Generation Kia was OUTSTANDING!! The easiest, most hassle-free, low pressure car transaction ever!! Vid was an awesome sales representative. We stopped by the dealership between other appointments just to look at a model, and 20 minutes later had test driven the car we were looking at, learned about the features of the different trim levels, and he was able to locate a model with exactly the features and colors we were interested in. Throughout, we never felt pressured- he was friendly and patient, asked us what was important to us and really listened, not wasting time trying to upsell things we said we didn t want. We wrapped up the financing with the Steven, who was just as accommodating, attentive, and friendly without being pushy. He really went above and beyond helping me to get the best deal possible. We have been car shopping for nearly 6 months and nearly closed the deal with a few other dealers but walked when they didn t really listen to what we were looking for and instead tried to sell us on something else or were not transparent about pricing. Here, the price you see on the website matches the price when you go in- as it should be!! I ve already got a family member who will be heading over to Generation KIA for their next vehicle!

Absolutely loved this dealer! A lot of these other places are sneaky! Phil here was all upfront and was wonderful.. he knew about the cars he was selling which was a huge plus! He got me what I wanted and he got me a wonderful price, I have reccomended a friend here also already as I will keep doing! I made a huge purchase with my savings and I felt confident and comfortable.. thanks Phil!!

We stopped into Generation Kia after work one day to start looking for a new car and were lucky enough to meet Vid. We were expecting to spend the weekend car shopping but thanks to him and the rest of the staff at Generation Kia, we were able to find the perfect car and drive it home the very next day. Vid was extremely personable from the minute we walked in. He took the time to show us each model we were interested in, let us test drive them, and found the best pricing fit for us without ever making us feel pressured. It s been a couple of weeks but he continues to answer any questions that I have and has checked in multiple times to see how the new car is treating us. Thank you Generation Kia and thank you Vid for going above and beyond!

I don t normally write reviews but had to shout out Big Lou at Generation Kia of Bohemia. I just recently leased a 2024 Kia Carnival and was so impressed by his customer service and professionalism. Lou answered all my questions and was always available whenever I needed him. I recommend Generation Kia, and I HIGHLY recommend Lou!

Just bought my second car from generation Kia! 10/10 Anthony was very patient, personable and professional! He took the time to break down everything in all the cars we were looking at to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our decisions! What a great service experience today!From the warm welcome from Vinnie to Mike, Kaya and Michelle. I had to wait for something to be handled that was under warranty, however, I had a chance to comfortable work and make calls in their lounge and kept being updated of the progress. Top notch service!

I don t write reviews, but after this last experience I had to. I d like to give a shout out to Vincent! He is by far the highest value customer service representative I ve ever met in any Dealer or Auto Repair Center. People like him make companies like Generation Kia more personable. I ve worked in hospitality for more than 10 years and to find quality customer service and care at a Dealership is rare! He did not only keep in touch with me through the entire process of servicing my vehicle, but was upfront and honest on the necessary repairs. Thank God for people like him with a big heart, knowledgeable skills, and great communication. People like him make businesses more personable and keeps me feeling proud of living in Long Island.

Patty Benedetto from sales and Nicole Ehlers from finance made my process smooth and easy. I came from almost 4 hours away to get the car and love my new-to-me Kia Forte GT. I would highly recommend working with them. Patty was sweet and attentive and made sure I got the car I wanted. 10/10 would recommend!

Ray G helped me buy out my lease. He was so professional and caring. He made the transition so easy and kept me informed every step of the way from beginning to end. He treated me like I was part of his own family. I can not say enough about him. He is absolutely amazing! I can t thank him enough and appreciate everything he did for me. I want to also thank Nicole the finance manager for being so wonderful. They both went above and beyond!

We have had a 9 years long relationship with Generation Kia, and Ray G. My husband purchased his first Kia Soul from this location in 2015. It was a first new car purchase since 1996 - and to say that buying a car was different is an understatement. Ray made that experience wonderful. So much so, that in 2016 we returned and leased another Kia Soul with Ray G for me. In 2018 our son was ready to get a car, and a Kia Soul was what he wanted. Last weekend my husband turned in a 2020 Kia Soul, and happily drove away with a new 2024 Kia Soul. Ray G has been the sales person we trust most. He has a great personality, and great communication skills. Truly the best!

I was always informed of the status of my repairs and I was provided a loaner vehicle and transportation. My vehicle was returned cleaner than when I brought it in. Thank you to your whole team. 5 stars !!!!!Joe R. Is the BEST !!! We came to look at cars a couple months ago when my car from riverhead Kia was giving me trouble. He was so helpful that we came back when my lease was up and I have to say I do NOT regret it! He is so personable and not pushy. Best experience I ve ever had at a car dealership and got a super great deal!

