After purchasing a used vehicle for my son, the previous week, there was an issue with the vehicle, and we had no problem getting an appointment set up and getting things taken care of. I was very grateful for that! It was explained to me right away that they were backed up, so patience was needed, but Rob did come out to explain what was going on, and we were out of there soon after. Great waiting area!

The service advisor, Chris, was professional, courteous, and explained things well. He kept in contact with me throughout the process of getting my car repaired, and went the extra mile to speak with whomever he needed to to take care of things.They also have a clean, well-lit, spacious waiting room, which speaks to them valuing their customer's experiences. The receptionists were pleasant.Go to Lia Honda in Brewster if you have any Honda-related needs!

I recently leased a 2024 Honda Civic Sport. I haved leased several cars over the past 7 or so years from the same salesman, Barry Weiss. Barry is very accommodating, when I'm there, his attention is totally with me. He listens to what will work for me, never pressuring me to do more than I'm comfortable with. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and welcoming.Thanks again, Barry Weiss. Great music, too.

Yesterday, I had the best experience at the Sevice Center that I have ever had there! Chris Grasso was so patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He went ABOVE and beyond what one would expect from anyone working in a service business, especially at a car dealership - believe me. The paperwork I received back was intricately written with all of my concerns, and the amount of time and labor that they put into addressing each one, even if there was nothing, was incredible. He listened while I blabbed, asking multiple questions, knowing what was normal for my exact vehicle and what seemed off. He even humored me (in a serious way) of watching videos I had taken and patiently waited while I tried to find them in the never-ending Ondrive. He stayed longer than his shift - by more than a few minutes - to make sure he spoke with me personally and explained everything thoroughly. He has worked with me before for a simple tire rotation and knew I always come with 100 questions. I have never been more pleased with Lia Honda in Brewster than I was yesterday, and for me, that's saying something! Thank you so much to Chris and the team that worked on my car. You are all fabulous and did very thorough work. I wish I could give a named thank you to all involved, but I don't know them: THANK YOU THOUGH!

Just recently had my 2015 Honda Fit serviced at Lia Honda in Brewster NY. My service representative who helped me, Chris Grasso was terrific. I had a check engine light on and couldn t pass a CT emissions test. Chris quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and ensured a speedy repair. I've been coming to Lia Honda for almost 2 years; and well I had the privilege of getting my car serviced last week. My service advisor is Jon Ayala and let me tell you, he was absolutely phenomenal, he was attentive, prompt in answering any of the questions I had, and was a problem solver. I was mildly inconvenienced when I came in for my service appointment, their wifi was shot so they couldn't work on my car that day they scheduled me for the following day. Jon went out of his way to give me the best deal for my oil change and gave me a great discount on my spark plugs and my other service. I'm overall pleased and I will definitely be going back.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

My trips to Lia Honda for routine maintenance are never enjoyable since it can take a very long time. The last couple of times, Jon Ayala serviced my car and provided by far the best customer service that I've received in the past few years of going there. Yes, the service still takes 2-3 hours but he checks in with me (it's out of his control), and hears my concerns. I appreciate that he quickly jumped into action with a pending issue I had. His help, attitude, and initiative is very much appreciated and noticed. Thanks Jon!

Lia Honda Brewster Service Center always takes great care of my car! Their schedule is flexible, the waiting area is comfortable and clean, and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I ve worked with Kira, Chris, and Kole who were all wonderful. Not to mention I get a free car wash whenever I bring my vehicle in!

