These guys are great. I thought my car was toast but it was only a bad water pump.I guess it was time for a replacement after 133,000 miles! They were quick and cost was surprisingly low. Thanks Sincebaugh. Maybe I can make it to 200,000 miles before I have to buy another vehicle. Their front desk staff are very friendly and accomodatiing.Charles Powers

They were great, took it in for inspection and asked to check out the front end noise. Ended up being lower ball joints. Brought it back the following week , dropped off in the am and was done by lunch. Great service and fair pricing, for the quality of work they do.

I do almost all the work on my own vehicles, so I've only dealt with them for replacement Interstate Batteries. I mostly purchase vehicles from fleets. It seems Interstate Batteries are the choice for fleets. Anytime I've needed warranty work. I've gotten it with a great attitude, even though they made no money from selling a battery, just warranty replacements. When the event arises that I do need work on a vehicle that I cannot perform, I will not hesitate to give them a shot at it.

Nice people! Brought my car in for a leaking rear diff and rubbing sound. They took a look and gave me a solid diagnosis and a general idea of what a repair would cost even though they didn't do that kind of work. Nice and responsive people, will definitely considering taking my car there in the future.

This shop was incredible! They were thorough and quick with their diagnosis of my issue. They fixed it quickly with a GREAT price. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, and the mechanic on the phone was really patient with all my questions!

Told them I needed my upper control arms adjusted. They charged me 200 dollars for an alignment and THEN told me they only adjusted my tie rods and didn't even touch the control arms. When I said I didn't feel that was right the owner proceeded to yell at me and refuse anything. Going to be taking them to small claims

Totally helped me our when my daughter's car would not produce any power, leaving her basically stranded at my house. I'm a shade-tree mechanic and had already done some troubleshooting, when I called up Tim and Mike were super helpful even over the phone, treated me with respect, and offered their advice. I brought the car in to have them confirm their suspicions, and they were able to not only confirm their suspicions but were able to get it running good for me while I order the needed parts to replace myself. $130 WELL spent. Thanks guys, I now know where I am going when I cannot do the work myself! A+ for respect and integrity!Updating a couple years later with another A+ : Similar situation, work I could not do on my other daughter's car since I was out of town. Another shop (which rhymes with Famis) told my daughter $4500 to replace an entire exhaust system. I told her no way and take it to Sincebaugh, the issue was a failed shock absorber banging when she drives. Yes, re-read that before heading to the chain stores. Nothing wrong with exhaust, and the failed shock mount was visible without even lifting the car. Sincebaugh CORRECTLY diagnosed and fixed the issue (new shock mounts and shocks), and a couple other small things, for under $500.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Dealership wanted to charge an additional $200 over the cost I had paid at Sincebaugh for an oil pan change. They originally checked if the plug could be rethreaded of which it could not. I assumed I would have to bring it back later in the week but they were able to receive and repair my car the day of. Very pleased with the cost and service. They also took the time to fix my tire sensors that a previous shop had triggered when changing my brakes a while back. Good serviceServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Got my car inspected, quick and easy. They let me stay in the lobby while they worked, and the receptionist was very friendly. Everyone who came in while I was there (repeat customers of course) was treated like family by the mechanics too.

Tim and his brother are great. They do quality work and I feel they don't oversell. I've been going here for years. I think it can be hard to find friendly, trustworthy car repair - but I've found that here!

I needed a front-end alignment...and, turns out my right CV shaft was toast. That was the $$ grabber, but it needed replacement, and, while I did my own struts, exhaust, that task was beyond this shade-tree mechanic. They were very quick, friendly, and open about all options.

They always do their best to accommodate for your schedule and will call when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. I've been really sketchy of alot of local garages but not Sinbaugh, they got me in the next morning with no appointment fixed line with out a problem. I liked that they told me if there was anything different wrong they would call me first. I had my my vehicle back within the day after 9am drop off. Also they made me feel more comfortable than any other mechanic around. Thanks Guys. I appreciate you it. Wouldn't hesitate to reccomend someone!

We needed new brakes for my wife's 2012 RAV4, and they were able to work the brake job into their schedule, with no problems... and we got the car back the same day, too. Very pleased with the service, and we'd recommend Sincebaugh Auto to anyone!

The men at Sincebaugh always take excellent care of their customers. Tim is very honest about what repairs need to be done and on what timeline. I first became aware of this business through their ads in the local school musical production programs. They are truly invested in our community and I recommmend them without reservation!

09/27/2018NYS Inspection and Oil changeI made a appointment for the State inspection and oil and filter change. I was in and out in no time and the price was reasonable in my opinion. About a month ago I had them repair the air conditioner on my car and it works great!

Tim, Mike and the rest of the guys are the best! Tim runs a great shop and they can handle any repair you throw at them. You will never be sold something you don't need. These guys are honest and repair your vehicle as if it was their own.

These young men are the most trustworthy mechanics I have ever dealt with. They have stopped what they were doing to see why I had no heat or to pop in a brake bulb and would not let me pay them for anything but the bulb. Got me out of a fine from APD. No question is ever a dumb question to them. They are always very close if not less than their estimated charges. I would highly recomend them to everyone in the area!

This is a family owned repair shop that I highly recommend. They're honest and won't do repair work that you don't need. They're also very knowledgeable about all makes of cars. They're friendly and respectful. I think it's the best auto repair shop that I have ever been to.

Please beware and watch if you get an oil filter change,they will replace the filter but not the oil and they will over tighten the filter so it leaks out while running.Also they charge brand new tire price for used tires,I have the proof.
