Honestly, it was the easiest process to get my son into his first car! I was nervous but Steve got us into exactly what we wanted and in our exact price range! It was a bonus that it was a super friendly atmosphere also. We got to meet Butch from service (awesome guy) and Steve's mom who is the office manager and a wonderful lady! Thank you Steve and crew!!

This is Steve Mueller.We do not build the automobiles, we can't see through metal.We generally sell a little older higher mile and a little older vehicle, so sometimes they do brake down, even new vehicles brake down.We are very sorry if they brake down sometimes.We do our best and are honest people.Regards,Steve Mueller Motors

Experience wasn't good at all. The mechanic was supposed to change a part on my car, paid almost $600.00 dollars an found out 3 months later the part was never change. I had to pay another $410.00 to get the part change an now it's not running properly. Mechanics charge an take your money without replacing the new part an charge hours for labor when no works was done. That's bad business. Marty was very understanding and fixed the problem and gave us some of our money back. So glad I found an employee that helps an gets to the matters of the situations. Thank you Marty!!

I got my car through here, and Chuck Chambers helped me through the process. He made sure I got something reliable to get me back and forth to work. He was friendly, and explained everything to me so I understood the contract before I left with my new car. They have a nice warranty system, and if anything is wrong with the vehicle they will take care of it for you. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking into getting a newer vehicle.

Excellent experience and went above expectations as we sought the right vehicle for our needs. Extended courtesies many other car dealers wouldn't do and we'll absolutely refer people over. Wish more were like this, makes the whole process so much easier!

My niece was sold a lemon. She had her car not even a month before it broke down. My brother in law also got a car from there and his car broke down not even a month later. They swear that, "all of our cars go through extensive checks and diagnostics" but it's not true and if you aren't careful, they'll get y'all too.

The service wad exceptional and we have had no issues with our vehicle. They have a very good variety of vehicles to choose from. They take very good care of their customers. Our salesman, Kevin, did a great job pitching a sale to my wife and I for our 2002 Chevy Blazer. We are very happy with our vehicle and plan to purchase another vehicle from here in the future.

When I took my car to get inspected and it needed some work, Jim accommodated my work and pay schedule to fit me in ASAP so I could pass inspection in time. He also found new tires for me at a lower price than I'd bought them before at Sears, and did all of the work at a lower rate than I anticipated. I recommend Steve Mueller Motor's service center to everybody I know.

Bought an Acura TL from them a few years back, only 80k miles. Asked if they would clean up the rotors as it was stopping hard. They told me to "stomp on the brakes hard and burn the rust off" took it to my mechanic a few days later to get it reinspected (even though these scam artists had just "inspected" it) and brakes cleaned up. My mechanic told me it never should have passed inspection because the entire subframe was rotted out and the engine was ready to fall out. I take it back to steve meuller- he accuses me of "hitting it with a hammer" and tried every trick in the book to get out of fixing it. In new york state there is a lemon law that all cars under 100k miles are covered for 30 days after sale. He argued with my dad and tried to put a mechanics lien on the title for the work. Steve was a total jerk the entire time. Finally after having to go to the BBB and filing a complaint and threatening to sue he grudgingly fixed the problem. Worst customer service around! For a quality car in Auburn go to silverline auto instead!

Well for starters when I test drove it the truck had a turn signal out so they replaced that then about a month after of light driving the u-joints went and they battled the warranty on it then I was inside watching TV and my horn started going off so I went outside and the truck was smoking out of the cab and the hood. Turns out something melted all the electrical. 1900 dollars later..... it was running fine again then the transmission started slipping put non slip transmission fluid In it. 2 weeks later it goes there goes another 2300 because guess what if you want great customer service don't go here. They wouldn't cover it then most recently the headgasket has started going. So overall with some other stuff not included I'm over 5000 dollars In the hole with a truck they said was wonderful. Never shop here unless you are okay with a junk car.....

Bought a lemon in September had to have everything changed when you call Jay says it s nothing he can do he s a horrible business man when you call him with an issue he ll say he has 50 other people with the same problem I can t even believe he has 50 customers then he ll go on to tell you to take him to court he s been there and done that.

I bought my car from here just over a year ago and they are so friendly I take my car back there for every oil change. They even fixed my new tire I got from bjs.and bjs couldn't fix. Great kind fast workers.

As a customer of steve mueller... not only have a baught 3 different cars from them . And always had great service and understanding from the owner and the sales manager chuck . They have always went out of there way to please there customers . So for the few that have givin this place a bad reveiw . Because they have a different agenda .. somtimes warrentys cant be upheld not because of the company or service department but because the warrenty vompany does not cover what they want it to .. i have had no issues with steve or anyone at this location .. even if i was they have always done right by thre customers . Thanks for the hard work and understanding ..

I bought a car there in Nov 2013.I had nothing but problems with the car and it sat in my driveway broken most of the time. It ran for about the 35 days. I would drive it about 5 or 10 miles and something else would go wrong. I spoke with them and they told me the problems were due to " wear and tear due to the Auburn roads." The roads are bad but one would have to be able to drive it for this to happen. I think it was more than that. THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED

Bought a used Jeep Cherokee from them... It had a check engine light that they said was just a sensor, it was loud... they said it was how the jeeps sounded? $500 for a PCM module, $400 for new exhaust, and $ 500 for a new brakes and rotors! Mueller Motor is horrible....awful people.....

My girlfriend bought a car great car happy with it but she takes it back for work and one of the mechanics steels out of her car watch your cigarettes, Money anything of any value.

Sold me a lemon and refuses to give me down payment back now i have to go thru court because he refuses to fix or give me my money back check engine light came on 2 days after buying and been in the shop more than with me very sad buyers do not go here if dont want problems with your car

I took our in at 9am to be fixed and they never got in until 2pm and it's still not fixed and this was a screw up on their end and I'm paying for it. I wouldn't recommend them at all

Guys at the shop are very helpful and friendly. The prices are the best in Auburn for labor and they don't overcharge hourly like most shops do.

A friend of mine bought a car with a warranty and he will not uphold the contract then he threatens her to go to court because she gave him a bad rating next step attorney general and motor vehicles scare tactics are not good practice
