Was very easy to make an appointment. Dropped my car off before I was out of town and it was ready before I returned. I was quoted for the parts and work, not pressured into fixings other things than what I called about. Staff was knowledgeable and polite. Service was efficient and lobby was clean. Would recommend to family and friends.

Had a flat tire few hours before checking out of the hotel and getting ready for a 3 h drive. Last thing you need before long drive home. I tried 2 other businesses who told me they take by appointment only and that I can wait if I wanted to . When I asked how long I d have to wait , they said at least a couple of hours . A couple of hours to patch a tire ?But Charlie at Mr Tire was extremely helpful and accommodating. His entire crew was professional and delivered excellent service.Thank you !

My son took his car for a front end alignment. His steering was piling to the right. They called, said it was done. When he picked it up, it was pulling the other way. He had to take it back again the next day, wasting everyone's time. The guy admitted they did not take it out for a test drive. Wasted time on everyone's part.

So I ll try not to make this too long but I had a screw in my tire and took it to Mr Tire in Johnson City NY, and was told they couldn t fix it so I took it to Mr Tire on Court Street and I have to say that Craig was amazing!!!! Thank you thank you Craig and the guy at the counter (didn t get his name) at Mr Tire in Binghamton NY you totally made my day!!!!!!!!

Stopped in today because Honda brake light was on. Todd got me in right away and was very helpful and knowledgeable as to what the problem was. Robby was also really helpful. I would highly recommend this store especially due to the excellent customer service of Todd and Robby. Thanks guys for being so professional, fast service, caring ,knowledgeable and excellent customer service. 5 stars

I ordered two tires from this shop and was given a price of $650. Not being familiar with prices, I agreed and paid $200 deposit from my credit card. 10 minutes later I found that the same tires I can have for $400 from a different shop and cancelled the deal with MrTire. Nevertheless money were taken off my credit card. I think eventually I will get money back, but I want to share this experience with other customers

Just want to give an AWESOME review to Mr Tire on Court St in Binghamton! And especially to Craig and Glen, hope I got names right. I was from out of town when my key fob battery went, on a Sunday with everything closed. I was googling where I could go, stumbled upon them thankfully! They pointed me to where I could get a battery as they don't sell them and they then installed for me for free. They were truly a GODSEND on a day that really had me flustered! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP AND KINDNESS!!! ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!

I noticed my muffler getting loud one day, and it was so much worse on the way home. Since I was driving 2 hrs. away to an event the following day, I called Mr. Tire and explained the issue. He told me that they were booked for the day, but when I explained my dilemma, he told me to bring it in. The gentleman that took care of me was named Todd, and he was great. Even tho I had to wait my turn, he discovered it wasn't my muffler at all - but the pipe from the muffler to the Kadlic Converter had rusted apart. He didn't have the items in stock to replace them, but he told me they could "clean the rust off" and weld them back together. 30 minutes and $169 later, I left with my car quiet as a mouse once again! Todd went out of his way to help me out knowing I had to get this taken care of before I left the following day. I'll never hesitate to bring any of my vehicles there! Employees like Todd makes all the difference!

Our tire blew out on the highway on the way to a bachelorette party for the weekend (with the bride in our car!), putting a huge and scary wrench in our plans. Steven was able to squeeze us in and out help us out so quickly, we only were delayed by two hours. He saved the day and weekend! We appreciate it so much and highly recommend this location!

During a college tour road trip in central NY with my daughter, we discovered a screw in the front passenger tire that was causing a steady loss of air pressure. We made it to our Binghamton Univ tour and immediately afterward took the car to Mr Tire. We pulled in at 4pm on Wednesday, and by 6 pm they had confirmed that they could get a new matching tire the next morning and mount & balance it by 10 am. Sure enough, by 9:45 am I got the call that the car was ready. Steven, the manager, didn t try to sell me 2 tires when I only needed 1 (that recommendation is based on tread depth differential, btw) and he accommodated my timing so that we could make it to my daughter s next campus tour 2.5 hours away. It couldn t have worked out better. Thanks, Steven!

I was very happy with the service, and the manager went above and beyond to help me file my tire claim with the company that I have coverage with, he spoke with them on the phone and took care of all the paperwork so I could be reimbursed. I was very pleased

I like doing business at this location but every time I take my vehicle in for an oil change, it takes almost 2 hours. I always call ahead to setup the appointment so I don't understand why it always takes so long. I can't sit around all day waiting for something as simple as an oil change.

After having a traumatic experience on the way to work and scoring myself a flat tire, they were able to get my car fixed right away. Steve was a pleasure to work with and made sure I was taken care of. I can t thank him and the team enough. I appreciate everything they do!! Amazing service! :)

I was in Binghamton from out of town last week, and noticed a nail in my tire Friday at 5:38 pm. I called several tire companies and they did not answer the call. My third call was to this Mr. Tire location on Court Street....at 5:45 pm, (closing time was 6 pm) Steve pleasantly answered the phone and I made an appointment for the next day. My tire was fixed by 11:30 am on Saturday. My experience was very professional, pleasant and handled timely! Now that is customer service.....thank you Mr. Tire and Steve - for getting me on the road again. I will always be grateful for your service!

Steve has been nothing but up front and honest. He is very helpful, friendly and respectful. I would trust him with my car any day. He is the best hands down

Omg, I was driving out to New York for a long weekend and my tire looked low, but the tire pressure light wasn t on. I was still freaking out so I called Mr. Tire and Nick answered my questions as I was roughly thirty minutes away. Nick was so helpful and took care of me when I arrived. I was back on my travels quickly. He was so helpful and totally honest and caring! Great customer service and I d highly recommend Mr. Tire to anyone needing services in the area!

Went and got 2 new tires put on 3 weeks ago and an alignment. Got charged for everything and was told I was good to go. I now have to replace both back tires again because they failed to do the alignment they told me they did. Mr.tire admitted to the fact the alignment was not and could not have been done because I need a new camber bolt. And refunded the alignment money and left me paying for 2 new tires. Again. They never mentioned the bolt to me infact said that my alignment was fixed. They lied and charged me for work that was never done and cost me 2 new tires.

Nick, was the best auto mechanic that I actually enjoyed dealing with. He was professional quick and efficient. I highly recommend you use thier service. I was inexpensive and the quality work was awesome. Nick deserves a raise. I wish they had Mr tire in FL
