Trying to get a simple plug put in a tire waited for 15 minutes for an associate finally she showed up after being called twice looked like she had been sleeping somewhere. Tells me I would need to make an appointment with no cars in the garage and one garage associate waiting for work??? Never again Walmart !!!! Keep business local big box doesn t care!!

I arrive at 2:50 in the afternoon and stood in line for at least 15 minutes while 3 Walmart associate tended to two customers and then I was told they close at 4 which I knew and then he proceeds to tell me they close at 3:30 I looked at my clock I said it's 3:10 and all they had to do was a tire change on one vehicle three Associates to do a tire change on a vehicle but not one of them could get my oil change for me. What kind of customer service is this places a joke

I had never used the Walmart auto center before. They made an appointment for me on short notice, they helped me through tire selection, and i was able to shop while the worked on my car.This is an amazing advantage as I have a two year old and sitting in the little waiting room at most auto places with a child gets stressful.You get a little ticket that you can scan at any price checker that will show your progress and they call your name out over the intercom when it's ready.Pricing was competitive, job was done well, and it was completed faster than expected. I can't find anything to complain about.

Walmart Auto Care Center in Amsterdam is a great place to get an oil change and tire swap out. Fast, friendly and the auto mechanics are knowledgeable about what they do. Great prices.

I would give zero stars if I could. I made an appointment for 12pm to change the tires on my car to my winter tires I already had and an oil change. They didn't even get my car into the bay until around 12:45. Finally I was able to get my car 2 hours after my appointment. Never getting work here done again. Go somewhere else if you want work done in a timely manner.

You will never get anyone to answer the phone in any auto care at Walmart. I tried 3 different stores. My order sat there for 3 days and I was never notified. If it wasn't for me checking the app, I would have never known my tires were at the store.

Walmart didn't even bother to call after finishing installing four new tires. When I finally made it down there (since I couldn't get anyone on the phone), the service worker said that she called and a lady answered. After verifying that she had the correct number I informed her that it was my cell phone which was in my pocket the entire time. She repeated that a woman had answered when she called and said it was a wrong number. I pointed out that since walmart had my correct number, one would think that she would have at least verified that she hadn't dialed the incorrect number. WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT SHE HAD DONE.

I sat on the phone trying to make an appointment for my car just for a tire patch and, what do you know, Nobody's home. Their website says their open until 5:00 pm. I called at 11:30 and nobody seems to know how to answer a phone there. And this is not the first time its happened either, I have made several complaints to Walmart Corporate for this same problem. Even the Pharmacy claims to receive at least 20 calls per day with this exact same complaint, that nobody answers the phones. I will take my business else where.

ACC Manager Thomas, very polite and professional, unusual for this campesino town in El barrio de Amsterdam. Service person wrote the mileage on the window sticker so you can actually read, so I know when next oil change is.

Had to go get a tire replaced. The woman who attended me was friendly and my car was ready pretty quickly. They do a great job, keep it up ladies! And any men if they work there. Lol

Customer service woman named Dianne at the tire center in Amsterdam was completely rude to me the whole entire time. Very disrespectful would never recommend anyone to this place at all.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

I mean they did thr job, my car is fine, but the customer service is TERRIBLE we were treated awful by the 2 female employees there, it took everything in me not to flip our the way we were spoken to.... this world is hard enough, and if you don't want to work in customer service I suggest you find a new job.... bc the way we were spoke to as PAYING CUSTOMERS was absolutely not ok...

Horrible service. brought it in for an oil change and ti have them check tires and bearings.. they said everything was fine.. also they stripped my oil plug so most of my oil lesked out. Callee to let them know and they said they would have a manager call me. No call received

Hours clearly state open until 7. I got there yesterday at 4:45 and was told "they're going home." Whatever that means. As if I needed any more reasons not to do business with Wal-Mart, here's one more.

They said the tire department open at 8 I got there at 7:45 there was one person ahead of me we waited to 8:15 before someone came and opened up the tire department and he said he couldn't do nothing until someone else came to work with him so by the time I received two tires mounted and balanced it was almost 11 a.m. I don't suggest Amsterdam Walmart if you're in a hurry

0 one of the largest supercenters that I've ever been to the one in my hometown of Mexico Maine is nowhere near as close to the size of this one

Poor everything there. Service, availability, communication,lack of inventory, pricing higher than listed. They suck..ESPECIALLY that auto repair woman who doesn't know how to deal with customers. Beware
