I worked with Newtons through Geico for collision repair. The entire team treats you with courtesy and respect. They keep you informed throughout the process and you always get someone on the phone. Excellent customer service and beautiful results.

Richie was phenomenal. There have been slow downs in parts manufacturing due to COVID but this man still got my car to me quickly and always kept me in the loop. My car looks fantastic. If you were thinking about choosing this shop, this is your sign to go for it. They re so professional and efficient.

Richie is fantastic and a total professional. I bought my car there and not only was he very thorough but he didn't pressure me to replace my entire bumper. He was totally happy to re-secure it and replace just the minimal parts needed to make it structurally sound. He also is very reasonably priced.

My experience with Newton was awesome. Richie was so helpful.I felt very comfortable. It's tough going into a shop being a women and worrying if your going to get ripped off because that is usually the way.I felt that Richie was very honest as well as helpful.I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto collision repair. The business was very clean,organized and professional.It was such a well done job it looked like the first day I bought it.Keep up the GREAT work!!!

I typically don t write reviews, I just read them and use them as a guide as to whether I want to move forward or not with that particular establishment. In this case I need it to write a review because the work that was done on my car by Newton Collision was not only excellent it was STELLAR. Richie and Laurie are the nicest people I ve encountered in this industry in a very long time. Richie is definitely a man of his word and follows through from A to Z. There s no beating around the bush with him. He actually will go the extra mile if need be. When I went to pick up my car I was Blown away and so happy with my vehicles finished product. I would recommend this establishment to anybody in need of collision repair. And if I m not mistaken this family owned business has been in business for about 40 years. It s very seldom that you see a business stay alive this long. Four decades is a long time and now I know why. Hands-down the best collision experts around. No hesitation on my behalf to recommend them to anybody. This is how well they operate their business and I believe they also have a lifetime warranty after the job is completed. I can confidently say you would not be disappointed. Thank you Richie, Laurie, and team for a stress free experience. dr

I took my daughters car to Newton Collision Repair a few months back for a replacement fender. Richie and his team did a fantastic job with installation and matching a difficult three stage paint color. Lovely experience at this Mom&Pop Shop. Richie wasn t there when I showed up but Laurie was an absolute dream. She was very kind and helpful, as she easily explained the process of going through insurance companies as well as detailing the shops various accreditations. She took a bunch of photos of my damaged car and made a file for when Richie returned. Richie was then very prompt in reviewing my file and reaching out to me with an estimate. The prices were very fair and although my car was totaled and I did not end up having any actual work done there, I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Laurie and Ritchie really took the stress out of the situation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for collision work!

On the Friday of the 4th of July weekend, my Mazda CX-5 was the front car of a three car rear-end accident. My insurance company suggested contacting the insurer of the last car (the initiator of the accident), so that I would not have to pay my deductible.After researching the various auto body shops, I decided to try Newton Collision Repair. Brought the car in Thursday, and while I waited for Richie to get back from an errand, Lori (introduced to me as my right hand by Richie) took all the pictures, filled out all the forms and sent them up to the insurance company in Massachusetts.The shop was closed the following week for vacation, so I brought the car in again the following Monday. Richie explained that the insurer estimate was less than half of his but he would talk them around . Lori arranged for my rental car (also paid for by insurance), and my car was promised in four to five days, assuming no hidden additional damage.Come Thursday, Richie calls and leaves a message that I missed, that the car was ready. Friday, I drive over; there is my car, as good as new. And best yet, the insurance company did pay the full amount, nothing out of pocket for me.I highly recommend Newton Collision, Richie delivered on his promises, both on time and at no cost to me.

I was referred here after an accident, and they were so helpful & comforting. I couldnt get a rental due to a car shortage, and they hooked me up. They made the calls to help me. They took care of the fight with the insurance company to get me all new parts. If you find that your in need of the services of a auto body shop try Newton collision there friendly staff will see you through these trying time's and expertly repair your car to like new condition. They work with all insurance company's to see your vehicle is repaired right. Though you meet the staff at Newton's by accident you'll be glad you did there state of the art shop will put your mind at ease. Flatbed towing is available.When it comes to Auto body shop's remember there is a difference. Tell them Eddie sent you.

ALWAYS great work!!!! Rich has repaired my cars and most of my families car throughout the years. Price is always right!AND today he came through on a slight fender bender (my fault :( oops)Rich is your best bet on a jam!

This place was great. The customer service was amazing. They fixed my issue for way less than I thought it would be and touched up minor scratches at no additional cost. While they fixed my issue they were friendly, personable, and soo quick. Never going anywhere else and recommending this place to all my friends! Thank you!

Amazing service, was in a bad accident and they were so kind and helpful to me especially when the other towing company was giving me trouble. Definitely recommend them, car looks great after a LOT of work that had to be done.
