What a wonderful place to look at vehicles! I am a college student and found it fascinating to search for my first car. Driven Automotive made it easy and eased up some of the tensions I had on getting a reliable car. Day one of this adventure and I m very thankful for their kindness.

I highly recommend driven to everyone. They have a great selection of clean cars all reasonably priced great people. Jeff and Ryan made the process very easy even though the deal was out of state I would definitely be using them in the future and you should too.

I never do this whole review thing but I must say, the process of getting my 2013 Nissan Sentra was a very easy and smooth process with Ryan. Not only was it smooth but it was a great experience in general. I did not pay over what was told I would and the car is extremely nice. I m very happy with my purchase so far. Ryan was quick to answer any of my questions and very patient as I never have bought a car before so I was not very experienced and did not know a lot. I was very nervous to get ripped off but ryan really helped calm those nerves by being very clear and calm and never pressuring me to make the purchase. Not only that but I came in and fell in love with the car but it was Saturday and they were close to closing and I did not have cash to put 500 down so it wouldn t be taken but ryan took it off the lot for me anyways till Monday to bring in my down payment! It was a huge help. Great experience.

Purchased a vehicle from out of state by talking to Jeff and Mike. They were extremely helpful and immediately got back to me close up pictures of areas of the car I wanted to inspect more thoroughly. We were able to make the deal remotely and I was able to get plates on the car and drive off about an hour after showing up. Excellent work.

Just bought this 2017 Tundra sight-unseen. It was delivered to me 3.5 hours away with no extra charge. Good financing and communication. Could have been a nightmare transaction but it was pretty ideal. Very happy to have this truck.

Happy Valentines Day to me. I treated myself to a beautiful 2016 Lexus Rx 350 today. This is my 2nd vehicle that I purchased from Driven Automotive located on Upper Front St, in Binghamton. In August 2023, I purchased a 2015 Porsche Macan and back to them again today for the Lexus. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle.

We needed a new vehicle and stopped in to test drive a couple. Ryan and a very professional and helpful in every aspect. We drove out with our new vehicle in 48 hours. With a full tank of gas!

From the time I first emailed Mike at Driven Automotive all the way to helping me complete my registration after the sale, he was not only prompt at replying but willing to answer any questions I had about the vehicle. I drove five hours to purchase the car and when I arrived, pictures online didn t even do the car justice. I was extremely pleased with the overall experience. Mike and his team did everything in their power to make sure I left as a satisfied customer. Being in the automotive sales business myself for almost a decade, I understand it is not the easiest thing to do especially on a specialty car like I purchased. Whether you are local or out of state, I definitely recommend Driven Automotive.

Driven Automotive s staff were courteous and transparent. They showed me the vehicle via FaceTime, and Ryan gladly showed me everything I wanted to see including the frame/undercarriage, valve cover gaskets and other areas under the hood, as well as body panel gaps/fitment. I drove about 3 hours to pick up my vehicle from them, and I arrived to find it freshly detailed with a full tank of gas. I was unable to confirm the tire tread depth via FaceTime, and brought up an issue I had found with one of the tires expecting to be somewhat ignored. To my surprise Driven Automotive cut me a check for the cost of two new tires; extremely gracious of them as they could have just told me to deal with it and drive home. A buyer couldn t really ask for much more, especially when purchasing a vehicle across the state. Thanks to everyone I dealt with at Driven Automotive!

Bought a $6000 auto, three months later 3000 of repairs, there no way this passed a legitimate inspection. Obviously ripped off /brakes were crumbling, multiple major systems failing. Stay away I paid my money and now no car or transportation

BOUGHT A MUSTANG FROM RYAN AND THE ALIGNMENT OR FRAME IS OFF SO BAD THAT I BEGGED THEM TO DO RIGHT AND FIX IT WAS TOLD NO AND EVEN GOT HUNG UP ON. A LITTLE WHILE LATER RYAN CALLED BACK AND APOLIZED FOR DISRESPECTING ME AND HANGING UP AND STATED THAT HE WOULD TALK WITH THE OWNER WHICH NEVER RESULTED IN A CALL OR A REPAIR. WOULD NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN....PHOTOS ARE THE DIFFERENCE IN THE FRONT LT & RT SIDE LT 4CM RT 6 CM

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford F150 from Driven automotive. It was a great experience, from the start of getting there and getting a test drive. There was no pushy sales people but a more laid back relaxing experience. They were with me from the beginning of getting my loan to picking up my vehicle. They handled all the transfer paperwork for my registration and changing my insurance over to the new vehicle. When I went to pick it up it was detailed and had a full tank. I wanted to wait a little while to post a review after a few weeks of having the truck and I couldn't be happier with my decision. If I ever go to get another vehicle. I would definitely look there first. I would recommend to anyone looking for a car to look at Driven first.

