The team at NWAB did a fantastic job repairing accident damage to my Audi. Throughout the process, they were courteous, prompt and professional. Vinny, Matt and their expert team seamlessly worked with my insurance carrier on the repair estimate, handled all the paperwork, and provided timely updates to me by phone and email. The quality of their work on my car was excellent and upon pickup, my car looked like it just came out of the showroom. They even fully cleaned and detailed the entire interior of the vehicle and did some separate chipped paint touch-ups to the hood. A great overall experience. I highly recommend NWAB to anyone looking for a top quality resource for vehicle repair and restoration.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can t say enough good things about the great job Matt and his father did. They went above and beyond with fixing my Tesla. It literally looks brand new! Their price was also extremely fair for the beautiful job they did. I couldn t be more pleased with my entire experience and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.

Recently took my Tesla to Northern Westchester Autobody and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. The crew there is seriously top-notch. They handled my car with the utmost care and expertise. Not only was the quality of the repair exceptional, making my Tesla look brand new, but they also completed the job way faster than I expected. It's rare to find such a blend of speed and quality. The whole experience was hassle-free and the team was super friendly and knowledgeable, keeping me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend them for any auto body needs, especially if you're a Tesla owner!

After I had a fender bender with my garage, Matt and Vinny made my car look like new! They were transparent and efficient, and I will definitely do business with them again. These guys did a fantastic job repairing my truck. The quote was lower than another quote I received and they did the job with quality, integrity and speed. They even did some extra work and detailed my truck as a courtesy which I couldn t have been more pleased with. Big thank you to Vinny, Matt and the entire team at Northern Westchester Auto Body!!!

Working with the team at Northern Westchester Autobody was an incredibly positive experience . From the time I got an estimate to picking up my car there wasn t a single issue to worry about. Several times a week I was called up an updated status report. The car was in perfect condition ( and professionally cleaned) when I picked it up. Their knowledge, customer service , honesty and friendly attitude makes them stand out compared to other autobody shops. They deserve more than 5 stars

Beautiful repair job, car looks brand new. The crew even washed and detailed the interior and exterior. Matt was fantastic, offering exceptional customer service and constant communication on how things were going. Top of the line shop, highly recommend.

Phenomenal experience across the board. They made every effort to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. The end result of repairing our van has stood the test of time. The job in my opinion was very comprehensive. We had some hesitation after the accident the van would not be the same. Aside from the significant body work, insulation and parts needed, some areas impacted seemed rust and chip prone based on vehicle design from the factory. Damage sustained was significant and carried to several complex areas of the body. It s been three years and two winters of wear and tear and not a single problem or complaint since. Even some fine thin metal areas prone to rock chips and rust have the same gloss and resilient finish as having left northern westchester nearly three years ago. They handled everything including a follow up with the insurance, keeping us in the loop as needed, connected us with a rental, helped us do a test drive post process. Everything done to a fine and proper job. Top notch and very satisfied. Have highly recommended them to friends and family and will go back as needed of course! Thank you!!!!

Great experience in getting my Tesla repaired after a deer accident. Both Vinny and Matt run the business with a lot of effort and care. One of the things that customers look for is updates when the car is in the shop and Matt made sure he kept in touch with me on a regular basis even if the parts were not in. Needless to say, once the parts were in, they did a great job in record time. Will highly recommend...

Amazing job on my 2013 Porsche 911, it looks better than before I scraped the side of the car on my garage. And they worked seamlessly with my insurance company, I ended up paying nothing beyond the deductible.

10/10 service, work and overall everything. I hit a deer and car looked horrendous. Called NWAB up and they were great spoke to Matt, he told me they were Subaru certified and I got peace of mind knowing the car would be handled by pros. He even offered during that call to pick up the car but I couldn t at that time however they picked it up bright and early the next day, updated me on pick up and how the inspection process was going. They gave me weekly updates on the status of my repair and then told me it was done wayyy sooner than I thought it was going to be. Picked it up and had zero complications or complaints and the car looks brand new again! I can t thank these guys enough they did an amazing job and really know what they re doing!!

Northern Westchester Auto Body did a fantastic job repairing my wife s Lexus to like new condition. I expected that from NWAB after knowing them for nearly 30 years. Detailing the car upon delivery was nice touch!!! Most impressive was the level of service & attention to detail Matt and his staff provided. From assisting me with navigating the insurance claim and a constant line of communication on the progress of the repair they were exceptional. They made us feel as if our repair was the most important one they had. Thank you guys for making a rather messy situation as painless as possible. I give you an 11 out of 10 on all you do!

I wish could give 10 stars, that's how great they are.I've had the opportunity to use their services many times over the past 15 years. Their professionalism, friendliness and quality of work make it easy to deal with them. With insurance work, they make the process incredibly smooth with their experience working with the insurance adjusters. When we've had to do not-insurance work, they've made a point of working within our budget. There aren't many businesses that I've continued to use over 15 years. I recommend them to anyone looking for high quality body work at a very fair price (especially for Westchester). Very simply their honesty and trustworthiness is the reason I've never gone to a different shop after working with them. (and we have tried others before finding them). You have to see it to believe it. Please bring your cars here, you will never go anywhere else!

Great experience when my Tesla got damaged in an accident (they are Tesla certified). Service was excellent and the owners, Matt and his dad, were super accommodating of my schedule. When I dropped off my Tesla they drove me to the rental car location, and they consistently kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. They helped me navigate the claims process with my insurance, and when I got my car back it was good as new. They even re-conditioned my tires and had my car detailed. Amazing!!! Highly recommend this Auto Body shop. Was in an accident that left my SUV undrivable due to rear glass being shattered and rear severely damaged.I spent hours calling around to several places all who couldn t fit me in for several weeks. Matt told me to bring car right over.. I had to wait for a loaner until next morning so he cleaned out all the glass and covered rear in a clear protective shield so I could get home that night.He worked with my adjuster to get all the necessary repairs done and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Provided me with a very detailed report to what was submitted.Picked up car in like new condition. They even through in a full detail!Excellent service & great staff hands down!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot praise this place enough. Matt, Vinny and his team are awesome! They fixed my Tesla Model Y quicker than they anticipated, and it looks better than how it came on delivery day.I live over 90 miles away and I could not find anyone near me that would take my car for another 4 weeks and others that would refuse to even give me an estimate.Matt on our first call made sure to let me know I'm in good hands, and gave me all the details I needed. Vinny and Matt even face timed me to see the extent of the damage just so they can give me a better estimate. All other body shops didn't even want to see pictures. They picked up my car and dropped it off, and updated me weekly on the progress. I couldn't be happier with my choice to with this body shop.It really shows that they care for their customers, providing a good experience, and making sure they repair your car with quality care.If you have a Tesla, then this is the place you should go, hands down.

Recently I brought my car to Northern Westchester Auto Body for repairs. Let me begin by saying that Vinny and Matt did an amazing job on repairing my vehicle after it was in an accident. They were the utmost professional in the way they handled the entire process. They also went above and beyond to make the experience a very positive one by consistently communicating with me updates on the status of my repair. They even assisted me in completing the insurance claim and getting me into a rental car while mine was in their shop. All of this really helped make the whole situation stress free. The final bonus was the supreme job they did on my car. The quality of their workmanship was superior and my car looked brand new again when it was returned to me. I can say with certainty, this will be the shop for all my future auto body needs. Thanks Vinny and Matt for a job very well done. I picked up my beautiful car up yesterday. I had brought it to Northern Westchester Auto Body on the recommendation of a friend after an unfortunate accident, not my fault.
