I woke up to someone swiping me I immediately found them on the web and I was so happy I did they was already a 5 star on the web and as of my experience they deserve those stars and more they made my passenger side bumper look brand new and the detail and cleanliness was a big plus for me I will definitely do so more work with them in the futureService: Body & Trim

I borderline totaled my car in Cleveland, Ohio back in February after owning my Honda Accord for just about 5 months. After a preliminary report by a shop in Cleveland I was looking at about $6500 in repairs for a car I paid $12,000 for. New Look Auto Repair took my car into their shop as garbage and gave it back to me as a brand new car. For a car that I could have washed my hands with, they handed it back to me better than when I first bought it. What impressed me even more was the detail and the cleanliness of the entire vehicle.The reason I found about New Look is cause my best friend, his Uncle is the owner. I found myself in a bad situation during a tough Covid year for most people and I had good people take care of me. Mr. Carroll was kind enough to treat me as if I was his own family. Not only did he have his staff do a remarkable job, he saved me thousands of dollars by doing the work for cost as well. This is a shop that does things the right way and it starts with the way they treat customers. Affordable, professional, detailed, and trustworthy.Thank you to the great staff at New Look for fixing a huge mistake of mine and making my car look like it was never crashed.

Great staff. The people here are very fast and do a good job working on cars. I take my car here and I always leave a happy customer. Will definitely be coming back. (FYI) prices are fairly reasonable.

A workshop of good people and very well applied mechanics, if they know what they are doing, I recommend it with my eyes closed.Un taller de gente buena y muy bien aplicada los mec�nicos si saben lo que hacen lo recomiendo a ojos cerrado
