I just want to say I had the best experience with buying my car at Wally s. My salesman Ryan was easy to work with not at all pushy with buying my car. I was able to reach out to him with any questions I highly recommend Ryan to anyone that doesn t want to be pressured into buying a car and want all the support going through the process of buying one if you decide to. I have say even after buying was able reach out with questions and still received the support and professionalism.

Went to Wally's of Amsterdam and met Jason. I was looking for a heavy duty truck, test drove a Chevrolet and just wasn't going to work. Jason was patient and help me get into a 2022 RAM 2500. Truck is a perfect fit for what I need. I recommend Wally's of Amsterdam, and ask for Jason. You won't be disappointed.

My jeep rubicon was having electrical issues but lance service advisor and the techs were determined to fix the issue and did so promptly. My husband and I are very thankful for the high quality service we received. Great work !

My family needed a vehicle ASAP as my last one was totaled. I was feeling the pressure but Marc Clouser was super professional and accommodating ! He got me and my fianc� out of there same day with a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee that we love! He even stayed late to make sure we went home with a vehicle that night. We have nothing but thanks to him and the finance manager that made it happen! There was even the a different manager who went out and detailed the car whilst we were signing the paperwork. We are nothing but grateful thanks so much Marc! We love our new to us car!

My experience purchasing a new Renegade was great! I worked with senior salesperson David June and General Manager Michael Smith. My trade in, new purchase, and delivery went super smooth! They kept me informed, answered my questions, returned my calls quickly, and were very knowledgeable. I felt I could trust them. Based on my experience, I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Wally's in Amsterdam.

My experience with Jose was like no other! He was very sweet and patient with me, I was looking at this car for well over a month before I actually purchased it. I had went and looked at the car 3 times, and test drove the car before speaking to him. So when I went in one day he came up to me at the door asked if there was something he could help me with I said yes I want buy the blue BMW second one in from the end as I pointed toward the row it was in. He said oh alright well let me get the keys we can test drive it I said nope don t bother I already have he asked if I was working with someone I said no, I do not remember the guys name that rode with me. So we went in to talk money. And the numbers were not where I wanted them to be so I politely got up and said that I was good with keeping my car at the time and didn t want to get into something with a high payment. He asked if he could call me if anything changed and I said well it s been here for about a month and the price keeps dropping so yea let me know when it s down where I d like it to be. So a few days to a week has went by and he is keeping in contact and I see the price went down a little more. Then we went back and forth a bit more about the cost until it was where we both agreed. He sent me up with a time to go pick it up, that was a bit of a lengthy process at no fault is Jose s and I took it home that night and I am so happy with this decision, and that he was there to help me along!! I even made him almond joy cupcakes

I recently purchased a used Toyota from Ryan. At the time, I was not feeling well and was able to handle most of the negotiations and paperwork from home using my phone. Ryan was super helpful and made the process smooth when it could have been a hassle.

I have purchased two cars from this location. One under the Fuccillo name, one under the Wallys name. Both experiences have been great, and no issues have happened. Mark Clouser was the biggest reason for this. as transparent and helpful as they get. Service department takes care of me whenever i need. Highly recommend

Would highly recommend working with this dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Marc Clouser. He was awesome and extremely knowledgeable, professional, answering my questions for multiple days over text and call as I made my decision. He made the process senseless, working with me and my needs to get the perfect car. Had the extras ordered and got me scheduled to get them installed to make the vehicle perfect. It was really nice to receive a text from him a couple days after taking my Jeep home to see how everything was going and if I had any questions. If you are looking for a new ride definitely go see Marc in Amsterdam!

Where do I start, first if Niveck is your service advisor you might as well ask for someone else, he has no customer service skills and lies 80% of the time. Brought my 3500 in for a check engine light last year, they made 2 separate repair attempts on my truck, and both times the truck was given back to me worse then it was before, I m in a position now where the truck is almost inoperable, there s no check engine light on, and most other dealers won t touch it because they feel Wally s did something to the truck, and they won t either fess up and fix, or they don t know how to fix it. I would avoid this place at all costs, I tried to be diplomatic throughout the whole year they ve been working on my 2021 Ram, but I m left in such a bad position I ll most likely have to sue them. BEWARE!

I found a black Subaru Impreza Sport Premium (hard to find, they go quick) on their website. I made an inquiry and was called immediately by Jasmine. She coordinated an appointment and I came in that afternoon. She greeted me upon my arrival and handed me off to Josh, my salesman. He was courteous and professional. Josh brought the car around and off we went for my test drive. We got back and got down to brass tacks. Jim was the finance guy and I saw him hard at work fighting to get me the best rate for my loan. He ended up getting me a loan at 3% lower than the best quote I was able to find on my own. I drove out of there under 3 hours after I walked in with my new car!All in all, a great experience. I felt like all the people I dealt with had training on courteous, efficient and professional customer service... Which is way more than I can say for any other dealership I visited during my car search. Kudos guys!My girlfriend came with me and we are planning to head back there next month to get her behind the wheel of a Jeep Renegade she's been wanting!I highly recommend this dealership if you're in the Capital Region or even an hour's drive away. They're selection and service was what you'll want in a dealership and worth the trip.

I had an issue with an alternator, they did not tell me that it could have drained my battery rendering it useless nor did they check, they did not tune it up and I was charged. A month later I needed a new battery, again a charge as I have an Avenger. They give me a defective battery so I bring it a third time. A week later still no battery no car, we request a loaner car as it s part of my warranty, they couldn t do that either. Finally we request the number for corporate and Niget Timmons points up at the air I pull out my camera to snap a picture and he says it s against the law to record. My son tells him my nicca we need to get the number and he threatens my son by removing his jacket and needed to be physically removed from the premises. No commitment to honored warranties or their own word. No batteries no cars nothing at all to make this process smoother or help showcase their customer service. Just know they will smile and sell you a car but don t confront them about your warranty or you ll be asked to leave. They said they will no longer honor the warrantee.

This place is a joke. Our truck broke down in Amsterdam NY but we managed to make it to the dealership. Our truck has a diesel engine so we were told by our mechanic to bring the truck there. We had an appointment to have the truck looked at on a Wednesday and 3 weeks later the truck still had not been fixed. We were told that they needed to order parts and they wanted over $4,000 to fix our truck. We talked to our regular mechanic and were told that this is outrageous. We called a tow truck and had the truck delivered to our mechanic who has been gracious enough to help us fix the truck. We will never go to Wally's Chrysler Jeep and Dodge again and I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
