These guys were fantastic. I rolled up with a flat tire, they diagnosed that I needed a new one in seconds, figured out the dimensions of the tire I needed, and gave me competitive options for tires i could replace it with. After selecting the one I wanted, it barely took ten minutes before it was done being replaced. Staff at the counter, John and Todd couldnt have been friendlier, more helpful, or attentive. I drove off in record time with a better tire than i came in with, at a reasonable price, and with a warm and pleasant customer experience. Absolute 10/10 service. Would and will come again if necessary. Highly recommend if needing help with your car!

I am so happy, I usually go to the Mavis on upper front but they don t do inspections so I came to Main St to have that n an oil change done. Not only were the guys friendly and kind to me but were quick and made sure to explain what was being done n all that. Highly recommend them. John and Todd were great! Happy to now have 2 diff mavis I can trust!

I was so lucky to find this place! Very fair price. Excellent service. Honest. 10/10. Will recommend this place to other college students. Was worried about the name and showing up short notice but they exceeded my expectations in every way. Ben at the front desk is real professional and personable too.

I had a fantastic experience at this garage! I arrived at 5:40 with a tire issue, and the team: David, John, and Todd, were incredibly welcoming and efficient. They promptly checked my tire and patched it up at a reasonable price within 20 minutes. Their professionalism and quick service made my visit smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend them for any car maintenance needs!

I can honestly say this is one of the best shops I've been too in Binghamton. Being a woman I'm always hesitant to go to car shops in fear of being taken advantage of/ripped off. These guys have amazing customer service, very fair pricing, and I got in and out in no time! My car is driving like new and no one pressured me to buy anything more than what I came in for. Todd even gave me a discount which was super nice!!!! Thank you guys so much for taking such good care of my car, and being so honest and trustworthy. I'll be back!

I have to say that the Guys who work at the shop truly are honorable and trustworthy! They have helped me on many occasions and I have an old car that s very hard to work on. I would never go anywhere else.To the guys at Mavis from me and my family thank you for all your hard work

I came to Mavis in need of an inspection and ultimately needed new tires and an alignment done to my vehicle. Todd helped me out a ton through conversation and finance options that worked best for me. Overall, I got everything I needed in a quick, efficient way while also being given options and some helping hands. Highly recommend coming here for any vehicle needs

I will definitely come back to the Mavis on Main Street, Binghamton from now on!! Made an appointment for an oil change.Todd was very helpful and kind. I also, with Todd telling me about quality of tires and great prices, I also bought tires and windshield wipers too! My car was well taken care of!! Great service and the guys had a great sense of knowledge, wonderful sense of humor!! Thank you Todd!!

Got a flat tire on Saturday. Was able to get my flat Replaced in 30 minutes. Staff was very pleasant and helpful and also showed me where the sidewall on attire had been punctured, which required the replacement

I wish I could give them more than five stars. Last weekend Todd went out of his way to help us out when my son found himself with a flat tire on his way from Syracuse to Philly. It was a Sunday afternoon and nobody else was open, but Todd got him in and on his way quickly and eased this worried mom's mind in the process. Thank you so much!!

I would give 0 stars if possible I went in on Monday Dec 11 I kindly explained that I needed an ignition coil on cylinder 5 changed nothing more nothing less I could do it myself it s literally on the Front of the engine as I already have a mechanic and he already checked it out but he was preparing to go in for a surgery, and couldn t do the labor himself they lied saying cylinder 5 was In the back of The engine, which means they would have to remove the whole engine and because my check engine light was on they insisted to tell me I was going to need a new manifold a new fuel intake system just naming things I had no clue about Mind you I was messaging my mechanic as I was there and that information was incorrect. I have attached a screenshot from the website My mechanic became so frustrated with their ignorance I ended up going to his shop right then and there he Changed the cylinder five coil ignition right in front of my face he changed a filter and flushed my fuel intake and told me to put octane To clean it out due to bad gas My car is good as new Mr. tires will lie to you. If you are uneducated, they will overcharge you for labor that is not necessary I wanted to write this review as a warning make sure you have your own mechanic. Make sure you get a Second opinion, they are thieves, and absolutely ignorant they would ve ended up charging me 5 to 600 dollars that day if you want good honest affordable service go to Newmans auto exchange in apalachin talk to Kevin because these guys don t have a clue

Mavis has always been my go-to for tires. They are professional and courteous. They explain everything but not in a way that makes you feel like an idiot. I have always felt well taken care of. Their service is prompt and communication is excellent. For my most recent visit, I had to have my vehicle towed to the Main St Binghamton store. Todd made a very stressful event much easier. I highly recommend.

