Bought an older car from them with low miles at a good price. That warranty is actually really solid that they offer, never had problems with it. HOWEVER, the car had to go into the shop over 20 times in the 18 months I had it before I finally just sold it when it was worth even money. Everything on it was failing. Wasn t a terrible process, but if you got good credit, I d recommend you check other options

The canastota location was awesome to me and even repaired some things after the warranty was up. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking car for a good clean car!

Do not shop at any of the locations! Purchased two vehicles from the wampsville location and not even 3 months in a check engine light comes on. Took it to their shop and they fixed it. Not even 7 months of having the vehicle it needs a whole new engine. When I called them they said they have no record of every fixing it that one time. What a joke, Chris and George both are crooks. The other car is having issues as well. Go to a real car dealership, or you will end up paying a lot more out of pocket for the lemons they are selling. Don t bother commenting god bless or to call you. I have called, waste of time. *update, the second car needs a whole new transmission. That should tell you right there not buy a car from them.

We had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from CJ s Auto in Cicero! My husband saw his dream car on the website, we went the next day to view it and test drive and put a deposit the same day. Kevin was very helpful in making it a smooth transaction ie: more than 20 years experience, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. A snag was noted during inspection but was taken care of - on them at no extra charge. Also new tires. We first saw the vehicle June 18th and it was ready for us June 28th. In just 8 business days we drove home in my husband s dream car- his Corvette! Our family and friends are very impressed with the condition saying it s a thing of beauty! It runs awesome and is so clean- the interior leather is in excellent condition. We are very happy with every aspect of this purchase from the business end to the fun aspect of driving it! Thank you Kevin for all your help especially making his dream come true! If I were in the market for a vehicle I would love to get that silver Sebring convertible that just arrived on the lot! Updated review. Recently bought my second ram from George seef at the wampsville dealership. I bought a 2015 ram back in August of 2020. It was a smooth hassle free transaction. Recently I decided I wanted a newer ram George had on the lot , he gave me a fair amount for my trade in , fair price on the new truck , and he got me a 7 year unlimited mileage warranty. Would buy from him again without hesitation .

Bought a car there little over a year ago, nothing but problems! Car had and has bad rotors from the beginning, been to their mechanic several times for issues nothing gets fixed, gold standard warranty sucks! Doesn't cover anything, found out emergency brake cables need to be replaced, they're mechanic wants 900.00 to fix it, broke first time i used it, 6 months after buying car, will NOT buy another car from them

George Seef at the wampsville store is an amazing salesman that took great care in helping us purchase our new car. They only have the best on their car lot. We got a great car for a great price. Our experience was top notch and so is our new ride!

I applied online and within 10 minutes George had called me with a few questions. I test drove a few vehicles within his suggested price range the next day. Truly felt like George had done everything he could to get me a payment that was well within my suggested budget. Now having the car for a week or so, George is working with me on getting a few minor issues fixed by his mechanic that he has used and trusted for years (very close to his location)

This was our first experience with CJ's Car America in Oneida. George worked with us from the start and was able to get us financed very quickly. We had two issues with the vehicle shortly after purchasing it and he worked with us to resolve the problems without hesitation. I highly recommend CJ's.

Honestly wish I could give negative stars. George at the Canastota location is the biggest con artist. Sold me an equinox that was brand new and worth $16,000 YEAH RIGHT! Brand new cars don t become lemons in less than a year of having it!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A LEMON! He also talked me into a warranty that covers everything . The warranty wouldn t even cover an engine repair! Something it NEEDED! George is a joke of a sales man and so is this place! Couldn t even drive my car for a full year! Ridiculous! George also had the audacity to call me stupid after I told him the windshield wiper arm broke. Worst experience I ve ever had with a dealership.

Over priced, warranties are no guarantees. 20 yrs ago got a great price and vechicle out lasted it's price and value ten fold. Not my first recommendation anymore

I also traded in my old vehicle with no hassle & he explained everything thoroughly & made sure I was good with everything before driving away! I definitely recommend you go see him if your looking to get a great deal on a car

Super friendly and easy to talk to! George doesn t make you feel rushed or obligated, and genuinely looks to put you in the right vehicle. One that fits your needs and wants at a great price. I would and will recommend this place to any friend, family members, and strangers interested in getting a new/ different vehicle!!!!! I couldn t be happier with my purchase. George knew what I needed before I did and I absolutely love my new ride.

Thanks for the new truck, George! Great service, great inventory, great prices...an all around great experience. George was super helpful throughout the entire process, very knowledgeable and quick to respond. I landed a beautiful Ford F150 for under the market price. Highly recommend!

George at the Canastota location was great! He was so helpful and made sure the vehicle we got was in great working condition and anything that needed replaced was replaced. Super friendly. He s not one of those salesman that will pressure you into buying something and actually explains. If I didn t understand something I simply asked and he explained it so I could understand. My husband and I live an hour and a half away and he worked with our schedule. He was also very quick on responding to messages. 10/10 recommend buying car from there. A picture of my baby I got from him.Not related to buying a car but he also recommended a great diner in town.

Bought a car from here was driving fine the first week, engine light came on brought it to get fixed they fixed it, then it happend again another engine light, i bring it in they fix it and i go on my way drive like 3 miles and the car still has a light had nothing but problems bringing it into there shop 45 mins away from me, made me go there several times to get fixed and it didnt get fixed once. i bring it to kia and they tell me its a 3500$ fix for the vehicle. thank god i had warranty to fix it. thank you guys for selling me a vehicle that has done more sitting in shops then it has been driving. i highly recommend going somewhere else to buy a used vehicle.

With that kind of service we made sure to send our daughter to him as a first time car buyer where she also was given the best service, options, and the chance to drive off the lot with a great car

I wasn't sure id be able to purchase due to bad credit but he did his thing and got me in the car I wanted in just a few days. Didn't feel rushed or pushed to purchase like other places. Love my new car and would 100% recommend him to others!

George was great to work with. He handled all the paperwork. On the day we picked up the car, we were in and out in 15 minutes. Great service after the sale too. Offers a great warranty for a reasonable price. Great selection of cars, suvs, and trucks.

Had a great experience dealing with George in the canastota location. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go see him. He s not your typical pushy salesman. The signing process was smooth and easy and I was in my new/used vehicle the very next day!

*Recent purchase.I will hold my complete review for now....but I WILL say that Chris really seems willing to do whatever he can to accommodate. Infact, in my case, as of right now - I would say he is willing to go the extra step.I remember when I first met him - he told me that no one that steps on his lot is more important than another ....regardless of whatever finances they were working with. Customer service really does seem to matter here and it is greatly appreciated.

My Fianc� and I saw George to get a new car, And had an awesome experience. The paperwork process was very easy and simple, We did NOT have to deal with the DMV or insurance company at all. He handled it all for us! George gave us Multiple options of cars to choose from, He helped us figure out what was best for us and our needs in a vehicle. He also took our old car and we used it as a trade in which was very helpful too!I would 100% recommend George in Canastota to Everyone I know!

I recently bought a vehicle from CJ s in Bridgeport. I was nervous about buying my first car in general. I had a fantastic salesman George who helped me feel at ease and did all he could to get my the best rate for my car loan. I am so thankful I had great customer service and highly recommend this place! I ve had my car for about 2-3 weeks now I have have 0 regrets. I love my 2016 Chevy Trax and I am so happy with George pointing me in the right direction! Thanks again George!!

George was fantastic to work with. He worked hard to find the best financing option that resulted in the best interest rate. He helped us prepare to purchase the car before we ever walked in the door. He really made the entire process as easy as possible. In the end we felt that we got a great deal on a reliable car.