Pulling into the lot shows a lot to offer from compact sized Auto's right on up to trucks. Everything pretty clean and detailed. Prices and milages right on the windshield. No haggle prices, no pushing or buying pressure. We had a great buying experience. Living a long ways outside of Driven Automotive made an small issue no big hassle. We were able to get a minor service near us and Driven Automotive was happy to help us out. We greatly appreciate this Great Service. Very recommended

I ve known about these guys for a while, have looked at a few cars over the years and towed cars for them when I worked for TCT, always easy to deal with and talk to, their cars are always exceptionally clean and reasonably priced. My wife decided she wanted a Sorento and it just so happened that Driven had what we were looking for in the price range we were comfortable with, I m pleased with our purchase and happy I got a chance to do business with these guys! Ryan was great to deal with, no pressure from him and delivered when he said he would!

I love these guys. I rarely buy used because I have had some bad experiences with used car dealerships - really bad, and expensive. I was also *very* apprehensive about buying a used vehicle that I didn't test drive and having a car delivered to me 300 miles away. However, I felt completely confident in Mike and his team at the dealership. They were extremely communicative and clear throughout the process of my purchasing a Chevy Volt. The vehicle itself was inspected before transport, cleaned thoroughly (inside and out), polished, and delivered on time at my house. The car looks great, drives great, and I couldn't be more happy. More importantly, these guys are friendly and straight talkers. If you are interested in a used vehicle, strongly consider buying from these guys...even if you live some distance away. I had a great experience and I know you will too.

Got my Volvo XC90 from Mike. I'm happy with my car and I'm happy with the service I got from the folks at Driven Automotive. They are professional and kind. The cars here are meticulously selected with excellent track history has evidenced by the Carfax. Cleaned and detailed with competitive pricing that can't be beat.

Just an update on my recent purchase of a 2013 Chevrolet cruze I bought 3 weeks ago from driven automotive. I didn't purchase a warranty as I repair my vehicle myself. 2 weeks into owning the vehicle my heat stopped working all together. No heat coming from anywhere. Oil leak as well. With that being said I have to put money into this vehicle for repairs before I even make my first car payment. That's just sad. I past the 1k miles that the vehicle warranty came with. I wasn't going to leave me car with the previous owners for days either. Just an update. Happy vehicle shopping.March 6, 2023. I fixed the heat over the weekend. It was a bad blower motor. I purchased a new blower motor from advance auto parts and the heat works fine.

I purchased a truck from this dealership a year and a half ago over the phone and flew up from Florida to purchase. My truck is still running great and the overall experience was far superior than any other car purchase I ve ever made. They were honest, had a fantastic price (didn t have to negotiate) and I didn t pay a penny more than what was listed. They also do a thorough detail of their cars and sell them super clean and ready to go.

Ryan and the team at Driven are the best in the business. The truck I found on their website was meticulously detailed and in near perfect condition with under 20k miles. I also got to pick out new tires at no extra charge! He secured a surprisingly low interest financing option that pretty much sealed the deal.Transparent, honest professionals that love cars. Who else can find a classic NSX?! Upfront pricing, no hidden fees, no games. I will always check out the hidden gems on their lot first. They have a repeat customer for sure!

Terrible! Completely unprofessional! My condensed experience is as follows: found a vehicle on a website, this dealer is over two hours away from home, I went to look. The dealer wanted a $500 non- refundable deposit, which I didn t feel comfortable giving for obvious reasons. Ultimately, called them back to finalize the sale. I sent them their required proof of funds(cashiers check written to them for the full amount- no financing) with the insurance binder. After an afternoon of phone games saying I couldn t take a second test drive of the vehicle due to it being in the shop in preparation for sale , they sold the vehicle to someone else while I was making arrangements to get back down a second time with full payment the next morning. #nicejob #customerisalwaysright #itwasn tmeanttobeUPDATE:DIRTY. ROTTEN. SNAKEOIL SALESMEN.I was told at 10am today that I would NOT be able to take a second test drive this afternoon BECAUSE the vehicle was getting inspected and new tires. This was while I was making arrangements to personally deliver a full payment bank check this afternoon. Proof of funds via my financial institution and an insurance binder for the vehicle from my insurance company is non-committal?? I see You didn t consider the vehicle SOLD, when you had me select the tires I wanted for it??Conveniently, you also don t take credit card payments speaking of how business should be done.What about the time out of my personal life?

