I ve known these guys at Blue Star for almost 20 years and they have always done top notch work on my car. They use quality parts and are meticulous about making sure everything is perfect with your repairs no matter how old your car is. I adore Ivan and his family, they are the kindest, most honest people you ll ever meet who have had the same team of employees for years. That alone is a testament to the type of establishment they are. Just the best!

My car has been crashed twice, both times I have taken it to Blue Star brothers and the car comes out like the day I bought it. The team try their hardest to accommodate and go out of their way to handle any vehicle matter you have on hand. From now on it will be hard to trust anyone else with my car.

blue star is ELITE. story goes I got into a accident on my way home from work.(was not my fault) the other party agreed to pay out of pocket. I immediately went to blue star and was greeted by the best service representative CODY,she guided and assisted me with securing payout from the other party she also kept me in the loop with constant updates as repairs went along. the work was top teir and professional. I recommend highly if you're car is ever damaged especially if you have a foreign/luxury make sure you come to blue star don't even waste ya time anywhere else and if the spot you're thinking about doesn't have a Cody don't bother.

We had a great experience here when we took our car in to be fixed after it was hit on the street. The part we needed for our car was back ordered for 3 months and luckily Ivan and his team got it within two weeks and had my car ready for me so quickly. Working with insurance can be annoying but the team did all the major legwork for me, thankfully! It was very seamless and easy. The team here is trustworthy and reliable (especially Casey, Liz and Salo) and very communicative. They listened to all my wishes when it came to my car and I am so happy with the job. I would definitely recommend Blue Star! Thank you guys again!

These people are lifesavers.I had a very annoying problem the other day in the car, I stopped at the first car repair shop, and by pure luck it was blue star brothers - This Ivan guy was amazing. He just stopped what he was doing to come and help me. He got me out of the situation very quickly, calmly and kindly. He also helped me to fix a crack on my car for free. You can definitely go to Blue Star Brothers with closed eyes! Thanks again

Highly recommend Fred. They made my parent's Prius & my Mazda CX-5 look brand new. They have very fair prices & go above and beyond to take care of you! They also do detailing & mechanical repairs too.

My brother recommended blue star brothers to me and I am glad he did ! They were very professional , handled my insurance claim , spoke to my insurance company , and kept me in the loop with what was going on. I had damage to my front right bumper and internal damage as well. When I picked up my car , the car looked completely brand new ! Ivan was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend !! Thank you!!!

I have never worked with better mechanics in my life. Every single member of the Blue Stars team is incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly. They are always incredibly transparent with me, and ensure I am never overpaying or paying for things I don't need. I had a very annoying situation getting my insurance to cover a repair, and they worked tirelessly trying to address a problem that frankly wasn't their responsibility to fix. The team is stellar from top to bottom. I could not recommend them more highly.Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

Listen.. you ARE NOT GOING TO GET BETTER THAN THESE GUYS!! THE BLUE STAR BROTHERS ARE HONEST! They will figure out everything and make sure you are ready for the road. Great office personnel, very helpful, patient and understanding. Ivan is a genius! Even with a few setbacks due to chain supply issues, Ivan delivered as promised.They did a great job repairing my car and will personally guarantee their work to anyone!!

I normally don't write reviews, but this place was amazing in my time of need. My insurance company had my vehicle towed to Blue Star, and they worked on it same day while explaining everything to me throughout the process. I was thoroughly impressed with their honesty and attention to the customer. This is a very customer friendly business!!

Excellent job on my car and staff including owners made me feel welcome. Brought in my 2 month old car someone badly damaged the front bumper while parked. They fixed the bumper and paint job and shine was a complete match. It came out like nothing happened same as when I picked it up from the dealership. Definitely recommend these guys.

