So I travel through this small town often as I m between Rochester Ny and Bradford PA a lot and I always stop at this location for drinks a snack and sometimes to use the restroom. Well I go in there today 10-18-23 and some heavy set lady who I assume is the manager was working and I asked if I could use the restroom and she said nope we don t have one and started to look back down at her paperwork and so I left and went across the street to take my business there instead. My brother was still in the 7/11 and a guy came in right after I left and asked to use the restroom and she said yeah no problem and gave him the key for the bathroom mind you I m mixed and have a brown skin complexion so not sure if that was the issue or what but that lady deserves to be fired for picking and choosing who can use the restroom and again I was planning on buying some refreshments for my trip.. never will I stop at that location ever again. To the owners put that miserable behemoth in check.

Most of the time prompt service and courtesies extended.There's 1 or 2 that work evenings that think they're doing you a favor by waiting on you. They seem to have the personality of a dead fish also. No greeting and no way are you going to get a smile out of them!

They have some delicious deli sandwiches!!! (tuna, egg salad and the chicken salad sandwiches) and they have certain new flavors of chips once awhile.....
