Was very pleased with Clements! They provided me with the services I asked for. Also kept me well informed of everything they were doing. Found other issues that I was unaware of before I even purchased the truck and corrected everything to what the trucks specs were. All around happy! Knowledgeable mechanics and a family of people I intend to do all my future business with. Ended up costing more then what I came in for, however that s because he found and showed me problems that needed to be addressed. Thanks for the quality work.

Fixed my fault codes and even scoped out an oil leak for me and finished it off with an alignment. Super efficient, their mechanics are top tier with a price I couldn't beat.Highly recommend so long as you want quality service

I have always encountered professional work and business practices at Clements Auto. My wife, son, mother, and I have had all of our cars serviced, tires replaced, and repair needs taken care of here for at least 10 years. Their clean comfortable waiting room in a convenient location next to a dinner is also a big plus.

We unfortunately broke down on a road trip from CT to buffalo... we picked a random place to be towed too and we couldn t have made a better choice! They provided a reasonable and honest estimate and had us in and out within an hour. Service was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. A family member took their vehicle in for Inspection it happen to fail and they refused to release the vehicle stating it failed due to a safety violation. I was trying to argue that we had 10 days to correct the issue and I kept being told no because it failed the safety portion. I did not have the time to address this so we just repaired it there. I looked it up when I got home. I AM 100% RIGHT I have the right to leave with the car and repair it anywhere I want. I will be turning them into the BBB and the NYS DMV. So dishonest!!!

I recently had my car inspected here. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly. In and out in 1/2 hour. The front desk, both in making the appointment and day of, were very friendly. Just a FYI, no checks and cc/debit cards can only be used on $40 payments or more.

I called for a price to have my 17" tires balanced.. they told me $19.99 per tire because they just bought a tire balancer........ I might be a woman but I know the industry average for the area is $9.00 a tire. Pretty sure it was because I was a female they tried to stick it to me. Would not recommend. Mr. Tire is doing all four tires for $30.00.

We've been going to Clements for a few years now and go there for all our car needs... friendly staff and good prices.... I like that they tell us of things that need to be done later...not right now. I like being prepared for upcoming reoairs!

The customer service is incredible. The guy that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of advice and information. He does not try to pressure you into buying things you don't need.

Regular customer called for an oil change today got me in and out in a 1/2 hour very friendly people explain repairs if needed don't sell unneeded parts very honest people cheapest labor rate of any other garages in the area

I was stuck on the side of the road with the local towing companies unwilling to help. Clements came to my location on the highway, took off the tire, took it to the shop, put on a new one (spare was also flat), returned and put the tire on, all while after business hours. Can t thank them enough!