on 11/10/23 I had my snow tires put on at Lia Honda. Once again, the customer service was excellent. My customer service representative was Kira Bueti. She did an excellent job updating me on the status of the installation. She also researched options for regular season tires, which I need to have installed in the spring. I had a wonderful experience at LIA Honda of Brewster recently when I brought my CIVIC 2.0L in for servicing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor by Kira Bueti at the front desk who helped me check in.The service itself was outstanding - my car runs smoothly and feels like new again after receiving an oil change and brake fluid replacement. It was clear that the technicians took great care in servicing my vehicle and paid attention to every detail.To top it all off, my car was returned to me sparkling clean after receiving a thorough car wash. Kole Verner was my Service Advisor when I recently brought my Pilot for service. The vehicle required a number of repairs and was in the shop for several days. Kole kept me updated throughout the process regarding the status. **Warning about your add-on package with a new car. The post was/is 5 stars and it will remain that way, with a stellar review afterward if I can get some real help after their PAST/GONE, thank goodness, finance guy lied horribly to me. Not only about where I can get my maintenance package done (yeah it's not "every Honda dealership in the USA", only LIA HONDA auto, and yes they do expire. I'd have to drive hundreds of miles for an oil change and tire rotation package that I purchased when I bought my brand-new car from him. Thank god new ownership got rid of him. I doubt he quit, he loved talking about his Bengal cat and bringing it in while he sold you extra packages... BUT Kira, the service manager, was very helpful in explaining it, with no lies included, and told me who to contact and how sorry she was. If you purchased a package from Lia Honda, specifically RYAN (hopefully fired and not quit), and haven't been to a different Honda dealership (god forbid you move into a new home), be prepared for it NOT to be honored if it's not Lia; ZURICH was very helpful in this matter, I am so pleased... I will find out what happens with Lia Brewster and my post will reflect that. Stay tuned. I hope to remain as happy with them as I was in the beginning.

I go out of my way to get my services done at Lia in Brewster because of Kevin Feldman. Honest & trustworthy, He communicates clearly & truly cares.. He does all he can in the name of good service. On top of that, a lot of other friendly faces around and clean service reception area go a long long way. Thanks Kevin! STAY AWAY!!! I brought in my 2017 Civic because the A/C stopped blowing cold air. I got a call late the next afternoon apologizing that they forgot to look at the car. About twenty minutes later, I receive a text message with a $3,680 estimate. Wow! The only reason I sent my car to Honda in the first place was because I found out the A/C condenser had an extended warranty. Turns out they replaced it in 2021 when I brought in my car for an issue with the electronic rear parking break. I picked up my car from Honda the next day and was charged a $174 diagnostic fee. Oh, and they said they rotated my tires I have two custom security lug nuts on each wheel so how were the wheels removed? So, I called a mechanic I trust (family friend) with the issues Honda found: A/C compressor found leaking, A/C clutch and coil advised for replacement due to being oil soaked from A/C refrigerant leak. My mechanic said when Honda replaced the A/C condenser in 2021 they did a very poor job and he found a broken wire in a wire harness from the work performed. This was the issue. He also said were no oil leaks! $650 dollars later my A/C is working perfectly.Service: A/C installation & repair

Five-star service, once again!Ps: For those choosing to wait for their vehicle to be finished, but who don't feel like hanging out in Lia's lovely service center, check out the walking trail just beside the building. After 10 or so minutes of boring, it opens up into beautiful views of the nearby reservoir and winds through a nature sanctuary.Service: Auto maintenance

Happy New Year? Last minute shopping on Friday before New Year s Eve and the car s engine just stopped running on 684 at rush hour! Had it towed to Lia Honda after hours. Jon called me 1st thing in the morning on New Year s Eve day. Everything pointed to a seized engine and $10,000+ engine replacement. The end story is the AC compressor went and that caused the engine to appear seized. The repair was made quickly and Jon kept me informed throughout the process. They could have easily convinced me that I needed a whole new engine (as that is what I thought) but they were honest and the repair only cost about 20% of what it could have been. It s comforting to know you have a car dealership that you can rely on for fast service but mostly an HONEST diagnosis. I highly recommend Jon at Lia Honda Service Department.

My car is under warranty and was due for servicing. I was greeted by Phil Giordano, who was friendly and helpful. I have had only good experiences from leasing to warranty service with LIA Honda of Brewster. I would recommend this location.7/2023. 1-1/2yrs later, I would still recommend Lia Honda Brewster for their excellent auto servicing.