I brought my BMW X5 to have the front bumper repaired. The whole experience was great. They provided an estimate on site, offered a reasonable timeframe to have it repaired, and delivered it as promised. The body repair was perfect. I was so impressed with the quality. They even detailed my car inside and out when I picked it up. Highly recommend this company.Service: Body & Trim

I had an excellent experience dealing with BSB auto collision. The managers Ivan Sr/Jr both welcomed me and guaranteed their work. I love that they stand by their service. The turn around time was faster than expected and they kept in contact to keep me abreast as to what was going on. They have an excellent yelp rating and plenty of photos to showcase their work. Unlike some shops, they really leave no sign there was ever any work done. My car's rear end looks brand new. Will definitely be going back.

What can I really say about Blue Star Brothers...They are simply the best! Ivan took care of me like family. I gave him my car and even though I got it a bit later than expected it was perfect! Unlike other auto body shops where something always goes wrong, every time i've been to Blue Star I never ever had to complain. Taking your car there is like taking it to a spa and leaving with a happy ending! Great job by these guys!

After horror stories with other auto body shops, I came to Blue Star for a small fender bender repair. They handled everything from beginning to end and did a great job. Since then I have been a long time customer. I also bring my girlfriend's car here for all of her car issues. Prices are very fair and the owners are very friendly. Really makes you feel like part of the family. I am a customer for life. Thanks Ivan for everything!

Simply the best. How does anyone keep a car in the city if it wasn't for Ivan and the Blue Star Brothers? This is one genius full-service miracle working auto shop- a friendly family business built on years of reputation, for fair-dealing and the highest quality work I've found. And I'm not alone- hang around for a while and you'll see a steady stream of repeat customers who, over the years, have become friends. That speaks for itself.

Jason answered my call and helped me when I got there. He was incredibly helpful and the process was quick. I felt like he had my best interest in mind during the process and understood my situation. Enterprise came and picked me up from the location as well. Excited to get my car back looking good as new!

They have helped me with two Volvos over the years, immediately and honestly. When I was convinced an engine had died (and would have paid anything), they were honest that the repair needed was only a spark plug. I've recommended them to countless friends locally and cannot recommend them enough. Especially as a parent, I appreciate their thoroughness, availability and trustworthiness. I will not go anywhere else.

Amazing service by Pat at Blue Star. Pat took time to explain the work I needed done, even showing me on the car where my issues were. Any time I said my car is making a noise that sounds like (insert noises here) Pat knew exactly what I meant. It was like talking to the guys on Car Talk radio show! Can t recommend Pat enough. Wish I could give ten stars.

The best auto collision repair spot, hands down. My car looks brand new like it just rolled off the lot...after a tractor trailer smashed into it full speed. Car immaculate inside and out. Not to mention everyone on staff is very nice and professional. Thank you Ivan!

My Dad's car died so we called AAA for a tow and in a timely manner, tow driver Shon arrived from this auto shop. BEST experience we've ever had with a tow! Shon assessed that we couldn't appropriately hook up the car with the truck he came in, so he said he would be "back in 20 minutes" with another tow truck from the Cooper Ave location, and he was. Shon was incredibly courteous, professional , and skilled, from safely hooking up the vehicle, to his driving.Given how frustrating a tow situation can be, his pleasant calm demeanor was wonderful. He handled the whole situation like a pro--- thank you so much Shon and Blue Star Auto for your help!

I had a very good experience with Ivan today. I came in today with a small repair issue and Ivan was very understanding and took care of it with no problem.He was very good about it and put me at ease.Based on this experience, I will come back again to talk with Ivan about other repairs. Ivan cared about my issue and took care of it in no time flat.

The only problem I have with this place is the three females that's working inside the office nasty attitude all I wanted was gieco pictures taken for my car the lady gave me a card saying call this number make appointment I called the number and she answered the phone from the office I know it was her Iooked inside and she thought it was funny answering my call when all ready I was inside she could've helped me right then and there anyway I told her I need to make appointment she said Friday at 12 pm I said I'm working then could I make appointment any day at 4pm she said Friday at 12pm that's itThat made me so sad treating people like that

They are reputable and honest. I have been coming here since 2004. I live in Long Island now and rather travel all the way to Brooklyn to bring my car for repair. Thank you Freddy!!
