It was a great battery purchase and installation. The only problem was I couldn't get the $20 rebate because I couldn't remember my very old phone number to update my account. I don't think it is right. I had the same email. Or this would have gotten a 5 star.

Came in during the week to exchange a ATV battery under the extended warranty. The staff at counter wouldn't figure out how to exchange. The manager (Tom?) seemed to be bothered to come over n assist. Eventually he did, but he was obviously annoyed we the transaction and interrupting what he was working on. My preference is to stop at other locations such as Endwell or Upper Front. Staff seem to be happier and more aware of what's on hand.

People are friendly and the tell you what's the exact things you need and if they don't got it the call the other shop and ask them if they got it if not they order it for you

Nine times out of 10 the stuff is very helpful they help me do minor fix on your car or at least tell you how to do it thanks guys

Very kind, curtious, the place is very clean . The gentleman are very polite and they will hell you no matter if they know about the tool , part , battery or not. They will point you I n direction.

Service person was pleasant and helped me locate the correct battery. She stopped and helped with out needing to search for help. The battery was in stock and the whole transaction took less than 10 minutes. Wasn't happy with the store attaching a add-on product that appeared to come with the battery purchase then tried charging an additional charge.

Prices seem to be a bit high in my opinion, but, it seems to be that way everywhere. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. And the store is always clean and well stocked

I stop here once in a while on my way home from work, the service is usually good. The parts selection, on the other hand, is lame. Why would you have 20 brakepad options on the website, 10 options at that store location, but only keep 1 option in stock. Its an ongoing issue, I've noticed at other Advance Auto stores same deal.Whatever, there open Sunday so that makes up for it in my book

Not very helpful.Not very knowledgeable, and I was getting muffler parts and clamps.The supervisor who was helping me, stopped mid sentence, and started taking phone calls.I was all ready to pay.There were 3 people behind me,and I could tell they were becoming frustrated.After he took the 4th phone call, I left.Thanks for your wonderful service.We all,(the other people trying to give you money) had a nice laugh at the joke customer service was that day.

Spoke with store associate Cara today on Robinson St in Binghamton regarding the coolant in my 2015 Nissan Sentra. She was friendly, quick, efficient & got to the bottom of it immediately. A very helpful & knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service! Great job!

Store layout can be a bit confusing, not laid out the same in different locals. Always have to wait in line with one cashier, yet at least 4 employees on duty. HOWEVER, employees are always courteous and knowledgeable.

Not a bad joint for a part in a pinch. I usually try to stick to OEM, but when I don't have the time to order it and have it shipped to me, I'll grab what I need from here for the time being.

Only one person at the counter there was 4 customers ahead of me wanted to buy def for my truck waited around 10 minutes finally just left went to tractor supply and bought it cheaper

I've been in here several times but the cashiers are always busy. If I can count on anything it's that I'll wait 20 minutes before I get to talk to anybody about what I need for my vehicle. The other day, I walked in and one of the workers was going on and on cussing and complaining about his job. This was so unprofessional and made me want to leave. I expect more from this company.

Had a wonderful experience today at Advance Auto on Robinson street,I'm a local business owner with very little knolege when it comes to working on my vechicles! But i felt very fortunate to meet a young lady named Michelle she was very helpful and knew exactly what my 1986 truck needed thanks again Michelle 6-26-2020

We have shopped at advanced auto for years that s where my husband gets all his car parts and the things that we need for our vehicles but today when we went in there I was totally disgusted. There were two guys behind the counter I went up to ask the one guy a question he pulled his mask down to talk to me and told me he doesn t like masks. Number one you don t pull your mask down when a customer is right there. So after that happened my husband and I finished picking up what we needed as we were getting ready to go to the checkout I looked over towards the checkout counter and another guy name Steven was walking around behind the counter with his mask completely pulled down in fact he walked in the store apparently from a break with his mask completely down and continued to keep it completely down so as we walked over to the counter I said to him, aren t you supposed to be wearing your mask inside the store? He replied very rudely, only when we re dealing with customers. Well in New York State there s a mandate and I thought they re supposed to be wearing their masks at all times while they are working as long as customers are there so I was just blown away by that. And then after we were leaving two people walked into the store neither one of them had masks on and they were allowed to be in the store without masks on. Clearly this store is not following the mandates up by the state and they really need to be re-educated on proper procedures during this virus because they clearly are not following them.

Needed wipers and there was a long line and only 1 person at register area. Also, store was very dirty and outside of store was very dirty, appears as if no one cares.

Horrible! I call over and over noboby answers. Finally get someone they say hold then wait forever then rings again and no answer. This happens everytime i call there so calling doesn't work. Go to the store in person is the only way to talk to someone. They always have phone issues or so they say. All my business goes to autozone they always answer the phone. I have a fleet of 5 trucks and 2 personal vehicles.

Great supplies to fix your own car . do some research on YouTube and anyone can be their own mechanic. The staff is helpful and will assist you In The process with your questions. Learning to do basic maintainable on your vehicle is essential to keeping a long-lasting ride.

This place was once such a great auto parts store but now it's just become a nightmare to deal with. The cashier's are not only tough to find but are always in a horrible mood and act as if your bothering them if you need any assistance. Save yourself money and the headache and go to Napa or Autozone which are both nearby choices for parts.

Honestly better to use Rockauto and get better quality parts there cheaper but this place will definitely substitute if you don't have the time to wait for a mail order.

This place is awesome! Since they fired the chick who sold me a boat battery for my ford f250...and completely,fried,my,wiring harness....i go here for everything...glad i gave them a 2nd chance!

Store was clean. The employee behind the help desk was not very friendly but he did look up what I needed and did not have it in stock. So I didn't buy anything.
