I had a great experience maintaining my TOYOTA Camry (oil change, tire rotation). Manager was very nice and professional. Workers were very professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable having these guys working on my car. Pride was $70 for oil change, tires rotation and checkup.

Don't recommended aggressive mechanic democracy stop me to show mechanic MMA. Dont recommended mabe other wtaf are good but mechanic . I don't do any part repire theatre even if it's cheaper than other service

Professional and friendly people. You can see that they know what they are doing. Prices are reasonable, and they allowed me to bring the parts on my own. Would definitely be back!

Super helpful and professional! I came in with a clogged AC hose and water leaking into the passenger side of the car. Fantastic service at a fair price. These guys are awesome although I have the most experience with Bishop. He is fantastic at what he does but more than that, he s just a wonderful guy. He is clear and communicative, flexible and fair. I cannot recommend him enough.

Fast, affordable and kind service! The dealer (I know never go to the dealer!) quoted me 7x the price of the simple AC test!!! These folks were honest and fixed my AC without breaking the bank. I ll be back!

Good mechanics but not always forward-thinking. Gas is cheap but sometimes hard to get their attention. Not self serve.

When a business is open 24 hours the customers expect service 24 hours. I arrived at 6:30am only to be told "come back at 8:30". Waste of time on a day off smh

Awesome service! I had really good experience. The Mechanic Mr. Singh is really good man. He tells you what your car would exactly need and they are not too expensive. Front desk guy Mr. Mirza is also really great guy, he was very polite, friendly and kind. I also asked him a couple of questions about my car and other services they have, he was so generous and told me that my car doesn t need any other services now, I can come later after an estimated timeframe to get it done. I will definitely visit again for any car related services in future and recommend everyone too.

After being serviced at this mechanic, I can see why Best is in the name because that s truly who they are the best at auto car repair shop in New York. I ve been doing business with these lovely people for almost 7 to 8 years close to a decade and I ve got nothing but nice things to say, our first meeting was something of an unexpected accident (not literally of course lol) my vehicle was up for inspection at a previous mechanic that I have been going to for the last 3 to 4 years this mechanic close his business and relocated a few blocks from where the original shop was located upon driving my car up to this new location of my mechanic for my yearly inspection, I was met with not one but two shady characters who proceeded to tell me that my car was an instant fail for inspection, and that I would have to pay $37 they both proceeded to running off a laundry list of things that just by looking at the exterior of my vehicle, they said I needed repaired just for the car to pass inspection as one can imagine I was feeling down & in the dumps also pretty terrible. I got back in my car and drove off. I knew something was a mess. I couldn t get this feeling in my stomach that I just avoided being swindled out of money. Luckily for me a few blocks up ahead was Best Auto Repair Center I drove on in, and the very professional, and polite nice gentleman, a mechanic by the name of Mr. Bishop told me that all the list of things that the previous mechanic that I had just left five minutes earlier had instructed me needed to be done to the car in order for it to pass inspection was nothing more than just a ball of lies it was at this moment that I knew I was in a safe place, and I could trust these people. it truly has been an unforeseen blessing, and an honor to be lucky enough to find such a good mechanics but more importantly, such good kind hearted people and in a place like New York where there s so many mechanic shops that are just looking to rip you off. But it truly all starts at the top with the boss whose name I could never pronounce (lol). I just refer to him as the big guy but always professional good people and very knowledgeable just good people all around but most importantly talented mechanics.Their prices are fair and honest, and their work is tiptop and rapidfire fast. They always keep you in the know as to what s going on with your car and when it will be ready another thing I personally appreciate is the free parking that I m provided whenever I have to bring my vehicle there, so many other mechanic shops will charge you storage free for parking your car in their lot overnight or for several days not at Best auto repair center, they really know how to take care of their customers and make them feel like they re number #1!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

What more can I say about these guys? They were knowledgeable, professional, got the job done ahead of the time estimate they gave means. Just as importantly they never made me feel as though their automotive knowledge was superior to mine. (although I will readily admit it is).I took my 2011 Volvo in there after being told by another nearby mechanic that my catalytic converter was stolen. Well it just turns out that the guy at a nearby competitors place (name is similar to a popular cell phone company without the T in front of the Mobil) was just too lazy to either jack up my car or look underneath, bc my CC was still there, there were just two rusted bolts that busted off.The time & effort that other place caused me only made me appreciate the work the office has a whole did too my car. Did I mention they typically also have the most least expensive gas along northern Coney Island Avenue?Cheers gentlemen- Thank you turning a several thousand dollar problem, into one that only cost me 10% of what I was originally ally told it would!!!

