The man who runs the place, Benny, is a really kind and happy-go-lucky guy who took my car in at opening and finished faster than I could return with a sandwich from a couple blocks away. The car coasts perfectly, better than it s been in a while, and for an incredibly affordable cost? This guy is the one you gotta go to. The only reason I heard of him? Two entirely different tire shops from two different sections of Brooklyn mentioned him, both by name and exact address of his shop.

Do not come here if you want a four wheel alignment. The technician was great but the owner did not like my car took up too much time on the machine.2 wheel alignment is ok.

Highly recommend, After I replace front Tie rod in&out bothLL-R then went to B&I, the owner did wheels alignments in less than 30 min to completed.

Amazing customer service. Got my brakes and rotors changed along with oil change and wheel rotation. Everything took about 3 hours and I was quoted a really good price. Price was better than two other local providers! I brought my own parts and they only charged for labor. I would 100% recommend calling the business for a quote. They speak both English and Chinese here and are very friendly and patient!

We were looking for a good mechanic to do an alignment. B&I came up on the search. Took a chance... Great Find. Good price for alignment. Did the work very quickly while we waited. Offered suggestions about other issues with car (and was honest about it) Benny was our mechanic and he was very professional. We thank him for doing a great job. This was a good find.

Summary: Great family auto shop! Very reasonably priced! Benny has been a mechanic for over 20 years and his son has 3+ years under his belt. Mainly handles wheel alignment and minor repairs because they're a small shop.Story: Called ahead to get a wheel alignment because my car was pulling right and vibrating at high speeds (65mph+). Needed to see if my suspension was off. Benny the owner greeted me and asked if I had called earlier (yes I did!). No wait and took my car to his sophisticated alignment system in back. As I watched from front of shop, Benny exams for about 5-10 minutes and then calls for his son (forgot to ask his name) to show him the stats on the machine and suspension. Benny's son waves me over politely to the car to explain that the alignment is ok, but front right thrust bushing is warn out and the front left strut is leaking. They basically confirmed what the dealership had diagnosed previously, but Benny and son also noticed the leaking strut. Everything seemed to make sense since the car has 110k miles on it. Unfortunately they couldn't help me with the repairs because they only handled minor jobs. Didn't charge me the full price of the alignment, only a few $ (I won't say how much, because I don't want others to expect the same pricing, but it was very very very reasonable.).Will be back wheel alignment after the suspension is fixed. a great place to get wheel alignment. family business. you can walk up to the alignment machine. Benny is happy to show you the readings. you can watch him and his son correct the alignment in real time. Benny seems to enjoy his work.i was the only customer when I drove up. Another customer showed up 10 minutes later. Normally this place is not very busy. Not sure if they take credit cards, I paid in cash.Service: Wheel alignment

Came in for a wheel alignment that was very needed and they took me right away.. The worker was helpful brought me in and told me what I needed done and what could wait. He even told me not to get the back aligned because it wasn't too off and he didn't want to damage anything because of the rust that was built up on the bottom.. then after showing me he asked again if I still wanted it aligned just to make sure I was comfortable. Alignment at the end came out to 65 and I was satisfied...

Came here for a wheel alignment after changing my tires. The gentlemen that helped me explained what was needed and what he was going to do. He completed the wheel alignment and showed me what was done and explained other improvements I can make. He definitely wasn't doing it for the money. His quality in customer service spoke volumes. The price was reasonable and the wait was not long at all. If you need a wheel alignment go to B& I.

Got my wheel alignment done there today and the service was great. I guess I lucked out that there was no other customers but myself and the guy told me to pull right in. it took them about 20 minutes to get it done and they charged $65, which is $5 or $10 less than most places in the area. Only downside is that they don't take card, so make sure you bring cash.Service: Wheel alignment

Came here for alignment. It was quick and easy. The Machanic was very helpful and explain what happen and how bad(or good) it was. The car drove great afterward, steering wheel stay straight for the first time. No more using my knee to hold it anymore. Def come back.

Honesty is the best product at this shop.For 15 years, we have been bringing our cars here for all maintenance works. But they have never tried to scam us by doing unnecessary works & billing outrageously like some shops do.They recently added NY state inspection service, making it even more convenient for us.

After getting my inner and outer rod replace, i needed alignment asap. Found them on google map with good reviews, took the chance.No waiting or appointment neededProfessional, Quick and Reasonable price.****He even help me diagnose the car bec i had a check engine light(which i knew what it was). he told me what the code was, erase the code. WITH NO EXTRA COST.

Benny's is the best, he use to work on my fathers cars, and if I cannot do it myself I look for Benny. He is honest and would not rip you off. He only fixes what is necessary and treat your car with respect.

Went in today for a front wheel alignment. Zero wait, alignment was done quick and at a great price. Benny and everyone else working there are a great group of people, very pleasant and friendly.

Honest and hardworking auto mechanic. Benny knows what he is doing and he will only fix what your car needs at a very competitive rate. Be careful, don't go to the next door, they're a different autoshop. It's the one with the Chinese letters.

I was given honest service and I cherish that a lot. After I was told that I got the wrong part i finally got the right one and the person who took care of the alignment was very loyal to his work, the proof speaks for itself, I just drove to florida and back and my steering wheel was perfect center

i think the service is good and fast.but the lady there is a scam adding a cup of coolant while changing oil service she charge me $15 for it comon $15 i can get a whole bottle of coolant already

Look for Benny, he's extremely knowledgeable and honest. If nothings wrong with your car, he'll tell you the truth and not try scamming you of a few bucks.
