I came In the other day for a battery, I really dont know anything about cars, I walked over to the battery section not knowing what to look for. An employee named Fred came over and helped me he was very professional and had a answer for all of my questions he then asked if I would like my battery installed after I purchased it, I said yes he installed it In no time and I was back on the road this boy did a great job give him a raise!

Came in pretty late in the day after running out of oil. The gentleman Noah at the counter went up and beyond helping a girl out. Seemed he was the only one working running back and forth from inside and out to assist all customers that came in. Manager was outside talking pretty much the whole time till he got called in. Noah not only helped me find the right oil but also helped me put it in as well with the washer fluid. I've been to other stores and if yu ask for help its like a bothersome for them. Noah kept a smile on his face and walked me thru all the steps. Amazing job Noah. We need more men like yu!!! This man needs raise !! Thank yu so much Noah!!!

The gentleman who helped me derrick, was 5 stars thru and thru. He was patient with me and really helped me understand the issues I was having. I was so overwhelmed coming in and he made me feel right at home with the AutoZone family ! I truly appreciated him and the help he provided.

Stopped in for a car battery, the person I spoke with was very helpful, even though I didn't buy the most expensive battery he wasn't pushy to get the me to buy the expensive one, would definitely go back there for all my car needs.

The prices were ok but unfortunately the gentleman helping me gave me the wrong part 2 separate times in the same day. It was a long drive back home and back to store again. He was apologetic but it was a pain in the butt. I will still go back but I will confirm all parts next time.

Again I find I can NOT go without leaving great feedback for Autozone #4702 front street. Every time I am in there recently Charlie has helped me understand how to get the best deals on parts and related items like oils, chemicals, etc. He has also noticed that we were in doing a fair amount of business, and saw the value in keeping our business there. I was probably 50% Autozone, 35% Advance across the street, and maybe 24% at that "stone" place online. I will definitely be focusing a higher percent of my business at Charlies store now and I hope at the corporate level they can appreciate what this gentleman has done. I am not a large account by any means but I feel appreciated there and will continue to grow my business at Autozone.

The female Sales Associate/ manager had to fix what five male heads screwed up on when ordering my parts not once but twice. The whole situation made me lose 1,000.00 for a week due to not exchanging the parts but refunding them back to my card.

Had a battery go out on my rv. Google nearest auto zone drove to your location purchased a battery which you installed in under 20 minutes great job that is the reason if I need a part I go only to auto zone

Visiting from CO. Car sounded funny when starting so drove here. Bought our battery in Nov in CO so still under warranty. Very hot and humid day. Got us up and running in no time. Offered water for my 92 year old Dad, which was much appreciated. Great job!!!

Our car had an extensive oil leak, and we pulled into a nearby AutoZone, on a Sunday. Mitch could not have been more helpful. He was so friendly, helpful, patient and even put the 3 quarts of oil needed for us ! Gave us some tips for troubleshooting the leak. We certainly appreciated his great service and personality! They told a family member to expect an email to confirm job offer. When they called a few days later to follow up they were told the manager was on lunch for the next 3 hours. Don t get a kids hopes up of a job when you re just going to do this to them. Very disappointed.

Wasn't happy this time because I went to warranty a part and wasn't told it wasn't life time part but s 2 yr warranty. Wish they were clear on that when I bought the part!

So happy with the amazing and friendly service. The horn on my car was going crazy and I had no idea why. Mitch ran out and patiently showed me how to shut it off and also explained why it was doing that. Unrelated to the horn, I then asked him to check the battery because it had to be jumped a lot this winter. He correctly guessed that the car hadn't been driven much lately because the battery was good but just needed more charge. I was almost disappointed not to have a reason to buy a new battery :) so I bought a comfy memory foam seat cushion instead. Thanks so much Mitch and AutoZone!
