Came here for an oil change and got a pretty standard price. Also needed a battery changed and they installed it for a small fee. The manager seemed pro-customer-driven and the mechanic did the work well. Overall, I d return here.

I went there for a simple battery change. the new battery never worked and I had to call a tow truck to bring it back there. They found "new problems" and charged me more.went to another place that confirmed the car had no issues....avoid the place

I wound up at this repair shop because my Subaru dealer could not fix a simple problem that left me stranded with a loose battery connection in a parking lot. After getting a jump I wound up at 3rd avenue Auto Repair because they were the closest place that could help me. The mechanics there were great! They fixed the problem easily and charged me a fair price! Thanks 3rd Ave Auto Repair!

These guys were nice but I went to my regular mechanic after these guys gave me a quote and my guy quoted me A THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS for the exact same stuff. So... yeah. I'll leave this place to Park Slope folks who find it convenient and have an extra grand to throw around.

They are either grossly incompetent or completely dishonest. Everytime they pretended to fix something, something new came up. When I got another professional opinion they back down and said they were not equipped for the repairs that were needed. Avoid at all cost.

I ve used their services multiple times and highly recommend! I won t go anywhere else. They do quality work for an excellent price. Nazim takes the time to explain what s being done and why. Fast turnaround as well.

My Volkswagen Golf 2012 was involved in an accident leading to the front hood, bumper, left fender, left headlight and grill being severely damaged. The guys at the 3rd Ave Auto Repair & Body Shop saw how frustrated and overwhelmed I was from the damages caused to my vehicle. They had me take a seat, offered me a glass of water and reassured me that everything with my cars gonna be fine and if they can t make it look the way it used to look, they would make it look brand new. They went above and beyond by taking their time to diagnose the damages, went over everything they would repair for me and decided to charge me a reasonable price to repair the damages. After a week, I received a call that my car was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving, the car was not only back to normal, the car was totally prepped, waxed and detailed when I came to pick it up. I had an excellent experience dealing with these guys , they our my-go-to guys for any car specific needs in the future and would highly recommend them to the general public!

After arguing with Pep Boys down the road about the ridiculous quote they gave me, I caked 3rd Ave. They took me immediately and charged less than half of what Pep Boys wanted to do the same job. They did great work and didn't try to upset me, and the staff were very friendly, too. I highly recommend them.

I went for my annual inspection last week. I was able to do everything outside and they wore masks the whole time which I really appreciated (other shops don t all do this). Also, they took the time to really explain the issue with my rotors and made a point to show me the worn out parts when I picked up the car, which made me feel confident in the necessity of the repair. I will definitely come back for all my maintenance needs!

I was devastated when I was involved in my car accident in Brooklyn and was sent to this shop.. The team at this repair shop not only made sure my children and I were safe but I got my car back today and it looks like I picked it up from the dealer. The time frame was efficient, the paint job was exceptional, the mechanical team was so knowledgeable about the new technology in the car. I would recommend them any day as I will make sure I come back.

It s late on a Saturday, car battery needs to be replaced, and these guys offered to stick around after-hours to get us back on the road. What s not to like? They ve recently upgraded their shop and offer honest prices.

I would recommend these guys they had done a really good & clean job on my 2017 bmw . Really satisfied with their job done on reliable cost. Really Frank staff and workers are always there to help you out .
