I had a great experience from start to finish with the crew at J&R Upholstery getting my Ford Transit fitted with a roof box. When I came to them with the job, they took the time to research what I needed and provided me with options based on both quality and cost. They were very professional and effective at communicating what needed to be done, met deadlines without fail, and consistently checked in to make sure things were on track. Lastly, they took the initiative when doing the installation to offer me something that would be a better setup long-term, instead of rushing and not thinking it through. Friendly staff, and great work!

Last year we had heated seats expertly installed in our Ram 2500. We had to have the wiring double-checked today. The attention to detail was evident, as they meticulously went through the wiring and relay to ensure everything was perfect. The owner stood out with his extraordinary helpfulness and delightful demeanor. Intrigued by their extensive services, we inquired about additional accessories and promptly received a comprehensive quote for parts for my wife's vehicle. The shop's technicians were not only skilled but also took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the service, enhancing our understanding and confidence in their work. We left the shop thoroughly impressed and are eagerly looking forward to our next visit for future services.

Came in with a squeak in my driver seat. Got there was helped right away by Jason. Very nice guy. He fixed it right away and quickly. Seat is perfect.

I have had J&R install leather seats in three or four pickups that could not be ordered with factory leather. Every time the workmanship was excellent, with the leather matching factory installed leather 100%. Done on time with excellent results. Why go anywhere else??

J&R Upholstery are first class all the way. Always friendly, helpful and professional. My last truck I had a spray in bed liner and a tonneau cover and both looked and worked great. I had them put in a gel pad in my current motorcycle and you can t even tell by looking at it but it makes a big difference in comfort. I just took my new truck in for a spray in bed liner and it looks great. I ll have them do a tonneau cover for it in the spring. I highly recommend this business. You won t be disappointed.

Great guys. Great service and very reasonable prices. We had Katskin leather seats installed, new Boss control system and a back up camera to an older vehicle. Tommy was our contact. Couldn't have been more helpful. Even went the extra mile and ordered extra leather for us to cover the armrest. Which was made on location, it not only finished off the job, but was also very reasonably priced. Wish we had more cars to take there! Very pleasant experience.

I have the expectations of the best upholstery! And jr upholstery has never let me down, from the auto dealership work or the home my diners booth from over 10 years ago! And still looks. New ! Or now. With my new bed cover!Our experience was and is. Great, once a job has begun, may it be big or small they do it right or not at all ! There the BEST !

Make sure you do the following ;1 - Double check all work completed2 - Verify all nuts and bolts are tight3 - Get detail WRITTEN WARRANTY on PARTS AND LABOR4 - Never assume Verbal Conversations are TRUE5 - Get Estimate From Another SourceBeware, we all make mistakes, but this place defends the workers and claims they do everything by the book, which is far from reality I.M.O.Verify - Verify - VerifySeals and nuts/bolts are correct and tight.....

Excellent and extremely courteous service provided by Tom and crew. Power driver seat on our bought new 2007 Camry LE had crapped out. Tom explained all the different options without spending $2500 for a new Toyota part (integrated frame & components) plus labor at the dealer. I opted for risking a complete used seat assembly from a yard in Idaho via eBay. Shipped by freight, they gladly received it directly on their loading dock, bench tested it and sent it out to be professionally cleaned for me. Half hour installation appointment was right on the minute, old seat sent to a recycler. Total out of pocket for seat, shipping, cleaning and labor: $499 + tax! We couldn't be happier with J&R! Smart guys with all the answers to questions I thought I'd never be asking. Easy peasy.

They are great! I was scrambling around looking for a tonneau cover for a last minute trip. They were the only shop from binghamton to Albany that could get it to me that day, and it took maybe 5 minutes for them to install it. Highly reccomend this business!

The owner Jason and his staff is wonderful their prices are great and the turnaround time was quick. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I would definitely use their service again when I need it.

Amazing service and super affordable! Had them install a remote start. To say I m impressed is an understatement. Only took them an hour and a half opposed to the two and half hours they scheduled me for. Lifetime warranty on the system and includes remote batteries. They are the friendliest people and did very well at explaining to me how it works. Look forward to doing business with them again in the future!