Kia Bohemia! Let me tell you something, ANTHONY is the most calm, patient , real , humble , knowledgeable, informative and best service provider have ever dealt with in my life as I was helping my girl friend getting a car. She was so picky and indecisive; I went to multiple Kia on Long Island and half of the sales person couldn't even find and break down the information I gave them that would make my girl said yes I love this. But, Anthony did. So if you want greatness find that guy, trust me. Manager was great, staff warm and friendly and the environment is just chill. Couldn t ask for anything better. I had such a great experience at Kia Generation in Bohemia. This is definitely not our first time buying/leasing a Kia. We currently have a Kia 2018 that we've financing and just traded in our other Kia to lease a 2024 Kia Sportage. Ray G was great in helping us find a car that would suit our family's needs. He was professional and assisted us in making sure that every step was easy and painless. I would highly recommend getting a Kia and especially Ray G. You will not be disappointed in the professionalism that he exudes and honestly he is just such a great person.

came in not really sure what i wanted in the first place, was greeted by mike and he took his time making sure i found exactly what i needed in the car (features, size, safety, etc.). Once we found the exact car that worked and came to an agreement, Mike and the team at generation were extremely efficient with my time having me in and out in no time. Have had a lot of atypical experiences at other places. But Generation was a breath of fresh air, will definitely be back.

Great working with Ryan Castano at Generation Kia in Bohemia. Ryan showed me everything and let me test drive what car I was looking for. No pressure in deciding which model I was interested in. I would definitely recommend Generation Kia and Ryan.

Came in for an oil change in my car, and while in the waiting area struck up a conversation with Mike P in sales, he did a great job discussing all my options and seeing what worked best for me. Showed me a variety of cars, including the newer edition of what i have now. sat down and looked at how a new lease would look. and before i knew it, i was leaving in a 2024 sorento! mike was never pushy and really took time to listen. Not only recommend the great service department but also the sales team, especially mike.

My wife and I had an exceptional experience working with Joseph "Joe" Rossetti, at Kia Bohemia while leasing our new 2024 Kia Sportage Plug-In Hybrid. His dedication to finding the matching price point for our lease was truly commendable. While the pricing at the dealership may be higher compared to a local mechanic, I found the investment in repairs worthwhile. I recently had extensive work done on my Kia, including brake replacement and a new catalytic converter. The advantage of having the repairs done by Kia lies in their familiarity with my car model. They provided honest advice on why investing in the current vehicle was a better option than purchasing a new one. Their expertise and commitment to transparency reassured me.I'm optimistic about getting another 100,000 miles out of my trusty Kia Soul 2016, thanks to the quality service provided. Vinnie from the service team played a crucial role in making the experience more manageable. He went the extra mile by arranging a complete interior and exterior detailing for my car. I purchased a used Honda Pilot that I seen online at this dealership and it was such a great and smooth process with the help from Joseph Rossetti. From the test drive to credit application to finance, I was done in a few hours. I highly recommend going to Generation Kia for a friendly, fun and stress free car buying experience. My salesperson Patty is amazing, and she does not pressure you into making a decision. I have leased two cars from this dealer and each time I went away a satisfied customer because of Patty.Generation Kia hires staff that's willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Amazing customer service!I will definitely go there when this lease is up to work with Patty and Generation Kia again.

Amazing service from the second I pulled up to the second I left with the car all good to go. Vincent Ardito was very detailed, loads of information and suggestions. Even got to meet the mechanics out back that we were working on the car and see everything going on with it. They were honest and looking out for my best interest. Not trying to pull a fast one which being a female and going to a mechanics happens more often than I would like to have experienced. Won't be going anywhere else but here for all my future service needs

Even when I was frustrated you turn a frown into a smile I felt like I was in great hands. Vincent kept me updated with everything that was going on with my vehicle being I only had it for five days. I was very frustrated with a lot of the answers I was getting back but when I walked into service, I met Vinny and things went well from there. I m just very pleased with my service I would like to say thank you so much for everything .so if anyone ever stop By generation Kia In Bohemia, please ask for Vincent for any of your car needs. Anthony was so friendly and attentive he made our experience here great! Would definitely recommend seeing him for your next Kia. I'm a big fan of the Kia Souls. It was time for an upgrade so I went to this dealer looking to buy a car.Would not recommend making an appointment though it seems to be first come first serve as we later found out. We made an appointment for 12:30 than waited over an hour.But in the end it worked out for the best I got the car I wanted and worked with a great sales man!