I can t speak to the service because it turned out I didn t need any, but I can speak to the integrity and honesty here. I was told elsewhere that I needed new brakes immediately and that it was dangerous to drive but Bishop at this shop looked at my brakes, showed me what to look for, and told me I absolutely did not need new brakes. You can find good work at lots of auto shops but finding integrity and honesty is difficult. They ve made a customer for life.

Best repair shop in the area. There's many shops in that area on Coney Island Ave, but you'd be smart to come to this one. Best prices and fast turn-around time. They get the job done right.

Just had my brakes and rotors replaced in less than 30 minutes by Best Auto. I left feeling I got MORE than I paid for. The service was friendly and professional, with no annoying sales pitches or questions. I went for one thing and I left with that one thing done. I highly recommend the service here. Ask for Alex and rest assured your car & wallet will be in terrific hands. They really are the best!

I took my car in for an oil change because I saw so many positive reviews. The person working at the front desk didn t seem very interested in me coming in asking for an oil change. He said it would take an hour. It wound up taking more like four hours. They did finally call me to tell me it was done. When I went to retrieve my car I did not receive a receipt and there was no oil sticker on my windshield stating what what mileage I should get my oil changed again. Not huge huge deal but as a customer you would like some sort of reassurance that they actually changed your oil! I guess the Takeaway here is, The prices are most likely very fair but don t expect a lot of frills.

BEWARE!!! This was my go to spot, until I saw a different mechanic. He told me I need about $1,000 worth of repairs in order to receive a new inspection sticker. So I went to another shop that same day and I passed. SHAME ON YOU for trying to hustle people. ALWAYS ASK FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC REPORT AS PROOF OF REPAIRS NEEDED, IF YOU FAIL. Very satisfied with the work they did with my car. They diagnosed the problem and has parts ordered and delivered within an hour. The mechanics are friendly and have knowledge in the work. Also they were budget friendly and extremely economical. Others in the neighborhood didn't give reasonable prices. I highly recommend this mechanic shop.

As soon as I got to Brookyln from NC, I had car trouble. Fortunately some people off the street recommended Best Auto Repair! Great service, great prices, and the mechanics aren't looking to get over on you. Really appreciate you all!

They got my car up and running in no time. I had to tow my car early Sunday morning (5am) due to police towing the area for a movie shoot and needed it back fast. Best Auto was a savior being 24/7; not only were they open when most were not but they got to the true source of my car not starting and by 1pm it was ready! Definitely was expecting to spend more but didn't have to. Will be using this place again soon.

Terrible place i will never go back. Very Unprofessional.I called earlier in the day and mentioned that i was having a problem with my car and they told me to bring it down to the shop. While on the phone i asked if it would be ok to bring it around 6:30 pm and they assured me it was. When i arrived i parked my car and they told me to wait 5-10 minutes before a mechanic would be able to help me.While i was waiting someone else came in and mentioned that they were having trouble with their car as well. It seemed like it was a customer they new already. A few minutes later a mechanic came and brought me to my car and basically just started it and hit the gas a little and said everything was fine and he didn't see anything wrong. He then went to the front of the car and opened the hood and said he didn't see problems while using his phone as a flashlight.They basically shewed me away for this other customer and as i left the other customer who was waiting in their car drove up to have their car checked. They didn't even bother to do any type of check on my vehicle.This was very unprofessional, if they were busy they could've informed me of that before i arrived, as i had called earlier. It seems that if you have never used this place before you wont be treated properly. I only went because of a recommendation from a friend. I will never go back.

Frankie has been my mechanic for about 15 years (at this location for the last few years). He and his team are100% trustworthy. I have never felt like he was recommending unnecessary parts or service and his work is always done when promised.
