Always friendly service. Had an issue with a purchased part and brought it back. No hassles and they corrected the issue quickly. If they do not have the part you need in stock, they will find it and get it shipped in ASAP.

WENT in looking for Hydraulic jack oil. They had it. WENT back to the shop, topped of the reservoir, and went back to work.

Tom at NAPA in Auburn NY provided the best service! Our phone call dropped initially and he called right back, ordered my parts of what wasn't on premises, then called me before he left his shift for the day to let me know my order was waiting for me in full!! Plus he priced what i needed almost $40 cheaper than the competion! It's little steps of follow up that go VERY FAR in proper customer service! Thank you, Tom!!!

Light's Auto of Auburn has certainly had its ups and downs. After a big staffing change while back, things were pretty bad in the inexperience of the staff. But things have been much better lately as the staff has learned the system. I am always happy to shop there for my car parts.

AMSOIL Synthetic lubricants can be pick up here for you ATV,UTV, Boat, Truck snowmobile and more. They have a great selection to choose from.

Closed when was supposed to be open. Sing said open till 7 and was closed at 615 . Needed parts and couldn't get them
