Great customer service and car came back looking brand new after an accident that left the passenger door and front fender badly damaged. I loved how they washed the car, I ll be back for that. Eddie, Neach, and Christina helped me throughout the process and they were a pleasure to work with, especially with whatever communications needed to be done with the insurance company

Had a Date of loss on 4/25/23 and i received my car yesterday 5/23/23. My Car was seen in a timing manner. i got rear ended and my bumper had to be replace. ED helped with making the claim to the insurance, and made sure all the damages were payed for with the insurance. Ed made sure the car work was completed and provided picture along the way to reassure me my car was taking care of. Client also gave me my car vey shiny and clean. Car looks brand new. I recommend 100%.

My experience with Cargills Auto Mall Inc was outstanding from start to finish. My collision repair went exactly as stated and scheduled .Veronica was very helpful she answered all the questions and concerns I had she s great. They did an outstanding job fixing the body damage from the accident. They also helped out with getting my rental set up. I received my vehicle looking brand new and was beautifully detailed inside and out. I was very impressed by Neach perfectionism with his work. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation.

My car is a Honda accord and my daughter meet in a car accident.,I took to Cargrill Auto Mall Inc. in 727 Bladwin Ave.Bladwin NY. To get it repaired and guys if you want anything to done to your car this is Auto shop you need to bring it to, I m do not have no complain about my car,I m so appreciation and grateful of the work they did on my car it was well worth it. Thank you guys so much

Was referred to come to this body shop after my truck was involved in a hit and run. I m based out in Queens and to come to Long Island, I would be lying if I said I wasn t skeptical BUT beyond happy that I did. Especially after meeting Neach, I instantly knew my truck would be in good hands. Also, picking up my truck after the service was just as easy!!! Thank you Neach + company for getting my truck back to looking like the first day I drove off the dealers lot. Definitely recommending this business.

The service at Cargills Auto Mall was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Neach ensured I had car rental service setup. All my concerns were addressed and they did a fabulous job in restoring my vehicle after the collision, including having the car detailed. I would definitely recommend this business.

This place is awful. They are the biggest crooks I've ever met. I got rear-ended, sitting at a red light, and broke my whole spine. They towed my car not even 10 miles and stored it for 2 days. I wobbled in there crippled so I could pay to get my car out of there to avoid dealing with insurance as it is a huge headache, and they gave me a bill for $2344.48. When I said that price seemed extremely steep to me, they laughed in my face. They were very arrogant because they knew they were ripping me off and could get away with it.Getting over on anyone they can is clearly the goal for these guysStay FAR away from crooks like this.

My experience with Cargills Auto was fantastic! They went above and beyond and took care of all of our needs. When I picked up the car it looked brand new inside and out! I would highly recommend this body shop.

This place is the absolute worst. I wouldn't even recommend them to someone I hated. I'd give it negative stars if I could. They are affiliated with Nelson at Gold Coast Towing, he helped while I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire. He promised me the world and basically scammed me every which way for four months. AND got me parking tickets. He took my car to Cargill, with out my knowledge or permission, filed 3 or 4 claims on my car, committed insurance fraud - cashed a check without my permission or knowledge. Cargill REFUSED to give me my car back after I told them to not proceed any further and that my insurance company would pay 'storage fees' they then ignored me and all calls from my insurance company trying to pay for me to have my car towed else ware. Basically telling me I was crazy and they were doing absolutely nothing wrong. Upon a ton of other ridiculous issues. I would take over four pages to explain everything.I am being dropped from my insurance company now, after 5 years with them, because of all the auto claims cargill and Gold Coast towing filed on my car and I am being rejected from every insurance company now.I don't know how cargill or Gold Coast towing are even in business. The ABSOLUTE WORST business ever. Shame on you and the horrible scamming you are doing.

My experience with car gill was awesome ! Customer service awesome! My driver side window fell out and was replaced literally within minutes I was so happy because I needed it fixed urgently!! Thanks so much cargill !!

I had a great experience with Cargills Auto Mall. When my car was involved in a motor vehicle accident, I called Cargills Auto and my car was immediately picked up. The owner calmed my nerves down by assuring me that he would handle the claim with the insurance carrier, provide me with a rental vehicle and have my vehicle repaired in the time frame allotted. He was truthful to his word. My car looked remarkable!! I have recommended my family and friends. Cargills is a Five Star Shop and they made a disturbing experience very comforting!

I came to Cargills to restore my beautiful BMW convertible that was pretty beat up. It needed front and rear bumpers painted, scratches buffed , headlamps cleaned up etc etcWell I came to Cargills on recommendation and met Veronica the office manger. She has it all!!! She knows her stuff. She knows what you need and gives a very good estimate. She runs the shop and keeps things going forward efficiently. Her knowledge base is amazing.Neach Cargill is the master at restoring things back to beautiful. He did a fabulous job. I love my car again!!! He goes above and beyond what is expected.Be patient though because he is so good at what he does sometimes runs a little late. But that s ok because the job he does is awesome.Thank you Veronica and Neach!!!! You guys are awesome.