Mike was pleasure to work with. Possibly the easiest vehicle purchase transaction i've ever dealt with! Mikes communication was excellent and the vehicle I purchased was exactly as advertised. I am an advocate for businesses who focuses on reducing customer efforts and providing excellent customer service (hence the long post) Driven Automotive is all about that!!! Awesome company to work with, I didn't get that sketchy-sleazy car salesman feeling that I normally get from other car lots. That alone was a win! Thanks again Mike for helping me get my dream car.

Purchased a car from these guys out of state and they truly delivered. I drove 4 hours to test drive the car and the customer service was great. I drove home and still had to get all the paperwork done via email and Mike was very responsive and helpful. Got it all done with him over email and got the car as quick as possible. Great service!

Just completed my 3rd purchase from Driven. Mike and the team are outstanding. I have been looking for a new SUV for a while and have been occasionally asking Mike and Ryan questions and never felt any pressure to buy. When I did end up purchasing they gave me an outstanding deal on a vehicle that absolutely love. Will only buy from Driven going forward. If they don't have it they will find it and you will love it!!!

The folks at Driven in NY are a class act and I would highly recommend them! I was upset at a different dealer and I screwed up and accidentally wrote a bad review on Facebook for Driven Auto instead of the other dealer. But Driven responded with class and dignity. I removed my mistake once pointed out but I feel really bad that I made the mistake in the first place. Anyway, I have not actually purchased a car from Driven -- I live on the other side of the country -- but I can vouch that Driven has great communication and conducts themselves with class and honor.

I purchased a truck from Driven Automotive in April 2020 (mid COVID Crisis), from 100 miles away without ever seeing it in person. It was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I've ever had and the price was great. Mike worked with me via email and happily provided a slew of pictures I requested to address all my concerns with the vehicle. The first time I saw the truck was the day I signed the papers and the first time I drove it was when I drove it home. I went over 750miles that weekend and had zero issues or concerns with the vehicle. If you knew me you would know this IS NOT how I typically do business, but this purchase made me a believer of Driven Automotive and I would happily purchase another vehicle from these guys.Update: 12/7/2020I ve now owned this truck for 7mo and put 7,000mi on it, should have been more but COVID resulted in 50% work from home this year. Not a single issue AND I still have not seen a comparable vehicle offered for what I payed at Driven Automotive. Could not be happier with my purchase.Update 1/21/23:Truck has been awesome. I ve put 35k miles on the truck since purchase and only issue was a sticking rear brake caliper that prematurely wore out brake pads. This was at about 30kmi. This was ford issue not the dealer. Gets regular oil changes and inspections.

Best Car buying experience I have ever had. The price was the best on the east coast. I drove up from NC to pick up the truck. It was as nice as advertised. Talked to Mike a few times in the phone to set up the deal, was in and out the day of the transaction. Mike was even nice enough to to keep the truck inside over the weekend so I could get a good inspection of it without snow in it.Thank again Mike.

The best place to buy a car from. They made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. My husband dealt with them the whole time, but he has nothing but great things to say about them. They always kept in contact about things and never pressured you into anything. I am so happy with my purchase from them and it was worth the 2.5 hour drive! I would recommend this place over and over again!

Look let s clear some things up. Yes they sell dangerous vehicles that illegally pass nys inspection. I am speaking on behalf on deers reviews as I repaired his saab 97C that had to have &3,000 In repairs in October 3 months after purchasing they basically stole money from him the suv was not ever worth the purchase sale price.Yes driven automotive takes their vehicles to their buddy to get them illegally NYS inspected and yes they sell dangerous vehicles.This is to clear things up I am a certified repair technician. I want everyone to know they made the customer sign a bogus no return paperwork when legally in NYS everyone no matter what had 40 days no questions asked!!!

I only post the truth to when businesses cause problems and sell or deal dangerous items or Dangerous vehicles .Gabie is right this place is a terrible business that Needs 0 stars.The sales guy had a Bible verse on his business card but apparently that s fake as he made my sales experience horrible.Driven automotive is a terrible car sales dealership.everybody in the world who s car shopping avoid driven automotive you ll be paying tons into labor.They take their vehicles to shops pre-sale to get them inspected. The vehicle I purchased from them illegally passed nys inspection. when asked for them to buy it back they said they d keep $1,000 out of the deal.