This place deserves more than 5 stars! Such nice workers and finished the problem with my tire within the day like they promised. Prices were very good and they were very nice and knowledgeable about tires. They did a great job and I would trust them with my car anyday! Love this place

Fastest oil change I've ever had... 10 minutes. The guys there also cleared a code which was causing my check engine light to be on, free of charge. Date of service 04/15/2023Update: 03-09-24 Still the fastest oil change I've ever gotten. Front counter staff is always friendly and engaging with customers. They are there and ready to get you checked in for your service needs. I will continue to come to Mavis for my oil changes and general maintenance. Oil change took approx 20 minutes. When you work 6 days a week, it's important for me(the customer) to get in and out. I don't have time to waste and MAVIS doesn't waste any time getting the job done. Shout-out to the guys at 310 Main St Binghamton, NY

My wheel was making a loud grinding noise for several months and all of a sudden stopped. I was concerned that something important finally fell off so I called, got an appointment within 2 days. The appointment took less than a hour. They took a test drive, suspended my car and took off the wheel for a thorough check. At the end they insured me that everything look good, properly was a rock got stuck and fell out on its own. Didn t charge me anything. Good place, will be going again, and recommend to everyone!

I recently had an unexpected emergency with my car after another mechanic botched my oil change. After realizing I was without oil following a drive from Syracuse to Binghamton, I was in a panic. Luckily, I found Mavis Discount Tire,on Main Street in Binghamton , and they truly came to my rescue. Todd and Dennis were absolute lifesavers. They not only fixed my car immediately but also took the time to explain the issue thoroughly and even provided me with the faulty parts to show the original mechanic. Their expertise, professionalism, and genuine care went above and beyond my expectations! I can't thank Todd, Dennis, and the entire team at Mavis enough for their outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive assistance. They've earned my trust and gratitude, and I'll definitely be returning for all my future car needs.

Mavis is close to our office and we have a fleet of vehicles. Todd and the team always openly accept our work and personal vehicles. Their work is done in a timely manner and they communicate with us on completion time and explain what is going on with problems we bring to them. We have brought many vehicles and will continue. John and Dennis are the real deal. I have never had an issue, always have gotten a fair price and as a woman, they don t treat me like an idiot about car issues. Building trust in the service industry is very important to me and they have certainly earned mine!!

Where do I even begin? Had a flat tire and was limping on a donut when I pulled into their parking lot. The tires I needed were very specific to my vehicle, and not only were they not in stock, but there were only 2 of those exact tires in the entirety of the 5000 Mavis locations across the country. Todd went ahead and orders the tires, and by miracle got them delivered to the shop in 2 days. I was at work when he called with the news, so I rushed over and my tires were replaced quickly despite the shop being quite busy. Todd was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and provided fantastic service. Now I know who to recommend when friends and colleagues need tires service.

Todd is the best. If you need help ask for him he needs to be the manager . If I owned a car place he would run it. I'm sure he has to give people bad news but it's the truth. Great guy.

Best Atuo shop in binghamton. The workers are very helpful with explaining my car situation to me, pricing has always been reasonable for me being a single mom. My car has been riding like new ever since Mavis fixed up my car.

After I stupidly booked a NYS inspection at Simmons Rockwell in Hallstead, PA, Todd got me in immediately, got me the tires I needed and back on the road for my Golf trip lightning fast, A++++++++ (they were even backing the car into the garage to make sure it was behind lock and key since I was running late to scoop it)

Great service. The manager, Todd, was extremely helpful, informative, didn t push anything extra on me and explained every question I had. Came in for a tire that was leaking air and an oil change, had it back to me in an hour. Highly recommend.
