Once again, I am so grateful for Mike and his staff for their excellent service of my car. I had a few special situations w my vehicle and Mike really took the time to understand what I needed!!! Execution flawless !!!! Gwen at the desk is a great customer service representative, did her job well and with such a nice demeanor . That goes a long way with me. The whole package at Keanes is awesome!!! Go there

Keanes is the best shop to go to in westchester. Whether your driving a high Ferrari Lambo or a Honda. They know what they are doing. Service is exceptional they stand behind there work. Mike is an honest man. You won t get ripped off. Sometimes you might have to wait. That s because they are very busy. Not easy to find a great shop that s honest. They do custom work as well.

With how much time my truck has spent at this shop, they should start charging me rent.On the serious side, though, there's no place else I'd trust more with my vehicle. I briefly interned here this past winter to learn more about cars, and have been a customer ever since. Ask anyone around Katonah or Bedford Hills, and you'll get the same review - If you're willing to wait to have the repair done right, Keane's is the place. Don't go expecting a quick turn-around - if that's what you're looking for, there are plenty of sketchy mechanics in the county. However, if you're willing to wait and want your vehicle repaired properly, this is the place. These guys are some of the best in the business, and I feel honored to have been able to learn with them. (Plus, if it wasn't for them, my truck likely would have destroyed itself by now.)TL:DR ; Takes their time to do the job right, and well worth the wait. Amongst the best in the business.

I brought my car in for a NYS inspection. They told me it required a $1600 job to pass. After over a month, at pickup I was surprised with a $3100 bill. There was no communication on their part.

My family, friends and I have trusted Keane s Autoworks because of their efficient, friendly, and honest business. The workers are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to discuss any concerns you may have regarding repairs and pricing. This is the only mechanic shop I have been to where the business owner is present each day ensuring quality car care and exceptional customer service. A+ Service!

I am very pleased with the team at Keane's Autoworks and the consistently top-notch servicing. Having gone to the audi dealership several times for a recurring issue (electrical) I was always told it was an internal computer problem that needed replacement (several thousand). Keane's Autoworks was able to diagnose and repair what ended up being an ignition issue and passed my car for inspection. Saving thousands of dollars on repairs and a quick turnaround I was very impressed.-Great service-Friendly & Knowledgeable staff-Timely repairs

Awesome service!! I m usually very hesitant when it comes to getting my car worked on, but bringing my car to Keane s Autoworks I feel completely at ease. They were able to identify and fix issues the dealership was unable to address. I recommend Keane s Autoworks to all of my friends and family. These guys know what they re doing!

After having car trouble (SUV) and being told that I need a new engine that would cost me $10,000+ on my car, I took it to Keane's for a second opinion. An opinion that I was happy and grateful, the repair saved me $8,000. All of the repair guys are knowledgeable and pleasant. They answer all your questions and are truthful. They are experience in all cars from american made, foreign made, classic cars and high end luxury. I will only take my cars to them as they are honest, their prices are reasonable, and more importantly they have mechanics that are knowledgeable and tell the truth. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have owned a number of different cars (American, German, Japanese, etc.) and I bring all of them to Keane's. I have never had any issues with the work they have done and they are by far the cheapest place around. They will tell you EXACTLY what is wrong with your car and will give you the best advice in terms of what you really need to fix and what you can get by without fixing. They have saved my friends/family TONS of money on things that other mechanics were looking to charge a lot more for. Even on tires and brakes they are constantly able to give me better deals than places that specialize in just tires and brakes. I moved out of the area and still drive 45 minutes to Keane's even for an oil change. On top of the great work and cheap prices, the guys who work there all know exactly what they're talking about, and are just really nice guys and fun to talk about cars with. I've seen anything from classics and old muscle cars, to foreign cars like ferraris and anything else you could imagine in their shop. I will never go to another mechanic again.

Mike is very friendly and accommodating. I was so relieved after having a horrendous experience at Audi Greenwich when Mike fixed my car and the damage done by the dealership. He provided evidence and I was able to recoup some of my costs of repair from Audi Greenwich. I strongly recommend Keane Autoworks!!

Keane's Autoworks is the best in the business. Hands down. Need an oil change? No problem. Need your Audi motor fully rebuilt? No problem. They don't turn down jobs, because there's no job they can't do! Put your trust in them. They regularly work on all types of cars, from Domestic to Foreign to Exotic. Joe B gets a special shout out as well. Fantastic experience with these guys.

I was just a visitor to the area when my BMW hit a pothole or storm drain on the Taconic. I had a badly injured car and Keane's took me in, fixed it in days, and I was incredibly grateful. The work was carefully done. The cost was expensive (duh, it's a BMW) but insurance covered everything except the deductible. The guys were great. Highly recommended.

Mike, Joe and Casey have been maintaining my land rover and BMW since I moved to Katonah six years ago. They always surprise me with their professional service and reasonable approach. My cars are both maintained to the highest level and I couldn t be any happier!

Best shop for everything and anything! No matter how complicated, Michael and his staff will not quit till it's fixed! They are detailed and very professional and take great pride in their work. Keane's has been servicing our cars for years, from our Escalade to our vintage Ferrari. Their prices are always lower than the dealer estimates we get, and they get us in and out within a day :) They go out of their way to accommodate us every time we come in and have even brought us gas once when accidentally ran out on 684. I would highly recommend Mike and his staff for any car repairs, NY state inspections and just regular services.

I'm a DIY'er and insist on picking the brains of anyone who I choose to work on my cars - I know a little bit about a lot things and everyone of the mechanics at Keane's are an absolute pleasure to work with (this includes Mike's dad Chris too!). Honest, capable and hardworking, this business is the best for car repairs anywhere...

Mike and his team take care of my 1981 Toyota LandCruiser as well as my regular cars. They are all top notch, service oriented and totally reliable and reputable. I wouldn't go anywhere else no matter what i drive.

Super fast. Super generous. So legit. Sincerely go here. Dude's know their stuff. Pretty sure head mechanic was head at a BMW dealership at one point. Regardless, I had some major work done by this shop and then drove my car cross country to LA with zero problems.

I've lived a stone's throw from them for years but have only recently discovered them and they do quality work at a fair price. Totally on the up and up.
