Changed managers. I've used Big E for years. However, my daughter came with a leak in her tire. She was told they only change all four tires when she just needed one. In my inspection of my car, I found my wiper was left disassembled and they said it was broken. They both work swimmingly. Don't go to them if you have bumper stickers they may not like. This could be the reason.

I made an appointment to get a tire with a slow leak fixed. Apparently they are short staffed. The guy at the desk was close to a meltdown. I got my tire back an hour later supposedly fixed and balanced. It has the same wheel weight as when it went in and had a screw plainly sticking out of it. The photo shows the tire after their high quality repair. Never going back.

I recommend Big E to my mom to get tires because I have heard great things about them. I would give them -5 if possible. The advisor was very rude to her and she had him clarify the price while making the appointment and then when going in for the appointment the price was different. She asked him to print the pricing and on there it has notes that said " customer has a lease vehicle that she is turning in soon and getting state inspection elsewhere, look for items to cause vehicle to fail inspection so we can make money ." Extremely unprofessional and we will never give them a chance again and will make sure everyone else is aware as well.

These guys are phenomenal. I brought in my truck w custom rims and tires to be mounted the staff was very courteous and professional. The job was completed in a timely manner and my truck has never driven smoother. Special thanks to Austin he knows what he s doing

I have taken both my husbanda truck and my van to Big E to be worked on along with inspections. Tim has always been fabulous to us with our budget, make sure he does top priority and lets us know what else needs to be and the recommendation of the order to be done it. He always trys to give a good price as well. The guys that work along side him explain everything that was done or needs to be done in simple terms since I'm not a car person so that I can understand what they mean. I would highly recommend for anyone to go. Thank you for all your work, efforts, and support.Mills family

The folks at this shop are great people and really helpful! They take you through what's going on and keep you informed every step of the way. They are great at customer service!! I highly recommend them

They really helped me out when I noticed a tire losing air as I was traveling south on I-81. I googled tire shops in Binghamton and I called them up. They took me right in, patched the leak in the tire and I was back on the road to Philly in 30 minutes !! What great friendly service !! They are fabulous !!

Update, I guess it was just ploy to make you trust them only for them to continue to charge you for things that miraculously broke on their time when it worked upon drop off. Also, Tim takes initiative to do things like install used radios and parts from other vehicles when you ask for quotes on new up to date items. And they charge you for the parts as he installs them before asking for permission. Not to mention you have to bring your vehicle back multiple times because they forget to do what they are asked to do regularly.This place is no different than the rest of the local scam companies.I have to say after living here for 5 yrs, we finally found a legit and thorough mechanic to work on our vehicles! Tim is absolutely amazing and always goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done. We have had other local mechanics break things, put used parts in new behickes, not honor warranty and even total a 5 yr old Cadillac on us. If anyone in this entire vicinity should and can be trusted, it is Tim at this location!

The gentleman here are A+. I called as soon as they opened the other day when my tire went flat on my way home from working all night. I spoke to Nick who was great! They got me right in, assessed the tire, & were able to fix the tire instead of trying to sell me new tires which is what I expected I run into. I also overheard them giving other customers detailed info about their vehicles. It was refreshing to see.They were so incredibly helpful with everything & got me back on my home after a very long night at work!! I recommend them to anyone who is looking for upfront & honest information about what's wrong with your vehicle.

While traveling through NY I Picked up a piece of metal on I-81 today in a brand new tire on a new truck stopped by big E and those guys were the bestRepaired my tire, reinstalled it and were as friendly and courteous as they come. And we re more than fair on the price

Today was my first time going to Big E since my check engine light was blinking. I told them the issue that was occurring and they said it should be an easy fix. However, one of the spark plugs would not come out and the manager took the time to call me and let me know what the situation was and let me know the negative outcomes that could occur. He could ve just done it and if it broke off it would ve cost me about 5 times more than it did. I respect him for this and they eventually were able to remove it and replace it and now my car is back to normal and seems to be running much smoother. I recommend them to anyone with car issues!!

Mike is the man!!!! I walked in to get my Hyundai checked out and I knew there would be some issues and was expecting a hefty bill, however thanks to Mike he did everything he could to make sure I got the best price possible and left with my car in the best shape possible. It is safe to say I was beyond happy with service and will be exclusively coming here!

