It's always a pleasure shopping here.. most of the employees go out of their way to help the customers find whatever they need. One employee in particular was rather rude when asked s where a product may be

I'm not happy! Everytime I use the Bath location for vehicle parts and have a store transfer my stuff never get transferred but my husband's always does!... I have to travel all over to get my parts after I'm told my parts will be there on the trucks in the morning. This hasn't happened to me once but 4 times I'm not impressed! Also the topper for me is when I needed a 2 foot piece of radiator hose they gave me 18inchs of hose that I had to return because it wasn't long enough. When I returned it the guy at the counter told me it looked close enough.. what the! Like I'm not worthy of you to measure something for me? Is it because I'm a woman?

Not thrilled with the staff here. Been in here twice. First time, went in to get a gas cap. Super simple, easy thing to get. 2 employees working, one a manager I believe. Because the store was closing soon, the manager wouldn't do anything. 1 customer wanted a bunch of parts looked up and recommended and the other employee had to help him and check everyone out. Was in there 20 minutes before I left.2nd time I was in there, I was looking for some tools. 3 employees, one was leaving soon. Asked him about tools and he wouldn't help because he was leaving. Found the tools about 10 minutes later, he still hadn't clocked out. He could have shown me where they were in 2 minutes and still clocked out on time.

I was on my way home from a wonderful finger lakes vacation when my car battery died at a gas station. I was able to get to this store and they immediately diagnosed the problem and replace my battery. They did this in 20 minutes. They answered all my questions and I was able to continue my trip home without a problem. Thank you for helping me out and saving me a trip to the dealership in Elmira.

I did not get the name of the gentleman that assised me, but he was very nice. I asked him to check my old battery, before installing my new one. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to call when I showed up, and didn't have to leave the car (which was extremely helpful, since I had the baby with me).

Prior rating was incorrect. I raitted store at 4 stars. The person that I spoke with was very helpful, and took time to explain details. I wish I knew his name, as he schoud be commended.

The workers are knowledgeable people. They helped me understand certain regulations and even restrictions on what they are allowed to do for the customer as far as hands-on application with the vehicle in question. Friendly also. The shelves have a lot of things I've never thought would be needed to do the job, and even things to spruce up a car in practical terms.

Great customer service. The gentleman in the commercial service area was very nice/helpful helping with my brake light purchase angst giving me a place to get service. Thank you!!!!

They helped us test our battery and found that it was bad so we got a new one. Beware, the Store brand ones don't last more than 15 days after there warranty expires. Overall good service

The team there was very helpful..even though I had a complicated issue with my car battery and they were unable to change it. They helped me as much as they good and were very friendly.

The clerk there ordered my part and called me when it came in. The part turned out NOT to be the problem and they accepted it with no problem! Very courteous employees.

Blew out our brake line drove 4 miles with the one clamped off with pliers came here got the part and fixed it

I find that I buy most of my parts online 45 or 50% cheaper than I can buy there that's why it was so long ago that I went very disappointed but two stars at least the front door worked I used the same way back to my truck.
