I had an issue with my car starting. Turns out I needed a new battery. I went to Auto Zone at 86th st. They had the exact battery I was looking for. They checked to make sure that it was my battery, that was the problem with my car. They even offered me the use of tools to change my battery. This store is great!

Hands down the best autozone I have been to. All autozone stores may sell the same thing but customer service here is top notch. Im not talking about a hi how can I help you with a smile. I m talking about employees that go above and beyond their job description to help, make sure everything is right and accurate. I didn t get the employee name but there is one specific gentleman there with glasses and a gray beard/goatee, that guy is just amazing. He is very chill, laid back but gives you 110% everytime you walk in there.

I just walked in 3 employee gossiping I go up to one of them and started to. Explain I called to have them hold apart he cut me off told me to hold on he started gossiping again then two other people walked up and we're helped staff should be working not talking amung themselves

Dump of a place with low quality and low iq workers. If you call these imbeciles they say "please hold" and then put you on hold for 15 minutes then hang up. Happened several times. Bunch of animals working here for sure. I'd never hire these kind of people for my businesses that I run. The franchise owner of this spot has no idea how his workers are losing him so much money from potential customers. Horrendous service and you should avoid at all cost. This shows that the lowest tier of humanity with the least impact to society work at this autozone!

After I shopped here and got my car. I realized someone car following my car a few blocks in a quiet blocks. I stopped letting him go, then he turned away. After two blocks my break step was sinking, my hand break saved my life. I checked my car damaged my rear break pipe and leaking. I almost killed someone or myself.About months ago, I went some where auto part parking lot. I had Similar experienced that someone intentionally damaged my car while you parked. Then a guy came out and tell you and help you to fix it quickly and charged you money. I believed people found new jobs in these parking area well trained. They can easily help you get materials and fix right away and gets pay.Tips: bring someone with you while going inside shopping your car parts, and your passage to stay out and watch. Don't leave your car alone.

I came here to get my battery checked out, and after a check up it was confirmed that I needed a new one.From the moment I walked in I was created by some amazing staff members. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and so very helpful. The battery purchase and replacement didn t take long at all! For someone who doesn t know much about cars, the whole team was kind and helpful. All questions were answered and left feeling completely taken cared off!Whatever you are doing there, just keep it up!

Service was poor and the workers don't really care, I wanted the RainX window washer fluid that was on special, I was told it wasn't in, when I could clearly see the product, I just couldn't reach it placed back on shelf , needed employee assistance, I just left without getting aggravated more. I will shop elsewhere.

I needed to check on my battery because my car was giving trouble starting lately and it has gotten worse. When I walked in, I was greeted with a "Welcome To AutoZone" by the staff. I was helped right away by LJ. She was very helpful. She checked my battery with a device they use and it showed that it was at 100%. Then she checked it again and it showed 96%. Then she told me to start the car and that's when she saw on the device that it was very much needed to replace the battery. I'm glad she checked it a third time to make sure the readings were correct. I didn't realize my 3 year warranty was past due. The replacement was quick and easy and LJ helped me out the whole way. I'm really glad I came to this location. In my opinion, this is the best AutoZone in Brooklyn with great customer service!!!
