I had such a great experience with West Suffolk Auto Body. I brought my car in for body repair. The guy at the front desk was so nice and courteous from the moment I walked in until I picked up the car and drove home. They kept me updated while the car was getting repaired through text messages which I appreciated. When I picked up the car it looked amazing!! They made my car look brand new. In addition they also fixed my tire pressure when the tires were not part of the repair (I didn't ask them to) and they even cleaned and vacuumed the interior of the car which was a very pleasant surprise. I loved the attention to detail. Overall they were great and I would recommend to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

My mother got into a fender bender and her insurance company recommended a few places. We chose the closest one near her with looking at the already amazing reviews. From the moment we stepped in till we picked up the care, the customer service was outstanding. The work was flawless and the warranty helps ease of should there be any issues which I have no doubt there won't be. It is clean and they answered our many questions since we were going through insurance as opposed to just dropping it off, paying ourselves and picking up. I would certainly recommend this place. You can also get a rental car, which we needed, right there. You can sign up for text messages for updates and that was great as I never had to call to check up on it. My truck was hit from the back driver side and up the whole side of the truck this company has been phenomenal with open communication when I cannot get my adjuster on the phone the quality of work is incredible my truck looks brand new again thanks to West Suffolk Auto Body first time using them hopefully list lol but God for bid I will be using them again and any other little things I will use their services they were very open with what they were doing and what was done with the truck even prior issues that I had no clue about or brought to my attention and repaired very happy with the work very fast turnaround and on top of all trustworthy

Was recommended by allstate after a minor accident (also a cousin of mine who had used them before). The repairs were done quickly and I was able to get my car back before the long weekend. A+ for professionalism and customer service. They also gave my car a nice wax and wash - hasn't looked that good since I brought it home from the dealership

Our car was hit while parked and the person who did it kept driving. Allstate recommended West Suffolk Auto Body. It was close to where I work so I agreed to tow the vehicle there. Larry was very pleasant on the phone so I felt comfortable. I received text updates during the whole process which was nice. The car was repaired quickly and looks like new. Thanks to the crew at West Suffolk for a job well done! I hope I don't have to but I will use West Suffolk Auto Body if I ever need body work in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was at West Suffolk Auto Body for a repair on my car, I am so happy with the final job done, my car is brand new. They are very nice and courteous, explain every detail on the process and keep you posted. The place is very neat and tidy. I really like the way they took care of our business. Very good job! Best service ever. Dropped the car off and they had enterprise there waiting on me with my rental, needless to say they set that all up. When I picked up my car it looked as if it had just come out of the show room. I would highly recommend this shop. 5 stars all the way. Thanks guy s beautiful job. Unprofessional is an understatement. I called to see if I would be able to bring my car in an hour before my appointment time. The woman I spoke with put me on hold and questioned why I needed to bring my vehicle in early. She then questioned who was dropping the vehicle off because it was under my boyfriends name. I stated the both of us were coming because we needed to drop one vehicle off so he would need a ride home. Upon arriving the gentlemen who assessed the car stated that the keying done along the entire side of the car wasn t vandalism. Last I checked keying a vehicle is vandalism. In addition to this someone tried breaking into my vehicle resulting in denying my car door in which he said was from us and he would be unable to fix it. With all this said and done we took our vehicle elsewhere. What poor customer service. To add when someone starts a sentence off with no disrespect , it s automatically disrespectful.Service: Painting

For someone who has a family member who is an auto mechanic I don't go to other repair shops often but if I ever do this will be the first on my list. I don't know their names but the two separate gentleman behind the desk I spoke to were very nice, welcoming and funny. And for being in a tough spot in my life right now the thank you card was very nice to receive.

After large rocks flew out of the bed of a truck on Sunrise, my brand new jeep was littered with scratches, dents, and my windshield was chipped in numerous places as well as cracked.Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremelyyyy personable and professional. I HIGHLY recommend West Suffolk Auto Body, I got my Jeep back very quickly and it looks better than it did before the rocks hit it! This place does magical job. My 10 year old Honda looks like brand new car with absolutely beautiful new bumper that replaced the one that fell off and got lost in the recent storm/flooding, West Suffolk went above and beyond, my exterior was cleaned as well and vacuumed which gave my car that great " new car" scent once again. Thank you so much for your prompt, professional and excellent service! Highly recommend to everyone !

The One thing that I Can't Understand is, Why it Took over 3 Weeks to Work on my 2011 Tacoma Pickup Truck. There was only 3 things that had to be done. 1-front bumper, 2-Rear Fender Panel, and the Front Hood! A Small job in should've been done within a week, Tops!!! Dave at the front Desk, has dementia! He Don't Remember anything I told him about my Repairs on my Truck!!!! Nothing Wrong with My Memory, Although, I Will Always Remember to Go to Another Collision Body Shop if I have any body Repair done to my Pickup Truck! Any Viewers Reading this Should Always get Recommendation from a friend when choosing a collision Shop for your Vehicle. You live and you learn from Bad Experience!!!! Oh Yes, There's one thing that I have a gripe about West Suffolk Body Shop, They Don't Call you when your Vehicle is completed! Apparently, they don't Believe in Telephone!!!!

