I had problems with my car for months took it to Good Year and the Buick Dealership. Buick charged $1500 and fixed something that didn t even solve the problem. I drove the car off the lot engine light came right back on, they didn t even address the issue that I brought the car in for so my car still had the same problem. I came across this shop and the customer service provided was exceptional, and the work was completed efficiently, much quicker than the service offered by the dealership. Additionally, they maintained good communication throughout the process, keeping me informed at every stage. I can confidently say that I will be a returning customer.

I've been living up here for 2 years now and had trouble finding a good mechanic until I accidentally called this place. The customer service was fantastic and they finished the job much quicker than the dealership. They also did a great job of keeping me updated every step of the way. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

I called Get R Done on a Thursday afternoon due to a concern about my vehicle frame and a power steering line break. Get R Done asked me to drop my vehicle off Friday morning and by Friday afternoon they called with a definitive answer to both issues. The service was lightning fast, kind (in person and on the phone when I called) and concise with no attempt to sell me extra services or unnecessary repairs. I recommend Get R Done to anyone looking for info about the nature and extent of their repairs. I will absolutely use Get R Done in the future!

I came from New Jersey to Fort Drum, my car engine light came on and I was scared of driving and didn t wanna go back all the way to BMW New Jersey so I called Get R Done and I had a marvelous experience. The are affordable and quick. The assurance was great and they ensured I was satisfied. Thanks to the team at Get R Done

Took my car to Get R Done for inspection and brake service, to say they did an amazing job is an understatement! I called Friday and they were able to fit me on the same day for an inspection, unfortunately it failed. They got me right in on the following Monday asap to complete all the work needed. Not only is my car inspected but it drives so much better. Would highly recommend Get R Done to anyone in the calcium area, it is close by and they have excellent service.

Received my NYS inspection here and was so quick and painless! The staff here is so nice and knowledgeable and made it a great and simple experience. Definitely would recommend.

Get R Done is phenomenal! Their communication, customer service, pricing, overall knowledge, and skills with automotive repairs is astounding . My 2020 Subaru passed inspected at the end of January at the dealership in Watertown. Dealership told me it wasn t a big deal but I should have my breaks replaced in the near future, and the pricing I was quoted was absurd. My rear breaks were metal on metal, pads worn off and my car never should have passed inspection. Get R Done stayed in constant communication with me and replaced everything for much less than the dealership. Can t recommended this place enough!

Overcharged me! But there was nothing that could be done because the work had already been completed, without my approval might I add. It s really unfortunate because I really wanted to like you guys but I see how you take advantage. Beware to anyone especially military folks that come here:(**Edit: I find it interesting how all the low ratings reviews are claimed to be fake accounts ..I don t have time to write a fake review but I guess not everyone takes the truth well.

I ve been running around with this car to different shops trying to figure out what s wrong spending hundreds of dollars on diag for them to be incorrect. I brought my car here and they figured out the problem in 15 minutes. Highly recommended

My rear brakes were completely shot. He got me in first thing the next day and had both rear brakes replaced by lunch! I have never had a shop work that quick on such short notice with no appointment. I will be going back to this shop with anything else my truck needs! Thanks, Get r Done!!
