I called the service department on a Saturday afternoon around noon, and was able to get in by 1:00 pm to have my car looked at. The team was efficient, and took the time to ensure that all issues with my car were resolved in a timely manner. The customer service team was exceptional and I was so pleased with how polite and personable they were. Not only were they able to resolve all issues quickly, I was also given a voucher for a free car wash!I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Bedford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. You will not be disappointed.

I called in last minute noticed my 2020 Ram 1500 needed a oil change. I calling in I spoke with Warren one of best service advisors you can have period. I didn t even have an appointment he got me in and out within 1 hr. Warren will really work with you and your schedule. Plus, everyone in the service department was very professional and friendly.But, when I went to the sales department so get some pricing for my vehicle and looking for a new vehicle. I got my truck appraised one week ago they had offered me $30k now it s $29k? Also, for a Client that has leased there vehcile and family plus friend that I have referred to lease vehicle from them and are leasing from them. They didn t even wanted to work with me one the new car price. I understand inventory problems but, this would be a second vehicle from you guys?

This was my first experience using this Service Department. Unfortunately, it was very poor experience, which is the exact opposite of the other Jeep Dealerships I have used in Westchester County. We dropped our Jeep off on a Tuesday evening for a warranty service. We were advised they had the part in stock and that they would have it done on Wednesday.The communication was terrible and we were eventually told that the car would not be done until Thursday. We explained that we had been promised the car for Wednesday and that the additional day was a significant problem. They made no effort to accommodate us.There was no issue with the part and they never indicated that the work itself was difficult or time consuming. It simply felt like they either blew us off or we fell through the cracks. Either way, it was the worst Jeep service experience I've ever had.

I ve been coming to this dealer for service for several years, but it was my first time using them under the new management / owner. My service experience was excellent, especially working w/ Carlos.I had to get a warranty repair done, which required Chrysler pre-approval, ordering of parts and several days of repair. Carlos took care of the entire process and it was painless. He arranged all the approvals, pre-ordered all the necessary parts ahead of time to minimize my downtime, got me a loaner and constantly followed up w/ status updates. I have 4 Chrysler dealers near me, and this is by far my favorite service department.2022-04 UpdateI had to get my minivan towed for a warranty repair. Warren from Service was terrific to work with. Repairs are difficult with the parts shortage but Warren took care of everything and kept me informed of the status.

Bedford Jeep is my GO TO dealership for everything! I got my 2021 Wrangler from them and I travel an hour from my home just to do all of my service appointments there. They are fast and thorough and the service department advisors are top notch. Every person at Bedford Jeep is welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. What more could you want!?

UNETHICAL & UNPROFESSIONAL. (Part 1)Persons dealt with: Carlos & DavidI scheduled an oil change with Carlos. My oil change was compensated by David because months earlier, there was a recurring $2.35 charge on the service invoice for adding windshield washer fluid. *CHECK YOUR INVOICES*. During this service, Carlos told me that the Tech noticed a leak on the front CV axle, which was (allegedly) repaired immediately. I was then told that I needed new tires & there was a special for tires + rotations, alignment; also the brake rotors/pads needed replacement. I initially scheduled new tires, but soon canceled after finding a much cheaper product + service elsewhere. Days later, I noticed an axle noise again, same side. After doing some research (on a MOPAR parts site) on prices of brake pads + rotors, I found a set of performance front & rear for $485. I called more days later & spoke with Carlos again, canceling the tire installation, notifying of the axle issue, & inquired about the front & rear brakes. I told him about the performance brakes & price found on the Mopar site. He suggested that I install standard brakes, which I considered, then agreed to. I told him that I more than likely wouldn t have a dealer install them because the labor is expensive. He said that there is always a possibility to discount the labor & offered to discount it, which I appreciated. I assumed that the labor rate was near $110, but he said the labor rate is now $140! I asked him to give me a quote for all (four) brakes + installation, which he quoted at $599. I was shocked by that quote, & AGAIN, I asked to confirm if that price was for all brakes & labor. Carlos said Yes, that s all brakes plus install. I then made a future appointment for the CV axle and brakes service. I arrived at the service department & dropped my vehicle off early in the morning with Carlos, who checked in my vehicle. I received a call from Carlos approximately 1 hour after having left my vehicle at the dealership. Carlos asked me, I just wanted to double-check what we are doing on the car. You said brakes and tires? Or no tires? I said: all brakes, NO tires, & front CV axle. We then ended the call. I received a call 2 hours later from Carlos, saying that my car was ready. I went to the dealership and spoke to Carlos at the service desk. He said, Ok, we fixed the front axle, it WAS leaking, & the front brakes are good to go. I was immediately confused and asked, why were the rear brakes not done? He said Oh, you wanted all brakes? I said: I have never once asked for only front brakes, at any time. I wanted all brakes done. He said that he could do the rear brakes, but there is additional cost. I insisted that he quoted me for ALL brakes at $599. He then said, You did not ask for all brakes. Why would I quote you at that price? I said I don t know why you would, but you did. He then said, No I didn t. I became irritated & said that if I am being quoted another price, I will NEVER come back to Bedford Dodge, & I will leave the most negative review in history, based on my experience. Carlos then accused me of threatening him (he needs to read the NYS penal law) & said that he isn t going to deal with me anymore & he will hold back from saying something that he will regret because he got fired from my last job for dealing with a customer like you , & David (manager) will be back to talk to you. I said that was a lack of his professionalism & I will gladly speak to David. I asked David if I could speak with him in private. He directed me to a nearby office. We sat down & he asked how he could help me. As I began to explain, he began to speak over me & correct my knowledge of brakes in a condescending manner. As he said You take your turn to talk, because then I m going to take my turn , he continued to interrupt & talk over me whenever I spoke. He arrogantly commented Did you really expect to pay that price? & HOW OLD ARE YOU ANYWAY? I was appalled that he had the audacity to ask me my age, insinuating as if I am ignorant or a child.

Warren in service department is always courteous and attentive. Service is always efficient, reliable, informative, meticulous, clean and on time. Go Bedford Jeep Service!

The service department is very knowledgeable and courteous. They explained everything without making me feel like I didn't know anything about car maintenance. Service was fast & the waiting room was comfortable.
