Had my 2 key fobs programed by SCL today. Excellent and Fast service. Programed 2 keys faster than Jeep Smithtown did one key. Everything. Works perfectly. Best ever, highly recommend.

I had a broken French door lock, called Suffolk County Locksmiths and was greeted by a friendly rep who set an appointment for that afternoon! The tech Robert who came was friendly, polite and got right to work and corrected the issue quickly! It s great to see this level of customer service! Would highly recommend this company!

Fast and Efficient Service. Thank you, Rob, who came a distance away, arrived timely, slightly ahead of schedule which was wonderful, and he smiled when he greeted me, and did his job with the price quoted and he was pleasant while doing so. It was a pleasure to call on Suffolk County Locksmith, Inc for our needs, and would do so again if needed in the future. Very no-nonsense, professional, and friendly and fast service. AJ was the installer for my front door and storm door locks , he did an excellent job and I would highly recommend this company. AJ was very professional. I am extremely happy with their service.

It s not easy to find nowadays a Locksmith store, most of them are online only. Well, after driving and researching I found the Suffoulk County Locksmith, and I am glad I did. Service is awesome, they answered my questions regarding a some trouble I was having with a lock at home. Thanks Guys!

Very unprofessional place to go and loose time plus when u go there they treat you baddly with attitude . I will write a complaint directly with the BBB consumer affairs. Have a good one this place even have a rate of 5 starts is a garbage plus the way they reply to reviews here u can tell how profesional they are .

This place is awesome. Real professionals. Fixed my boat key that broke in half. 3 other locksmiths said they couldn t do it. Highly recommend.

These people are great. You don't often need a locksmith but when you do I'd give them a call because they helped me out and fixed my issues. I brought in a jammed lock for an Anderson sliding door. They assessed the situation and fixed it for me, so awesome. I was struggling with that lock for weeks.

I am SO VERY SATISFIED with the excellent service and installation that Robert performed at our home. He arrived promptly, explained precisely what he needed to do for re-keying three doors, and demonstrated with full details about one of the older locks that required some TLC for operation Price was estimated as promised and it was perfectly clear that the office manager/dispatcher (Susan) was totally in sync with Robert at all times. This was a terrific experience for me and I would give more than a 5-star rating if it were possible! These folks are the real deal - you need not look anywhere else for your locksmith services. Thanks again!

Went in this morning and the young man I saw was so very pleasant and helpful with my key fob problem. In a minute he knew just what to do so that I could use the key.He didnt charge me or pressure me at all to order a new keyfob.I did end up going back anyway to order a new key fob so I'd have a spare.Definitely 5 STARS !

AJ lockologist was super helpful, fast and efficient, tried for 2 weeks with a different locksmith they were unable to perform the job. Luckily AJ at Suffolk County Locksmith came to our rescue and was in and out in 10 minutes performing the JOB CORRECTLY!! thank god for him. We know who to call to get it DONE!!! The office staff was amazing also, Sue in the office scheduled us in with same day service. Thank you!!

Fantastic Customer Service!!! I called this company's Mastic location at 9am this morning for a lost key for one of my service vehicles. I spoke with Susan on the phone who was very kind and courteous and dispatched a Tech to my vehicle by 10:30am!!! Super Fast service!! The technician, Matthew, was very prompt and professional, new key made, and my vehicle back on the road!!! I can't thank them enough and highly recommend their services!Service: Lock rekeying

We needed a Toyota 4 button fob programmed and the emergency key cut. These folks will sell you and guarantee the fob or as we did, you bring your own but they won't guarantee that the programming will work. In our case it worked fine... Good shop with all things locks, door hardware, safes.. cool place, nice folks

What a great job. had a key Fob done for my 2020 Chevy Sub. dealer wanted just under $800.00 Suffolk did it for $149.00 in 20 min dealer quoted 1-1.5 hours. Very Professional (John was Great)

Imagine you go to a big box store for a cut key... you get to the lock and your new key doesn't work... you repeat this twice Don't be that person, just go to Suffolk County Locksmith Inc and get the dang key cut right the first time!!

Great experience, I came to shop in bohemia and the technicians explained my problem, turns out I had a bad ignition had to wiggle my key to get it to turn. They pulled out my ignition right on the spot and fixed the problem for a good price. Very satisfied would recommend to anyone.

I went into to get a few keys made up. One of which was rather obscure (a 1990ish Toyota forklift) and they had it. Also got my car key copied and the price was fair. All of the keys worked perfectly on the first try. To top it off they were very proffesional and got me in and out with no hastle.

I had my doubts when I went to them. I tried other places to get a key made for my Santa Fe , only to get it stuck in the ignition. They made an exact duplicate using my VIN #. They were so sure it would work, and yes , it was perfect. Thanks for your help .
