I was highly satisfied with my Midas experience because the customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making me feel valued as a customer. I was a little apprehensive to bring my car there at first cause I'm from out of town. I'm glad I made the decision to bring my car there. They fixed my car for some necessary routine repairs, my car a 2011 Nissan Versa runs better now than when I brought it. I felt they were fare, did excellent work on my car, and even help get me a Midas credit card! I would recommended them to any single women like myself who are afraid of these mechanic shops that take advantage of our lack of car knowledge. I am very satisfied with the work they did, I would recommended them to anyone! Thank U Midas

They were so helpful and honest. That's a rare find now a days. You can trust they will take good care of your car and charge you a reasonable fee. It's not about the company, it's about the individuals that work here that make it a great place you can trust and rely on.

I've been going for over 2 years. Mainly for oil changes but recently did someRepairs and they did great! Everything is working and reasonably priced

Scott is a true professional! Trustworthy! Brakes everything down like Tetris, never had a problem at this location. I strongly recommend bringing your vehicle there.

They helped me after they fixed my car. There were more issues with my whip so they helped me get it crunk and it got me home. I don't know their names but....To the older white gentleman (he works front on the computer and to the other guy who had on all black and the other guy who was wearing colored contacts I think he has braided dreads. Yo THANK YALL FOR PUTTIN MY STARTER ON AND FOR HELPING ME AGAIN ONCE I GOT TO THE GAS STATION BESIDE THE SHOP!!!!! THANK YALL FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.

I drove by the Bronx Neighborhood by East Fordham Road came in for my NY state inspection & other Auto Repairs , Scott FrankLand & His Mechanics was friendly , helpful in addressing my Auto Repairs need from ( State inspection, Brake work, Tires, Wipers ) the team works Great on my car , my car feels firm , smooth while on Road , often Tip my Mechanic for their great work Thank You Scott & His team I would definitely recommend others for their Car / Automotive needs

Been bring my cars here for the past 14 years they are on point here. Nice up front on the price for the work they will do on your car. I plan on bringing every car i have here when I need work done.

Great place, great location, the professional that service my vehicle, JAY has excellent customer service and excellent attention to detail. He answered all my questions and explained everything that was happening. He took care of everything right away (changed my tires, changed my oil, changed my brakes, etc). He even recommended car washes that provided great power washer hose services to clean the grime and dirt in my vehicle hard to reach places. Highly recommend this place - please ask for JAY.

Efficient, reliable and trustworthy. Greg and his team take good care of their costumers. Front break pads and rotors changed in less than 2h. Priced cheaper than dealer with lifetime warranty.

They said l would be done Ina couple of hours when I got there at 7am the mechanic was late so I left maybe next time the mechanic will be there at the time they open not to happy

Bad Boy Scott Is Far The Most Excellent Manager I Ever Dealt With A True Professional. As For On Point Larry The Mechanic He Goes Above And Beyond I Know Where My Business Is Going To Go No Second Guessing Here is Where You Need To Go Is A Shame I Can t Give Then A 10 Star But You Know I am Saying It They Are A 10 From The Owner Of The Black 2009 Volvo S40

Scott and his employees are very nice. They get me in and out quickly and at a very reasonable price.Returned today 1/6/21. As usual Scott and his staff are great. Waiting area is clean and they adhere to CDC protocols. Very honest and everything is explained before work is done. So there are NO shocking bills. ALWAYS my place for car repairs.

Very, very good. The supervisor Scott is helpful and takes his time to explain what the problem is with your vehicle. The mechanic Larry also gave me a detailed reason why my car was acting the way it was and fixed the problem. I was allowed to see what the problem was with my car. Very personable and upfront. Financially the prices are also reasonable. And Scott will work with you so you can get back on the road. I would recommend this particular Midas repair shop. Thanks guys.

Stopped here for an oil change, prices are reasonable and staff was friendly and courteous. It took about 2 hours. I'm not sure if thats good or bad. Its located close to amenities such as coffee shops, restaurants and salons just 3 blocks down Arthur Avenue. There is also shopping maybe 6 blocks down Fordham.

Scott and his team are efficient, honest and professional. Decided to wait around and watch for the few hours. Wrapped up quicker than expected and Garcia was kind enough to talk me through or answer any questions I had regarding my suspension and brakes.They don t double charge for overlapping labor, so great if you want to talk yourself into getting more than one thing done.

Avoid at all costs. Scam artists, bad bad attitude. I asked them to change my front pads and disks. Instead they were trying to make me change the rear brakes too. They removed the rear pads and broke them in the process to convince me to replace them. They hammered the left rear pad and the lining came off, then they claim that it was metal on metal. They did the same trick in the rear right pad. I picked up the fallen lining and showed them it still had 4 mm left before they broke it. Then they tell me they are running out of patience!!What I got from those guys was broken pads (that were previously good), bad attitude, and a scam attempt.Avoid them if you can.

Scott & Lamar are amazing. I have worked with them for about 15 years or so. I don't have a car now but I still take my sister's, my family & friends to get their car serviced there. They will never cheat you. They are distinguished in service That they provide to your car, and in how they treat their customers, both old & new. I recommend them hands down & without hesitation.

Scott and his guys are great ! Very honest , respectful and speedy with the work . I send my entire household here to get work done on there cars and I wouldn't have it any other way . Been a customer at this shop for years. 5+ stars for you guys

Great service and customer service. The repair person show me everything that was wrong. I had work done and it eas necesary for my safety. Glad he show me and told me what can happen. Now i can stop on a dime and also car is stabalize due to axl repair front pasenger sude. Due to a recent blowout on the highway great jobs. That why I always go there when service is needed. 3rd time been there and no complaints

They're very honest about what is going on with your vehicle. They work very fast and they get the job done right. I am a woman and they did not try to rip me off like other places were trying to do. Garcia is the best and if your a woman he will not do you wrong. He's very honest and sincere.

Scott and his team assisted me today in replacing my oxygen sensor since my check engine light was on. I felt great about the job because he wanted to make sure that was the real issue as opposed to an air leak or some other failure. Took a few hours but overall well worth the wait since the part that needed to be replaced has a lot of rust around it so it was expected! I ll be going to see him and his staff when needed! Courteous and helpful! Thanks again!

My wife had some work done -- Minor stuff. I would like to think that the staff is honest. Not much you can do if they are dishonest (not go back). They are pricey tho. I wasn't there when she took the car in -- I would hope that a solid company/location wouldn't risk their reputation for a few dollars. I have to trust that they did what they were supposed to do...You never know who's watching...Or now-a-days recording....The service was convenient and speedy. I'll have more information once I go over the items that were replaced. For now, 3 stars.

You WILL NOT find a better respectful, professional, and first class auto service anywhere else. Scott is as First Class as the come. Larry has EXCELLENT communication. Location is PERFECT.Will not go anywhere else going forward.

Mechanics did high quality work. The employees were honest and straight forward. Cost of parts and service is higher than other local places. Customer service could be improved. It's a solid option, if you don't have a go-to mechanic in the city.

Scott is a good guy. I was going to pick my wife up from the airport when my alternator broke down. Scott and his guys fixed me up just in time to pick her up. Even had time to get her some flowers. You can't please everyone but I guess it was my day