I cannot recommend Cargills Auto mall enough. The service was excellent. I will be going to them for any future fixes. Edgar was great. I returned my leased car to Hyundai after my accident and it looked brand new after cargills finished repairing the damages. They even detailed my car as well as dropped it off to my house when they were finished.

OMG! I just picked up my car from Cargills Auto Mall on Friday and I was extremely happy with the great job that they did. I got a estimate from another shop, and they told me the work couldn't be done on my car. I guess Neach and his team are miracle workers. Because my baby looks good as new and ready to roll again. I was very impressed with the excellent work and customer service. Two Thumbs Up for Cargills ... from another satisfied customer.

Amazing shop. Got my entire car painted to perfection. After they re amazing service and immaculate work, I have recommended friends & family who also feels the same way after getting work done. The owner is so humble, I can t give him enough praise. Thank you again for this experience, wish I could rate them 6 stars instead of 5.

I was unfortunate to have a collision while I was in Baldwin. I googled and find Cargill's. I called them up, they sent me a tow truck, towed my car in, helped me with the insurance paper work and fixed my car. So far I am happy with the job they have done on the auto body and the mechanical sides. Neach is a cool guy. He understood my situation and made things easier for me. I will definitely be back there for future repairs. It's hard to find a mechanic that one can trust. When you find one, stick with him.

I was very happy with the service here. Everyone I spoke to was super nice and helpful at all times. The job done to my car was by far the best job made my car look new again very pleased I will definitely come back here again to get more work done to my car. Also I would definitely recommend to others to come here.

Literally the BEST . After being being given the run around by another auto body shop I finally found the proper place for my car . My car literally looks like the day I purchased it ! BRAND NEW and was detailed before returning it back . I know I was a pain but Neach remained calm and patient with me and kept me updated . Even provided transportation for me on days that things became UNdoable without a vehicle !Thanks so much.

Following my fathers passing I felt intimidated by the auto industry. When I needed a replacement front bumper for my Mercedes I dreaded the idea of having to negotiate services for my vehicle alone. A family friend suggested Cargills, and I am forever grateful. Neach and his staff were not only kind and professional but I was amazed at the quality of their work. Neach is a perfectionist and it shows. If I could give this company more than five stars I certainly would.

I would recommend anyone and everyone to have your car repaired at Cargills Auto Mall. Anytime I have an issue with my car they are the ones that get the job done. They are very professional and they work with you and get you what you need. Please bring your repairs to them.

I was approached by the owner telling me he can fix my car. I allowed him to fix my vehicle which took over 2 months was told not to worry about the deductible and that he would take care my car. After he asked me out on a date which I felt a little funny about I then afterwards felt uncomfortable at this time he already had my vechile in his possession so I just hoped my feeling was incorrect but it was more than right. I received a call stating my car was ready and when I picked up the car I was then told by the owner my window was broke and I had to come back so he can fix it on top of that he broke the side piece on the passenger side where the seat belt loops into, my driver side chair is ripped he says that was already there but I took pictures before giving him the car now I bring the car back and he tells me that I broke the window I have to pay for it and kept telling me I was a cry baby. Finally I took my car somewhere else received the information and supplement that Cargills submitted to my insurance stating and ording new lights for the front of the car and other parts. Well he never changed pretty much anything my car makes a loud clicking noise now and he got paid to pretty much do nothing but change the grill on the car possible the hood and made the car worst. He recieved well over $4,000 from my insurance company his receptionist isn't too nice, attitude. She cannot handle pressure nor tell the truth and give you the run around between her and the owner they kept giving me different stories about the car. Now I have to come out of pocket and fix the damages they did to my vehicle. I wouldn't recommend anyone to them nor would I go back. I'm very disgusted with the way they handled me as a customer and my car. If I could give no stars and a review I would one star is one too many.

Not only was my SUV like brand new the customer service was AWESOME! It's like I have a brand new vehicle & Neef constantly called me and kept me in the loop the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend Cargills services!

Thank you Cargills Auto for you're amazing service.They staff is amazing from the lady at the front desk to Neach. I've been working with them since 2005 when they were located at Babylon turnpike next to the fire station. They are worth working with, and you wont regret it ull get back your car brand new as if it's coming off the lot.

Cargills auto place is very professional they did a wonderful job they have even girls up above and beyond to make sure the work is done correctly and very good I was so surprised to see what I've gotten from them I would definitely go back there I give them 10 out of 10 thank you very much
