviced and closed. It had taken on some water in the recent storms. Due to the water damage the car needed a new blow motor which I told the person who took my info when I dropped off the car. I had already purchased the blow motor and it was sitting in the car. Since I was getting the top repaired I figured I would do it all. No one called me for days about my car. I called and was told they cannot fix the top and the car needs a blow motor. They charged me 400 dollars to tell me what I told them and to do nothing to the car. I will never bring my car here again. When I returned to pick up my car it took them over 30 minutes to find it.

HORRIBLE experience, came in for a recall and a washer fluid leak which were both covered under warranty. When it came time to pick up the car I waited 20 mins because they put my car in the back in between a bunch of other cars. My service advisor JOSUE Rojas informed me that the computers were down and wasn t able to give me a print out of all the services performed which I then told him its fine please email it to me. Emailed him after ,multiple calls and a voicemail .. NO response. Physically had to walk in to get the print out. Washer fluid STILL LEAKING! I wouldn t be surprised if there was nothing done on the car. Avoid this CIRCUS.

Disappointing and Horrible experience. Came in at 12:30pm because i was told on the phone to come in after 12 because it was busy in the morning. Josue Rojas welcome me well as always willing to help as he should, told me is pretty busy it might take a while i said no problem ill wait is my only day off from work. At 5pm Amani Howard up to me and told me that the vehicle not getting service today because it was too late so I had 2 options, leave the vehicle(i cant leave the car because i need it to go to work) or take it and come back some other day when it was more convenient to me . They didn t offer no compensation for the inconvenience, My service advisor Josue Rojas left the service center leaving me hanging without notifying me if they were going to be able to service the vehicle or not. I ask to speak with Manager Michael Stoupakis and all he did was delivering the message through Amani, very unprofessional by the way. So I left very unhappy with the way i was treated at the center today 9/25/2023. Unfortunate

Staff is nice. However, it doesn't matter if you come first thing or have an appointment or not. You will wait 3-6 hours, it just doesn't matter. super frustrating. I only come here because my car is leased otherwise I would never. sigh!

Thank you so much for the swift change of our flat tire. We arrived at JFK from vacation and our Volkswagen Atlas had a flat tire. 650 Miles away from home! Jackpot! Longer wait than promised on a day that was less busier than usual (Thursday morning, only 2 other people in the waiting area). Front desk stated it should take less than an hour on a simple oil change. I proceeded to wait 2.5 hrs.I was asked if I wanted to wait longer to have my car washed, in which I said yes and waited - only to have my car come back to me unwashed. I commented about how my car should have been washed. Response was they can still do it, however they weren't sure how long it will take since they were backed up. I honestly would have been okay with the service had they not promised anything in the first place.Service: Oil change

The car and telling me to give him 3 more days which will make it 2 weeks they have my car and they don t have rentals to give no one so u have no choice but to suffer. I went for service for my Mitsubishi. When you go to this place please collect your entire reports. Because they take money for the test (like battery test, computerized diagnostics reports) but they will not doing.
