Extremely pleased!! I needed multiple services done. The team was able to complete them in a timely manner and within my budget. The Pick up and Delivery service was fantastic. They also provided me with a loaner while they did my repairs. Will continue to use them for my car service needs. Thank you!!

S-R of Bath did fine timely work on two recalls. It did require two trips to the dealer even though S-R knew the car qualified for both recalls when I set up the appointment. Too bad a fix implemented by Ford -- replacing the transmission control module -- did not solve the transmission judder problem.

Wow! I am traveling through the area pulling my Ford Maverick. My "neutral tow" mode became problematic after a recent tow by my RV. I drove over to the dealer early before opening. A service writer came out and welcomed me in. A tech came in shortly afterward and quickly diagnosed/ repaired my issue in less than an hour. They provided great friendly service to a complete stranger. Thank you guys! A+++ organization!

Been having issues with my Ford explorer and the place I got it from kept telling me that it was something other than what it was. Brought it here and they did testing and come to find out it was what I told the place I got it from. They listen to the customer. Definitely go see them in bath

Matt Frawley did a fantastic job of getting me into a new Ford Bronco. Can't say enough about his professional approach without being pushy and his ability to help guide me through the process. Would recommend him if anyone is looking for a new vehicle.

They were kind and very courteous and very prompt on fixing the recall on my van and even showed me what needed further attention. Very well kept and comfortable seating in the customers waiting area and even a desk with chairs with computers to play some solitaire on. Definitely recommended to anyone needed their car serviced.

Beautiful facility with vehicles in stock with knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. I was able to drive my new Ford Hybrid Escape away the same day. They took care of all the DMV requirements at the dealership. Overall the best car shopping experience we have had.

Have to say one of the best vehicle buying experiences I've ever had. I live about 2.5 hours away and didn't want to drive there for nothing. Initially communicated with salesman Eric via email and phone. All emails and phone calls were responded to in a timely manner. Once we were close I decided to take the drive there. Upon arrival Eric met us and showed restrooms and drinks. I was initially looking at a used vehicle but knowing they could get me into a new vehicle for a little more money he also had that waiting for us to look at. Test drove both vehicles and ended up purchasing a 2020 instead of the planned 2019. There was zero pressure to purchase the vehicle, use there finance, or extended warranty. Me personally I hate the high pressure tactics and walk out once they try it. Anyways, if you want a good price and a great atmosphere to buy a vehicle check them out. I'd highly recommended Eric for your salesman.I also had a trade-in and I received a fair valuation.

This place is horrible! We called to get service on our 2022 Ford F550 transmission. They said to have it towed in and they'd look at it in a few days. After diagnosing the transmission, the service manager explained that they can't work on this factory length chassis. Why not tell us that your rinky dink shop can't work on an F550 before it is towed over 40 miles to your shop?

For a Ford a dealership service dept. i never felt taken advantage of, They accepted my 3rd party service plan. Great Customer Service. I will continue to drive the 50 miles to this Dealership

Had a great experience and everything was so smooth. Josh Nicholson was our salesman, very knowledgeable And was upfront about the whole process. Never once did he pressure us into anything we didn t want. Once a great experience. Oh yea don t forget to tell him to leave $ 10.00 under the floor mat, lol..... ask him he will be glad to tell the tale.

Went here looking to buy a new truck and had an absolutely terrible experience. I have always heard Simmons Rockwell was terrible with trade in numbers and boy is that true. They wouldn t give me close to what I needed to pay my vehicle off even though the KBB value was almost 3k over what I needed. They were also bumping up my interest rate at least a whole percentage (I know I work in the car business) and were not willing to work with me to get it closer to where I was looking to be. Not to mention, they wouldn t send my credit app to my preferred lender because the salesperson didn t like them . I ended up buying from another dealer where i got the exact truck I wanted, double for my trade in and an interest rate 1.5% lower through my preferred lender. 100% do not recommend buying a vehicle here unless you enjoy being ripped off and taken advantage of.

Went to parts to ask about having a key fob that I purchased online cut for me. They asked me a couple questions said no problem and 10 minutes later the key was cut, checked to see if it worked and in my way. Thank you

Very friendly helpful staff. Went in for a safety update and ended up needing some major work done. The service staff ensured we were taken care with a vehicle and knew what was going on every step of the way.

I went in to get warranty work done on my car at the Ford Service Department. It needed new rotors due to manufacturing defects. I asked if they could install the pads I bought new since I didn't want old pads on the new rotors. They told me it would be $30 since they didn't have to take the pads out to get the rotors off? I didn't argue even though that doesn't make sense (I understand it's a business). I said no thank you, I will do them myself. No big deal.When my car was done, I received a call to say so. Simmons ended up putting the pads in anyway at no charge. I appreciate the morals that some businesses lack.

The good: They didn't charge me.The bad:-They never responded to the online appointment booking.-Called and took info over the phone. When I dropped the car off they wrote a bit of info on a sticky note.-Called several times over the next couple days since they never called me back, I repeated several times to several people the problems and details.-End result was them flat out telling me that I was wrong, there was no problem with my gps because they didn't have any error codes.(never mind that it was still a problem 2 miles down the road just as I told them).-They told me that if I wanted them to continue to troubleshoot the GPS, I would need to pay $187 for a map update(which can be bought for $50) on a 2 year old car for roads that haven't changed in decades because "it's just like a phone and needs to be updated every year".-I've since fixed the problem myself with a Ford software update they could have done in 10 minutes and never even offered or mentioned.-The other problems I was given an answer of "yep, it doesn't work for us either. Maybe contact someone online from Ford."

I literally just got my clutch replaced in my 2014 Ford focus last Monday. $1550 In repairs thank God it was under warranty I only had to pay $100 but here is not even week and half later my engine light came back on and its bucking again. Went to advanced auto and what code shows up. My clutch. The same thing that supposedly just got fixed week and a half ago. I'm beyond upset. Calling in am n they best fix for free since obviously wasn't done properly the first time. If not ill be calling BBB. This is seriously insane.

They completely wasted my time!! Worst experience ever. Matt texted me on Monday June 27th. I told him I was interested in the truck and he told me it is not at the dealership yet because it was just purchased. I told him I am interested and let me know when I can see it. He said he does not know when it will be ready for me to take a look. I texted everyday and it was like pulling teeth to get responses. Called and left a message. Followed up hours later to see if he can call me. He texts me he will call me tomorrow. Calls me the next day to say it is to late and it is already set up to be sold and said the only thing I can do to secure it is be there ahead of them is to be there in person. Then I contacted the one in Hallstead to see what I can do and he told me he will let me know if it sells. Let me know today Friday it is still available but it is in Elmira and to call them because he does not have a driver to get it to his location and if I want it to call them. Mike Castillo was the only good thing he took my call hunted down the vehicle and said he will get it cleaned up fo me to be there at 9 am Saturday to buy it. Then I get a call at 6 on Friday saying it was sold with out him knowing online. Nobody in all the time I spent talking about this truck said I could do that. Matt said I had to be there in person.I know they get good reviews but this is the worst experiences I have in sales where I just wanted to buy the truck!!! Plus it was 3 different locations with the sameexperience on one transaction.

Nick was great when we bought our new f150 over there. Brian Butler was also great. Way better than Maguire ford in ithaca.. they could learn a thing or two from Simmons. Keep up the great service

They couldn't come up with the vechicals they advertised online. Had to go to simmonsrockwell in Danville to buy a car. They had great service. Very pleased with the salesmen; Pierre Meldrum.
