I ADVISE ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER DONT ALLOW THEM TO PUSH YOU TO SIGN WITHOUT INSPECTING THE VEHICLE IN DETAIL FIRST BECAUSE YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH THE BILL IF ANY ISSUES Leased a 2024 Pilot 4/2/24 from this dealership everything looks great but 2 dents were hidden beneath the hood. The sales representative Elizabeth Polanco gave me brief looks at the vehicle but did not allow me to inspect in detail, now it s getting worse they said they are not responsible and I am the one that did it .

What can we say! Jaime Fern�ndez at Bay Ridge Honda is truthfully the best salesman we have dealt with. We had a Nissan before this Honda, and Jaime truly made the transition so smooth and effortless. By the end of our showroom tour we were set on getting a car. Jeff was our dealer and we are very happy with our purchase. I really appreciated that he was straightforward with everything, and he really went the extra mile to help us (and I mean that *literally!*). Buying a car for the first time feels like a big and complicated process, and it was nice to have all the steps broken down to basics, so that it was no longer intimidating. Jeff was very friendly, patient and kind with us, and most importantly informative and honest. That's exactly what we were hoping for. Thank you, Jeff!!!

Antonio the manager and Stephanie made the whole process of leasing my car very easy and I didn t even have to leave the comfort of my home. Car was delivered on time and all negotiations that were made over the phone were exactly the way it appeared on the lease upon arrival. Just two very honest and upfront individuals which is hard to find now days. Definitely recommend. My wife and I will be doing business with them for years to come!

I gotta tell you, the moment I walked in there, it just felt right. I ve been car shopping for a bit. I ve been going all over between Jersey, Staten Island and Brooklyn. Bay Ridge Honda is THE ONLY dealership that went above and beyond making sure all my needs are met and at a reasonable price. All the other places I went to weren t attentive, lacked professionalism, and almost pushy just to force me into a car I didn t even want. Bay Ridge Honda was the opposite. I ve done business with them almost a decade ago and again this year. I found my home and I m not going anywhere else. Thanks guys for getting me into the car I wanted. Thank you to Chad my sales guy, Assad with financing and everyone else at the dealership for making me feel like family. You haven t seen the last of me

We had been looking for a Honda Pilot Sport and randomly found a listing through the Bay Ridge Honda website. I requested an appointment to view the vehicle and received a call within an hour. Tatyana Clement (my sales consultant) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I normally dread the car buying process, but this was a pleasant experience from start to finish. *Asad Basha (my finance manager) was also a pleasure to deal with. We traded in our vehicle and happily drove off in the Honda Pilot Sport. *It s a preowned vehicle, but it looks brand new and had VERY low mileage. Thank you Bayridge Honda!

I recently purchased a beautiful certified Honda Accord 2.0 Sport from this dealership and it was one of the best sales experiences I ve had. After a few calls and a little negotiations, a price was agreed upon and pick up date set. The internet sales team and especially my sales consultant Tatyana were great! She was very responsive and attentive to any inquiries I had. On pickup day she had the car cleaned and ready in the dealership s well lit garage for me to view(I arrived late due to traffic) and test drive. Tatyana also went over the cars features and addressed any further questions/concerns I had. Even though I arrived later than planned she was patient and I wasn t rushed through the buying process at all. Special thank you as well to the finance manager, Asad, who made easy work of the financing and sales manager, David P, who gave me the best deal within 500 miles on my new car!! Overall this was an A+ buying experience and was worth the 3hr drive as some good laughs were also had during the process. Thank you again Bay Ridge Honda!!

Amazing people at Bay Ridge Honda! Tatyana and Asad both made it possible for me on getting my first car always had my back. They both went out of their way to get me a car that I liked and looks amazing. Tatyana always had a smile on her face, best customer service, explained the whole process step by step, super patient and always looked professional. When it came to showing me the car, Tatyana explained every detail from the interior of the car to the exterior. Felt extremely comfortable and happy leaving the dealer with my new car.

