Lug nuts and tire came off fifth wheel on a Saturday on way to camping for the week. Left the RV at North South after closing not knowing if or when repairs could be done. By 1:30 p.m. on Monday the repairs were done! Michelle was great to work with.

Finally picked up my new trailer after a little bit of extra wait time due to some shortages on material.Couldnt be more happy with everything I ordered with the trailer. Michelle the owner came through again with a great trailer. This is my fourth trailer I bought from this company and couldnt be more happy everything from quality workmanship and customer service over the years I did business with North South Connection "Blizzard Trailers".

Had a last minute, unexpected snowmobile trailer issue. They were friendly, helpful, and fair. Able to get us in and out same day in just a few hours. Price for parts and labor to fix were very reasonable. Michelle was super nice and adorable fluffy German Shepard dog to greet you.

I had called north south connectionsTo see if they could suggest some kind of flooring for our trailer Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we should use and we were able to purchase it from her looking forward to meeting her when we go to pick it up thank you Michelle it was a pleasure talking with you on the phone. Had a wheel bearing blow out , took the wheel off drive the trailer over to have it repaired .And that s when the nightmares began !If I could give less than one star , I would .Was called early the next day and ask if I wanted to buy a new trailer or was looking for one . Was told all four wheel bearings and brakes were shot and it would cost around $3000 to repair if all went well .Refused to have the trailer fixed at that cost and informed them I would be picking my trailer up .What s told it would cost $600 to have it put back together . Keep in mind one wheel was already removed !!! This means they were going to charge me $600 to remove and replace wheels with tires already on .Went in to pick up trailer promptly ! Was ask to sign a release because trailer was determined to be unfit for road travel . Keep in mind it was driven / towed in just the night before with three wheels and no load .After a long argument , I agreed to buy the parts and do the work myself since I did not agree with the extremely HIGH price to replace bearings and brakes ( which I just replaced two years ago ) and purchased all the parts from them .Get to my friends house which happened to be within 20 miles of the establishment! Found all three brakes and bearing to be dirty , but in great condition .Very Very unhappy with the way I was treated and made to feel .I do not ( DO NOT ) !!! Recommend this place of buisness under any circumstances at all .The entire disassembly was recorded and all the parts have been saved . The trailer is going to another stage to verify my findings .I am just happy to have my trailer back and intend only to document this incident .Truly a sad day to travel so many miles and support the community and local businesses only to have something like this happen .

Drove 3 hours, one way on a Saturday to get to North South connection ...who is supposed to be open from 10-1, according to both their website and google search, oh and also their sign. If you aren t going to be open, update your information on all your websites! Oh and don t just tell me over an email that I can stop in anytime! Apparently you cannot....called Michelle and she basically told me too bad about driving 6 hours in travel for no reason.... was going to support a local trailer company...was going to give a NY trailer MFG company my business...but no more...not this place! Will never recommended! Good luck staying in business the way you treat potential customers!

By far the best made aluminum trailer on the road today. The owner (Michelle) will customize your Blizzard trailer the way you want and custom build it within 3 to 4 weeks at a very competitive price. I've dealt with Michelle for several years now and have ordered (personal & friends) 5 trailers to date and all are very satisfied with sales and service. You want the best trailer, then stop @ North/South Connections.

The trailers look great. I've seen them at Americade. I wanted to get a quote over the phone and called. The woman who answered (I'm assuming it was Michelle) said it would be a 6-month lead time. When I asked why so long, she went on a rant about people taking Covid benefits and working on the side. When I asked if her employees were doing that, she didn't answer. I'm assuming not. Blizzard is just north of Rome and Utica. I'm sure that there are plenty of people in the region who would be willing to work or apprentice for them, but if you're an angry boss, it might be unappealing. With a six month lead time, they are selling every trailer they make. Why so angry?Michelle needs to lighten up. If it's about politics, there is no place for it in the workplace.I will never call Blizzard again. I wouldn't own a trailer of theirs. I don't want to encourage such behavior. I am buying my trailer from courteous people in NC. It's a long trip, but they are nice folks and do make a good product.

Very rude owner, no updates on my trailer ever and every time you called to get an update she made you seem like the bad guy and would hang up the phone. Waited over a year for a trailer I will never see.Buyer beware I would recommend taking your money elsewhere.

Awful trailer and customer experience. We recently bought a Nor-Easter Blizzard Mfg and already have had to take it to blizzard to fix it at a time only convenient for them. There was water leaking in from where there expert craftsman s forgot to caulk. Then on our next trip during the drive up, the bolt from the ramp door fell out which cause a big dent on the left side panel because it was never tightened enough so that the nylon on the nut was ever touching the threads (installed by blizzard). We called to see if we could get a replacement panel because it s still under their warranty and were told that it was our fault because it is our job to check all the bolts on the trailer even if they weren t properly installed the first time. Save yourself the headache and spend your money on a quality trailer.

Decent ATV Trailer, but has tie down design flaws. The ATV2 trailer has six light gauge D ring tie downs that are mounted in a way that will pull the wire ring apart easily. They are mounted sideways instead of parallel to the ATV . This size ring is rated around 300 pounds and really should be rated more around 800 - 1000 pounds which is the weight of a good sized ATV. This is a two place trailer, so how would one light duty D ring be expected to hold two 775 pound ATV's safely?One ring broke the first use, then a second, and now third. Called the manufacturer and questioned warranty and if the tie downs could be replaced with heavier duty ones. I was told that the tie downs are under warranty and we could replace them with the heavier ones. They were very cooperative on the phone and said to bring the trailer down to them to solve issues. I live 75 miles away and makes it over a three hour round trip.She neglected to inform me that they were going to charge me for different tie downs. If I knew that, I would not have bothered to waste time for $6 dollars in D rings and $8 for a main running light that had also gone out. It seemed implied that Blizzard was going to make good and satisfy the tie down concerns.No where near the case when I brought the trailer in. Before even looking at it she said I over tightened my straps. Well sorry Blizzard, two $9000 plus ATV's with 8 inches of shock travel are going to be tied tight so they don't move on bumpy roads and bounce into each other and rub, or in this case, fall off. She insisted that I was at fault, and when I argued my valid points, she got lippy with and said "If you are going to smart-mouth with me I am not even going to give you the D rings" (the exact D ring replacements). Well it took a lot of restraint to not go ballistic on her because of her rude and unprofessional way of customer service.An employee acknowledged that the D rings were not facing the right way because of the way the frame is. Ok, so there is a design flaw! Fix it , or satisfy your customer's complaints. Blizzard customer service really sucked!

With all the shortages, being over 250 miles away and did the order on the phone/email!! They still were able to provide and get the trailer I needed for this up coming snowmobile season. Thank you!

We just purchased a trailer from Michelle and we couldn t be anymore happy, I think that any negative comments on here that are towards the owner need to stop, give people a break she deals with a lot of us out of towner s which tend to give her a hard time!Thanks, The Anthony s

Awful customer service! Lady that i spoke on the phone with kept yelling at me and would not speak with my insurance adjuster. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I will be reporting to the BBB