Excellent. The staff was so friendly and the work was done fast. I got a rental car thru Enterprise. Picked it up there and dropped it off there too. Didn't need to do anything else.And they detailed my car and it looks like new! Inside and out. I'd definitely go back if I ever need body work done.

A big thank you to David and the entire crew! I went down there for an estimate and lo and behold David asked me to pull my car up and they literally fixed the underbody of my car in 15 minutes. You re not gonna believe this they didn t even charge me. What an act of kindness during this difficult time. This is now my auto body shop and it should be your first choice as well. David is funny and personable. He brings a note of much needed levity amidst an estimate which is often times filled with fear of the unknown for customers. He is an honest, good guy. There is no doubt in my mind that you too will have a great customer experience. They are experts. You are in good hands here.Service: Body & Trim

I would highly recommend using West Suffolk Auto Body! My car was in an accident and not only did they repair my car in a short period of time, gave me my car back good as new, but also kept me updated the entire time! The customer service was amazing and I will use them any time it s necessary! Definitely use this auto shop!

Excellent customer service. Honest, speedy, flexible, kind and very knowledgeable technicians. Very helpful in all aspects of dealing with insurance claims, rental and advice on fixing a leased car. Thank you Larry! I hope not to need their services again but if you do, this is the place to go.

Had a minor fender bender and my insurance recommended them - Honestly, so glad they did! My car came out looking even better than when it when in. Couldn't be happier with the speed of service and the excellent communication throughout the entire process!

I had the misfortune of having two accidents within two weeks of each other (after over 30 yrs of never having one ) Had to say I was hit the two times while stand still . Since I have no experience with having an accident I turned to my insurance company ( Hartford Ins ) and went to who they recommended , which was West Suffolk . They handled everything , from the car rental to the repairs they are very professional . The cars both came out really nice . One of the cars was only 7 weeks old , but it came back like new. I would recommend them very highly if you ever have an accident .

Everyone is extremely nice, and the owner is so down to earth. They always keep you updated with exactly what service needs to be done to your car and they get it done very quickly. Will definitely be coming back for other services in the future, thanks!!

My Mercedes was hit in the front when it was parked. Geico recommended this location to me and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. They fixed it right up, had to replace the hood and straighten the bumper. The paint matches and it looks as good as it did before it got hit. Highly recommend to anyone. I. Khan.

West Suffolk Auto Body did an EXCELLENT job on my car. They had it for over 25 days because the damage was so bad, and it took a long time for the Subaru parts to come in. (I am so happy they used Subaru parts). David Hernandez and Larry, both owners, kept me up to date on the status of the car, and made sure they drove it 15-20 miles after it was fixed to make sure that there was nothing mechanically wrong with it after it was put together. As a result, they discovered a leak, which turned out to be because of the fact that the water pump broke, apparently during the accident, and Larry immediately called my insurance company about it. When I had told Larry that the car was due for an oil change and that the tires needed to be rotated, he offered to have an oil change done while the water pump was being installed at a place that he normally deals with who does excellent work, instead of me paying more at the dealership where I take it. David was kind enough to to even write off the deductible for me, and called my car rental company and insurance company to work with them on lowering my rental car bill, which was out of my pocket, $2,259.69 to be exact! (I was renting a car for a total of 37 days as per Enterprise). I couldn't believe it!!!. David Hernandez and his partner Larry are really awesome people, and are extremely professional. David told me that next time I, God forbid, need them again, to deal with him directly when it comes to renting from Enterprise on Montauk Highway, which I will do next time. David and Larry do excellent work. It's no wonder that they have been in business for 45 years!! When I was in the car accident on 10/18/14, my car was towed to a local place in Hicksville, and since West Suffolk Auto body did such an excellent job on a fender bender my husband had with it when our insurance company told us to bring it there, since we lived closer to the shop at the time in May of this year, I purposely requested that my car be transferred to West Suffolk Auto Body, which was at my insurance company's expense because I knew their work. The car looks unbelievable, and believe me, it was BADLY DAMAGED. Upon picking it up and driving it away, immediately a yellow light showed up on my dash board, so I immediately called David, and David asked me to take a picture of it, and to send it to his cell phone, which he provided when I called him after I arrived home. Meanwhile, my husband looked in the manual, and discovered it had something to do with the tire pressure. David called me, confirming this, and then he spoke to my husband, Michael, and he told him to measure the pressure, and if the reading came out a certain way, it meant it that the pressure was either too low or too high. It turns out the reading was too high, so my husband let some air out of the tires, but the light is still on. My husband will let more air out tomorrow. This body shop is out of the way for me, since I now live in Plainview, but I wouldn't bring my car to any place else, should I have another collision again (God forbid). Owners David and Larry are very nice, kind, and very professional. Their place is immaculate, extremely nicely decorated, and the service is excellent. They really go above and beyond, and I am so grateful for what they did for me! A simple thank you just isn't enough. I would recommend this shop to anyone. They do really great work! You won't be disappointed! That I can promise you!!! David and Larry - keep up the awesome work, and I wish you and your families all the best!
