I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dunn Tire that I feel compelled to share. While their tire service might be passable, it's clear that their expertise doesn't extend beyond that. I unfortunately ended up wasting thousands of dollars on services that not only failed to resolve the initial issues but also left my vehicle in a worse state than when I first brought it in. The final straw was a basic repair that they couldn't even execute properly, leaving me both frustrated and deeply regretful for choosing them in the first place. If you're considering Dunn Tire for anything other than tire-related needs, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. My experience is a testament to their inadequacy in handling more complex automotive repairs and maintenance.

Dunn Tire in Auburn NY was a courteous and professional experience.The work was done in a timely manner. I feel it s the best service work I ve had in a few years. I could feel a difference in the steering of my vehicle immediately upon leaving after having a tire rod fixed and a front end alignment and some other issues taken care of. My vehicle feels safe to drive now.Thank you for a great experience!

Amazing service! Fit us in for a brake job the same day I called. We dropped truck of early and they had the brakes done and called to let us know before the time of the actual appointment. Highest quality service

I went into store to purchase 4 tires for my truck. Was greeted and helped quickly. They listened to what I wanted in a tire as well as price and warranty. Wanted what was in stock and put on now . The service any tire were great.

They got me in late in the day for a dead battery. Despite having to order it from another location, they replaced it before they closed. Super friendly and accommodating. Price was same as others in the area. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased that Dunn Tire had my tires in stock and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The mounting and balancing took just under an hr and I was on my way! Service rep was great!

Do not take your car to Dunn Tire in Auburn. Many issues. First, they said my 2 year old car failed state inspection due to rust on the rotors. Second, I had an oil change and the next day my oil pressure light came on. After only driving 6 miles. I took my car to another mechanic and he said the state inspection was a false fail and the rotors were not bad enough to fail. The worst part is that he needed to clean up the undercarriage due to sloppy work at Dunn from the oil change. Dunn also did not put enough oil in my car- over 1.5 quarts under the recommended oil amount. My car has 15,500 miles and should not have failed inspection and has no oil leaks! The oil should not be low right after getting an oil change. Shady business. I would have given 0 stars if possible

Very nice employee's. Very helpful. I went in with a flat tire they got me in and out within an hour. Will be returning to Dunn Tire in a few weeks to get new tires on my car. The employee gave me 2 quotes on tires and was very knowledgeable about each tire. I would highly recommend Dunn tire to anyone who needs new tire or vehicle repairs

Great price on my new tires. Saved over $500 on set of 4. They are A/T tires but are quiet on the road. Very pleased with them.

The employees at Dunn tire are always friendly knowledgeable and very willing to help, even if it's something out of their everyday routine. I highly recommend Dunn tire and their services. I have never been disappointed!

My service at Dunn Tires was awesome. They are very respectful and willing to help any way they can. My only issue is the bathroom .I felt like I was at a truck stop .please have a good cleaning service go through the bathroom from top to bottom. That way customers won t have a problem giving you all four stars ! Clean bathrooms says a lot about the people behind the company.

2 weeks ago today at approximately 3pm I took a used car I just purchased to Dunn to have them look it over and see if there were any issues with the car, they as in the mechanics at Dunn called me into the bay and told me the car was trash and shouldn't have even passed inspection. I waited 2 days until my regular mechanic was open, I scheduled an appointment with them to look over the vehicle as Dunn had done . My mechanic who has a very GOOD reputation in our local community said the car for being 15 years old was and is in great condition with no issues. So moral of this post is the following never truly trust some of these bigger places, if there not going to make money off of you there gonna tell you everything they can to discourage you. I strongly recommend NOT going to DUNN. Unless you wanna believe there b.s.

Very good service. Quick and efficient. Please have new books and puzzles for the kids who have nothing to play with while their mothers sit playing on their phones! Also bathroom is gross. But helpful people.

Absolutely terrible. Tried scamming me and told me I need to pay 800-1300$ for a whole new brake system and calipers that I don t need. Never going here again.

After making this our go-to place for oil changes, tires, and repairs for a few years and previously leaving a great review, I will no longer go to Dunn. I took my vehicle to another shop for a repair Dunn recommended because it was cheaper. The other shop found that my vehicle needed other repairs, too. Major, rather urgent repairs that had obviously been an issue for close to a year. It is extremely concerning that mechanics who had been looking at my vehicle for regular oil changes, tire rotations, and a few repairs, FOR A YEAR, did not see the major issues another mechanic saw within minutes of putting my vehicle up on the lift and doing his routine visual inspection.

I was visiting Auburn for a few days and as we entered the city limits the tire pressure warning engaged. It was only losing1-2 pounds a day. I went to Dunn tire to have the tire checked for a slow leak. As it turned out there was a nail that was angled upwards in the tire making it difficult to repair. They weren t able to get a replacement tire for 3 days. Unfortunately I was heading back to Florida before that and had to find another tire store that could replace beforehand. Dunn didn t charge me for their time to check the tire out. I appreciated their straightforward evaluation and that they did not charge for it.

They were to the point people. I like that. Service was written up quickly. As they are on a strip mall, I went shopping while they fixed my tire; a nice convenience. They called my phone when my vehicle was ready. When I returned to their shop they explained what had been wrong with my tire, and what was done to fix it. At all times I was treated with respect. Being a daughter of an auto mechanic, I appreciated being respected. The cost was just right, and it felt wonderful to go down the road with the tire light off. Great job from beginning to end Auburn, NY, Dunn Tire.Thanks,Nancy Perrine

Took me in on time quick to solve leaking tire I bought in Webster 3 yrs ago but I only drove 9000 miles on it leaking valve stem was it also the other one had same leak 4 months after purchase I have gone thru this with another car Walmart didn't replace valve stem and it leaked I would always demand new valve stem in new tires in future if it's a northern car especially this Dunn tire was great , friendly

Friendly, efficient, helpful as well as knowledgeable and the best place to purchase tires. My most recent experience was for a NYS inspection. Jesse went above and beyond to meet my needs. The whole teams' expertise and accommodation for my specific situation was so helpful. They took care of me. They were very supportive and reassuring for me and the other customers. I will go to them in the future for all my automotive needs.
