I don t usually do reviews but I must give a huge amount of love to Robert, Jose & Charlie. Best customer service I ve gotten by far. I went to multiple locations regarding the condition of my transmission & they were the only ones to actually CHECK and take time to see what s wrong & they were nothing but honest and reasonable. Very professional and kind you don t get that kind of experience everywhere. Thank you guys!

I repaired a transmission and they did the job poorly and then they didn't want to give me my money back and I had to lose 2,000, a very bad experience.

ROBERT as the master of Transmissions Mechanic .He is amazing, Highly recommend. Five stars isn t enough to rate how you helped me ......I m so grateful for finding ROBERT and his body JOSE as BEST PROFESSIONAL TRANSMMISION MACHANIC AT 519 TRANSMISSION , BRUCKNER BLVD , THE BRONX . I found him through my friend ,Robert is the MOST responsive Transmission Mechanic could ever dream of, whether by phone ... no matter what day or time of day it is. This probably made me feel the most comfortable working with him.He rebuilt my 2014 Toyota Highlander Transmission very professionally with reasonable price , He did the road test many many time to make sure transmission running very well . He is a very trustworthy person and the most honest mechanic I've ever met. He takes his time to talk with you, diagnose your problem and come up with how to fix your vehicle. I highly recommend him and his place .

Very professional people and helpfull ,not like the other mechanics that find issues where they are not, beside the prices are razonable and they give you warranty ,ask for robert or jose they will help you out and wont leave you down...

This place is the worst place to get any work done on your car they are very rude they have no customer service etiquette and they don t repair the mistakes that they make they put in my transmission and messed up my driver side axle and messed up my muffler where I had to pay to get it fixed again I went there today to talk to the guy and he got rude and ready to fight me where I had to call the police but we all know NYPD don t do anything for anybody if they not a criminal which they should have locked him up for providing horrible work I have pictures as well that I m going to pos
