I have been a customer at Zanella's since the 1970's. I have always been satisfied with the work done on my vehicles, the advice given to me for upkeep of my vehicles, and the welcome/friendship felt whenever I visit the garage. Also, I have been very happy with the used vehicles I have purchased there. I took a truck in for a pre purchase inspection. LJ and everyone at the shop could not have been more helpful or professional. The energy at the shop is great. Everyone is clearly friends there, and everyone feels very welcoming and helpful. LJ did a thorough inspection and then spent a considerable amount of time discussing what he found with me. After all that, he wouldn t charge me a cent. If I were local, I would take my cars to LJ for all my servicing.

I took my vehicle there once before. They seemed very knowledgeable and honest. So, when I needed another service done, I called them and made an appointment for the service to be done. I was going to be a "waiter" and they were aware of this when the appointment was made. The morning of my appointment- a little over an hour before my appointment time, I called them to ask a question. That was when I was informed that they didn't have time to do my service. They had over booked accidentally. I understand mistakes happen. However, they had four business days to call me and ask to reschedule. They didn't. It was obvious they were just going to wait for me to show up to then turn me away from a scheduled appointment. That was not only extremely unprofessional. But also shows blatant disregard for my time and its value. Thank goodness I found another place who could do the service same day so I didn't need to lose two days of work.

I have always had excellent service here. The check my vehicle over and call me with an estimate before they start. On one occasion they found a future major problem in my vehicle and called me before they had done the original work to see if they should stop or continue. They even came and got.me to come and see the additional problem and then brought me back home.

If I actually lived in the area I would go out of my way to see them again. They take the silly stigma of small auto shops and are the complete opposite. They saw me on short noticed, fixed the problem in short order, were communicative on issues, and charged an incredibly fair price. Good work.

Honest, straightforward and consistent services. Can not stress enough the reliability and dependability of this business. You will not over pay, nor will you be stuck with poor workmanship. They provide excellent service.

Had my car aligned and they made it worse. When I asked why the specs were more out of alignment they told me it's ok maybe you need some sort of kit. That was that and they walked away . Thanks for ruining my tires.

Got charged 700$ and my car is worse now. Poor customer service. Lack of honesty and professionalism. Seriously considering suing this place.

I take my car here for inspection. I work on my own car because mechanics could charge alot. Overall I'd recommend it for basic maintenance.
