Took my truck to service because truck would not start 1st time at service to figure out problem, radio went so this is why truck will not start. Service ordered new radio. Radio came in, 2nd time at service to install new radio. Service could not put in new radio wrong radio order. Truck not fixed, service order corrected radio. 3rd time at service to install correct radio, truck still not fixed, radio missing a wire! We have to go up a 4th time!! The millage, gas, and time missing from work every time my husband goes to service and his truck is still not fixed!!! Horrible service dept..Amy Casselberry

The guy who answered was not friendly. Definitely talked to me like I was dumb so that was annoying!
