The service was great and I did the oil change which was only took last than 1 hour, very quick and efficient. The staff was nice and kind, the price was very decent and reasonable. Highly recommend this place and will be my first to-go auto repair shop, especially for quick oil change. I suggest to call to inquiry first before you go to make sure they have spot for you otherwise.

This was my mechanic for 2 years while I was living in Astoria. This business always impressed me with how competent, honest, communicative, and professional they are. They were fair priced, thorough, and seem to genuinely care about their customers. I had multiple positive experiences with preventive and emergency maintenance on my vehicle and would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone in the area.

Left my car to have them inspect a small steering issue as well as do a general inspection. They were very honest in that they found the cause of the issue to simply be a loose steering shaft which only needed to be tightened. They tightened it and only charged me for the inspection.

I was in a rush and I had a nail in my tire. They charged $20 dollars for the patch, its a little expensive for that work. But they have new machines, clean bathroom and you can tell the owner spend money on the place. Overall all they get a 5 star because for appearance and timely fashion.

Laz and his team will take care of you. Needed a replace a dead miniCooper battery. Something not many places can do on a Saturday (even the dealership is closed)Fair price, great service and in and out in a jiffy. Highly recommend

Know them 2O years . Laz and before him, his pop Harry . THEY never let me down and kept me on the road and not in the poor house. Shame most dealers cannot bring this family owned attitude to their work. Nor the quality. Laz, thanks for always helping me.

This is honestly the best place. I came here because I had a flat tire, and from start to finish, the whole team, including George and Laz, were super helpful, kind, took time to answer any questions I got. It's my first car, so I'm really not sure what I'm doing, and probably asked them the same thing over and over, as I was pretty anxious about the whole thing. I felt I could trust the team, and that they don't inflate prices. They replaced the tire, made sure the rest of the car and tires were okay and suggested a wheel alignment, which I gladly did as I had noticed already that the car was leaning towards one side when driving on the BQE. It's such a relief to get help when you need it from good people you can trust. I'm glad to have a place close to home, and highly recommend them.

They have an amazing team here to take care of all the car repair needs. Laz, the owner is very accommodating and knowledgeable about everything automobiles related. I installed new tires, break struts and brake pads. Price is very reasonable compared to other auto shops. Only drawback is that they hired more helpers but still manage to take a long time to service cars. So be prepared to wait.

Just came here for oil change and I was taken back by how friendly and fast the service was. They fit me in with no reservation on a busy Saturday. Will definitely come back. Price was right and I appreciate the mileage sticker on windshield.Edit: two years later and they have been great for more extensive work as well. Honest, nice place.

Laz + co. are really great. Of course I'd rather that my car *didn't* need serious work, but when it does, they do the job quickly and impeccably. Prices are very fair too. Best shop in the neighborhood IMO.

Great repair shop! I've had state inspections, oil changes, brakes and rotor replacements, and diagnostics/advice there. Always very professional, polite, and honest. They even reached out to me a couple days after a quick service and when they discovered they over charged me, gave me a refund! They slowly became my go-to local shop. I highly recommend them.

Aside from the long wait to service the car (approx. 3hrs. The mechanics were very nice and did an excellent job on the rotation, balancing, and wheel alignment on my 2020 RR Evoque. The price is fair. Certainly much better than any dealership.

Honest service from a auto repair shop- does it sound like a contradiction? Well, not here. Been using them for a couple of years, for various car issues, ranging from severe ones to the basic inspections, and not once did I felt like being cheated or forced into buying expensive services or parts. Which is not what I experienced firm previous mechanics. All in one, if you need prompt service, an honest evaluation and repair of your car, using original parts, look no further than A Euro American Auto. You won't regret it.

I had an awesome experience here. I had a friend's car with its coolant running low and I could not figure out what kind of coolant was appropriate for it. Brought it here and Laz, the owner, took a quick glance at it, filled it right up with the proper coolant, and sent me on my way with a Happy Thanksgiving, refusing to take money for the service he provided. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!

I have been going to these guys for a few years and they have been wonderful! Laz and his team are excellent and will do everything they can to make your car work in top notch condition. I ve gone to them for new tires, state inspection and check engine light issues. They are great. Wouldn t go anywhere else!

Spoke to a very curteous staff member behind the desk and I was scheduled for the same day. They took the car in earlier than scheduled and work began promptly. The complete 4 wheel alignment was all over in 35-40 minutes and we were given a print out of the before and after clearly marked with figures and colors (red- out of range, blue- in range). The service was quick and friendly. They walk you through and explain everything. They ask if you have any further questions or need to have anything explained in further detail. They simply make you feel comfortable that you have come to a knowledgeable and honest shop where they will take the due diligence to make your car right. We will be coming here for all tire, brake, steering and wheel work.

Courteous, quick, affordable and honest. I just brought in my 2010 Chevy Traverse for new brakes and not only was I taken care of quickly, but the price was surprisingly low. Also, they were open when other places were observing tomorrow's holiday. There's a reason why this place has the ratings it does.

The gentleman was very friendly, even remembered me calling and making my appointment (weeks earlier)!My only complaint, and its minor, is that he "filled" my washer fluid (which I had done the previous week) and charged me $3.25 for it. Seems like a lot of money for a drop of fluid (which usually fluids get "topped off" during an oil change).I liked the location too, as I was able to take my kids out for a walk while he did the work (and he was done when he said he'd be, so I came back and wasn't waiting around).Definitely will return!

These guys saved my aging BMW that was throwing transmission failure alerts left and right. First place I went to recommended swapping out the transmission for a used replacement for at least a couple g's. Ended up just needing a crankshaft sensor replacement for a fraction of that. Honest guys, great service.

Laz and his team were great. I was nervous at first�- since this was the first time I brought my 2007 Mini to anyone other than the dealer (under the standard warranty). Laz was great and showed me the old parts that they replaced afterwards, and generally seemed to enjoy making me feel comfortable with their service.Bottom line is that they run a great shop, clearly love what they do, and take pride in their work.On top of it al, they were very reasonable price-wise.

Went to this shop yesterday because I assumed my rims were cracked. I noticed that my front right tire was leaking out air and I also noticed a crack around the rim so I took it to the shop.Without even taking out the tires or checking the rim they immediately assumed that my rim was cracked and I asked how much does it cost one of the gentlemen's brought his boss over and he said that's going to cost you $150 it will take 2 days to fix it and we would have to ship it out and they will ship it back. but what pisses me off is that why couldn't you just checked my tire and tell me that it just needed to be plugged and do not immediately asked that this needs to be fixed with $150. that just goes to show you be careful with this shop because they're quick to take $150 from you. And I got this fixed with just $10 at the tire shop around my way. So sad that the shop would try to take advantage of me and take $150 when they could have just check my tire from the beginning.

Nice guys. Had to get a booster on my car broken down nearby. They let me bike over borrow and use it myself. It didn't solve my car's problem, but was helpful, and they were accommodating so close to closing.

I came to this place to change my spark plugs. He wanted to charge me $500 to change them. I said no thank you. I went online and ordered the same new spark plugs for $30. Then I went to another mechanic, and he installed them for $60. It cost me a total of $90 dollars. I saved $410. Think smart. Get a diagnosis at a michanic. Then go home and order the part. Then go to a reasonable mechanic to install it. You will save $$$$ALOT.
