Slow shipping. I don t think they have the parts in their shop. They doing third party work because the parts are being shipped from different state. This will be the last time ordering anything from JM auto racing.

I had a great experience with JM Auto Racing. The first set of lights I received was faulty (they come directly from the manufacturer) and JM worked hard to get the new set out to me ASAP. The new lights I received work and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Awsome customer service ! They have communicated with me via email on all my concerns and kept me updated with my order . They even checked in to make sure one of parts was correct to be able to send me a replacement asap . I highly recommend them and my order came pretty quick .

The service was awesone from A to Z website browsing was so easy , placing an order was a charm a huge discount was offered which helped with my bill tracking was provided within an email & they kept up the service informing me the orders were delivered will do business again in the near future

Im tired of emailing this company and getting no where. I returned a product that I spent well over 2500$ and after constant back and forth of this company recommending me to sell either on ebay or facebook rather then pay their ridiculous restocking fee. I still opted to return to them and take the loss. Now apparently they never recieved my return, even though UPS confirmed it was handed directly to someone. This company claims the package was never delivered. And now im out 2500$ with no product or anything in Hand. I've even gone as far as filing a claim with my package insurance and this company fails to deliver me the documents needed to proccess my claim.Update:After seeing this review they contacted me and threatened to refuse to help me until this review was removed. Very unprofessional from a company and I've just decided to leave this matter alone and cut my losses. Due to this company lack of communication and poor response time my 3rd party insurance claim time window has closed.

Thank you to JM Auto Racing , and most importantly Joe! Joe has been such an amazing help with getting my clutch sent out after a few issues with my bank not letting it go through and I will now be getting it on time for a car show! I can t thank these gentlemen enough for helping how they did and in the manor they did. Truly incredible guys over here at JM Auto Racing. Can t thank them enough!! Fantastic customer service and incredible place to buy car parts. Will be shopping here again (first time shopping here)

Horrible customer service. Order placed at noon on the 26th, by the end of the day on the 27th still not shipped. Finally they give me a fake tracking number late on the 27th, Im told by email it goes to UPS warehouse gets tracking and ships. They just lie. Wake up on the 28th to just a label created but still no movement and UPS is not in possession of the item. They dont answer their phones, they dont respond to emails

Mr Mauro is an awesome owner and went out of his way to help me with my order. Jackson at the company was very patient and helped me even though they were close. Huge shout out to these awesome folks and will be coming back for many more parts!

When all hope was lost JM Auto came in clutch!!! I was going to have to wait til next season to get my exhaust for my car due to it being on back order. Joe from JM called me personally called me telling me the 3 they had in stock were reserved and i was next in line (est. Sept '21). He called me a few hours later with amazing news telling me they found 1 more in stock and it would get shipped out today. JM Auto has provided nothing but the best automotive part service I have ever received. I bought this exhaust at 2 other places and had to cancel because they were estimating almost 3-4 month wait times. JM Racing customer for life, amazing service!

I don t have much to say but by far best customer service, shipped my item out fast but port delays made it take forever. Replied fast to emails which is a huge plus for me. When I buy more stuff I m going back to them forsureHood looks amazing!!!

100% recommend JM Auto Racing! After stumbling onto their website from google (Dec 29), I found exactly what I was looking for and it was considerably cheaper than other websites I had been looking at. Within minutes of placing my order, Tj (I think?) called me from their location in NY to tell me that the product I had purchased was on a huge back order, and there were 50-70 people ahead of me waiting for this product... and it wouldn t be delivered until mid-late January. The next evening I had a tracking number and expected delivery date for Jan 1.The customer service is unlike any other, as are their prices.I had originally purchased a similar product from a competitor on Oct 11, with the back order posted as 3 4 weeks from purchase. When I called them the first week of Dec they told me it would be another 3-4 from the day I called them. Didn t bother to give me a heads up like JM Auto. 100% satisfied with my overall experience and look forward to making more purchases in the near future!Thank you, JMAR!

These people are the best. I had purchased a 1/2 plenum spacer for my g35, after I had purchased it, I received a call from one of the employees asking if I wanted their advice, to which I agreed. He then proceeded to explain how the 5/16 iso copper plenum spacer would be much more beneficial based on my location and of his own experiences with the products. Couldn t have asked for a better experience with this company, 10/10 would recommend to others

Dear J and M Auto Racing crew,Thank you so much for reaching out about my order. I don t have a voicemail box so the text worked perfectly to get my attention. I was told to ask for Joe and that s exactly who I got. Joe helped me tremendously (sorry I had to be so quick Joe I was assisting in a veterinary surgery), he personally had the same vehicle and informed me that the exhaust I had ordered was on back order. Joe had some suggestions as to which one was better and quickly helped me readjust my order. After watching a few videos I can tell that Joe helped me make the right choice. JM Auto Racing is good. I'm a first time customer. I called before ordering an engine part and I received unsolicited advice from an associate comparing two parts, which influenced my decision. I got the part that he recommended and I'm glad I listened!

I haven't received anything yet that I ordered, but I'm giving this company a 5* based on how well they handle their business. I was charged twice for an item, one of the staff members hit me up letting me know what was going on and why it happened (on a Sunday Morning) and I already have my refund for the mistake. Things get messed up all the time, this company is someone you can trust to correct any mistakes made by you or them.