I took a tire to try and get it balanced and was told my tire was bad not a big deal but they put the tire back on didn't tighten my lug nuts back they were hand loose thank God I had my own torque wrench in my car and when I went back in to ask them what they would hav done if my tire fell off on the highway I got a response of guess u will get a new car what kinda business do u run where you let ur employees talk yo people like that

I have an older vehicle that I figured needed to be taken off the road. I scheduled a visit to BigE and the service was prompt, the people were nice, and super helpful in my decision making process.They Inspected my car and sadly it had some major mechanical issues so it didn't pass, but they quickly broke out some really thorough but approachable estimates to help me weight my options. Will definitely come back for service of future personal vehicles!My husband also trusts Big E with the vast fleet of vehicles he manages for work, they're always quick to serve, have convenient saturday hours, and are great at keeping him informed throughout the process.Extremely professional. Kind. Helpful.

I absolutely love this Big E Tire. The guys there always know what s best for my vehicle. They take care of me every single time I m there. They don t price gouge me because I m a woman. They are honest and that s what I love about them. I really won t take my car anywhere else. I recommend this location to anyone and everyone. Their prices are fair. They try to save you money when possible. I went in today (9/8/2022) thinking I was going to have to spend over $2,000 to get my car fixed. I got the call that they looked over everything and the price was under $1,000. These guys are phenomenal.

Needed to have inspections and maintenance on my vehicles. Extremely professional, did not try to up sell me. Did explain every step to me and made sure that if I had any questions they we answered before I left. Worked with Mike. You will not be disappointed.

My daughter made an appointment and over 2 hours later they hadn't touched her car, they thought it was amusing, it isn't, an appointment is made for a reason. They could have called to let her know it was delayed..

Big E Tire on Upper Front Street in Binghamton is my go to place for my car repairs. They have always given me great service. The managers and assistant managers are always nice to me. They give me discounts all the time because I bring my car in often. I recommend them for all types of repairs. I will keep going back.

I haven t been at this shop long, but in the time I have they have been nothing but amazing! They did more for me, (and my car), than the shop I used to go to! They are always so nice and friendly there! Plus they helped me so much so my wallet wasn t crying! Highly recommend Big E Tire!

Mike was extremely rude to me and kept pushing the Goodyear credit card on me saying I need 2,850 dollars in repairs on my truck. He made me feel stupid yet I could see through their BS and know enough about vehicles that this was false. Do not go here terrible service and ignorant/rude employees.

Great staff!! We had an urgent problem with the car on a road trip - Mike and the other techs were able to get us in at the last second even though they were closing and already working on several cars. Super grateful to have somewhere good to go in an emergency!

Edit - I hadn t needed any service on my vehicles in a while, but my daughter s vehicle needed an oil change, so I took it there because I had remembered my previous experience. Well, once again, they didn t disappoint. They got me in quickly for an appointment, they price was very fair, and the service was thorough and honest. They also gave me some excellent prices on tires for my wife s vehicle and I will be getting them at Big E on FRONT ST soon!!A tire on my vehicle picked up a bolt/nail in the tread late in the day on a Friday and I took it to this location at 5:40 p.m. on a Friday evening (they close at 6:00). They took the vehicle in immediately and did the repair within a few minutes. What could have been a stressful and expensive experience turned into a pleasant and quick trip to the repair shop. I ve definitely found my new mechanic!!

I can't thank the staff of Big E Tire enough for their thoughtfulness, and wonderful service. I was stuck in Walton over Memorial Day but Tim and the other staff were able to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. I remain so grateful, and would always recommend this company.

I moved here from NJ 6 yrs ago and found Big E about 4 1/2 years ago as they are near my job at Lowe s. I will go nowhere else as they have never steered me wrong and and are always actually trying to solve my problem for not a lot of money. I recommend big E to anyone who will listen

I wish I could give 10 stars!! Mike Sonnier, the store manager at the Front Street location was just wonderful! I pulled in rather flustered because I had a leaking valve stem, and was told that I needed to get it fixed right away, or I would have a flat tire by the time I got out of work (I work 2nd shift). I drove into Mike's location, and, even though I came in last minute, he squeezed me in and had everything repaired in less than an hour, and was able to make it to work on time!! Thank-you so very much to Mike and his crew!! I truly appreciated everything!

Bought 4 tires from Big E for my '97 Corvette, had them mounted and spin balanced on new rims. Tires shook badly at 55 mph, took car back, they checked balance, said it was fine. Car still shook, wanted me to leave car so one of their techs could look for the problem. I took the wheels back off the car, took them to another tire shop to be balanced. It was a balance problem, car drives smooth now.

Took my new-to-me car here for its first inspection and was very happy with the experience. The wait was very short, the staff pleasant and knowledgeable, and the price was great. Thanks!