I was looking to get the skin of tonneau cover replaced , every one was trying to sell me a full kit , I called J & R who installed the cover originally . They where able to make the cover and ship it to Rochester NY for less then the price of a new one ,, Highly appreciated !!

If you want to get accessories for your vehicle this is the place to go. They do seat covers, truck caps, and many more things to make your ride look good. The staff are super cool and will help you with what you need. Check them out when it's time to do any upgrades to your vehicle.

Purchased a tonneau cover and step rails from J & R 3 yrs ago. The step rail bolts rusted out and J & R was very helpful in getting the rails and brackets replaced under warranty. Less than a week to get the new step rails in and put on.

I bought a new car 2-3 years ago, and my boyfriend purchased a car starter for me as a Christmas present. When I dropped it off at J & R I mentioned to them that it had a button for one, but when I push it nothing happens. They said it was there for me to have the option to install one. This year I finally figured out how to use the original car starter. You have to hit the lock button first, and then hold down the car starter button. So now I have 2 car starters on my vehicle. When I called they said it was somthing that occasionally happens, and really it's not there fault. The person to blame would be the guy that sold me the car, and partially my boyfriend that generously purchased this expensive gift for me. If your looking for a professional place to sell you something that you already own, this is it!

Very kind and accommodating staff! I had a remote start installed (a birthday present from my husband), they were very kind and answered questions I had without me even having to ask. While waiting (with coffee they provided), I overheard phone calls and conversations that the staff had with other customers and they were incredibly helpful, kind and reinforced their great reputation. Once finished, I got a little tutorial on how to use the remote, which was great since I've never had one before. I wasn't treated any differently, being a woman, which alone scores points in my book. Highly recommend!

I went to J&R upholstery for the first time to have a car starter put into one of my vehicles. I had received a gift certificate for the starter. From the time I made my appointment I was impressed with the professionalism and patience in explaining to me what was available and how the starters operated. I also found the reminder call Friendly. Upon arrival I felt as if I was in a safe environment and was helped immediately! I thought I would have to make a second 50 miles round-trip to pick up my vehicle later that day but after doing a little shopping I received a call and my vehicle was already finished! I was thrilled! I received great instructions on the use of my new device too and I left with a great impression of this business! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My husband and just bought new vehicles, nope not rich and it will be financially tight for sure. My husband's truck needs bed liner, tonneau cover, mud flaps, bug deflector... my daughter has used J&R and recommended them highly. We drove down almost a 2 hour drive stopped in the shop and Jason walked us through each product, we were there for sometime but he was patient and stayed with us giving us all the sale/special discounts available. I appreciate great customer service almost as much as a well made product - I got both at this shop. They are going to do all this in one day for us as the drive is long, appreciate that squeeze in and time for us.Thank You Jason! I love the service and explanation of the products and care needed for maintenence.

Just got an remote start from J&R as a Christmas gift for the wife. Very pleased with the experience. The staff were very professional and courteous. I described what I needed to the salesman. He provided my options. The whole transaction took minutes. The salesman was able to quickly schedule an appointment. All in all a very pleasant experience

The staff at J&R are nothing short of amazing. From the first phone call of a thousand questions to asking for three different quotes and changing my mind twice, they were never rude and always smiling. Their prices beat the dealer by hundreds of dollars, yet I would have gladly paid dealer prices just to be appreciated as a customer by the attentive and friendly J&R staff. I came in for a truck bed liner and left with not only a durable drop-in liner, but a complete set of winter floor mats for what I would have paid at the dealer for just the bed liner. You have a great service formula for a small, local business and I feel fortunate that you are in our community. Thank you and I ll be back for a Tonneau cover for my next upgrade!

I was very happy with my experience here. The salesman was polite and very helpful. I have had two of my cars windows tinted here, good price, high quality work. Also had a suburban which needed the head liner and airbags replaced. Definitely quality work.

Very friendly people at J & R!! My remote was not working and Tom figured out right away that it was more than the battery. Since it is the holiday time and they are very busy, he was able to get me in within a weeks time! It's wonderful to have my car warm again before I get in! One of the best Christmas gifts I've ever received!!!