"I love my car. I had a fantastic experience at Honda Bay Ridge dealership! The staff were friendly & knowledgeable. Jaime Fernandez guided us smoothly through the car buying process. He answered all our questions and was calm and courteous. My daughter and I went to Bay Ridge Honda to purchase a car and we left there very happy and satisfied.I ve been to dealerships to purchase cars many times in my lifetime but never had anyone as kind, thoughtful and thorough like someone that will forever be a part of my family, Asad Basha. Very comfortable talking to all the staff, and all my process leasing new crv was through golden boy Luis Cintron. He helped us through all the process and made an offer that we couldn t say no to.Respect for Basha too as he was very prepared for his job and did respond to all our answers.

Amazing amazing amazing! We were shopping around for a lease but the service could not be Matched we drove all the way from North Jersey to come back!This is our second lease from Honda Bay Ridge and the customer service is truly the best! We worked with Luis and he was very accommodating, respected our needs and helped us find a great deal and the best car option for our family. It wasn t a matter of just selling a car - whoever does this team s sales training needs to be rewarded- they get to know us and our needs and they listened!During the finances we worked with Asad. This was the second time working with him when closing out a deal and he was great! Easy to work with and answered any questions clearly and direct. He greeted us with such a welcoming smile, it felt like we were sitting in a friendly face and not a car sales man! Such a smooth transaction it was worth the drive!Highly recommend!!! And absolutely worth the drive!!!

I have gotten all my vehicles with Elizabeth. She has always given the best deals. I did not want to say anything. You have a manager tall guy that was pretty rude to me and the sales staff. He was angry i forgot my down payment. If you are a manager you should be more professional and yreat people with more respect . Its not a good look.

I came to Bay Ridge Honda, for one reason and one reason only to drive away in my new car. The sales person showed me a few cars and I picked one, the Honda RH-V a cute little car that I loved while I was waiting for the approval of everything, the staffs were so friendly, and mannerly they offered me coffee and explained everything from the cost ,to the insurance etc. Before everything was final, Stephen the sales person showed me how to navigate the car, and made some adjustments to my need. I loved this car.it rides very smooth. When it goes over a bump you don t feel it. It s a smooooth ride.

Jeff Goldberg is one of the best salesmen that I have ever worked with! He's always professional, kind and compassionate! He listens and doesn't try to force you into anything you don't want. If there is any issue, he is responsive and helpful! Jeff has always went above and beyond to help me! I just got my third car from him this year! I absolutely love working with him! I'm just grateful I had a warranty for my 2021 pilot. Got it at the end of December 2023. Literally had it 2 and a half months before the transmission and blind spot warning system came on. Waited a week for a repair...literally less than 48 hours later I had to bring it back because the transmission light went back on. Almost 3 weeks later I'm finally getting my car back. It went in with a full tank of gas and was on E when my boyfriend picked it up. He had to tell them to wash the car because when we dropped it off to them it wasn't dirty. But yet I was charged for gas because I didn't fill up the courtesy car gas that they gave us . All I hope is that my car is good because if I have to come back I'm asking for a refund because there's no reason to have so many issues and we had the car less than 3 months.

My family and I had a great experience at Bay Ridge Honda. It was our first time purchasing a car, so we were understandably a little nervous. From the beginning, everyone was so welcoming and patient with all of our questions. We especially loved working with Jaime, who was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions (some of them several times!)Most of all, we appreciated that no one at this dealer tried to play any games. When we said we were also considering a Toyota, Jaime said we should go with the car that we like the most. We really appreciated that he didn't try to force us to buy with them.Also, we know we didn't have to do any negotiation because their prices are incredibly fair. A month in and our car is working great! I would not hesitate to recommend Bay Ridge Honda to anyone!

Tatyana is caring and patient. She made sure I was happy with the car I got. I wasn t rushed choosing like any of the stuff they tell you to watch out for online. She was amazing. Young, energetic, and very knowledgeable! Go see herAlso the finance agent Asad was helpful and patient explaining all my options to purchase my vehicle. When it came to discuss extended warranties careful explained all my options.These two people made the stressful decision to purchase a car a lot easier. No hassles and no games like some other dealerships out there
