I pulled in without an appointment at 9 am. By 10:30 a.m., they pulled my Murano in the garage and started work on all 4 rotors and breaks. They also put new shocks on the front end.I couldn't afford to pay for all of that work out of pocket on the spot. They hooked me up with 2 financing options. I chose one and by 3:15pm I drove out with everything brand new and feeling great. I will be back to get my struts done on the rear end.Thanks for such great service and payment options.

Great service. Took care of my daughters tire issue & alignment. Always friendly & helpful.Great team. They let me know what my car needs without pushing the sale. I had needed some work done & since I was there with my daughter I was able to get my car done as well. Thanks guys! I appreciate your service.

This place is awesome. Definitely come here for all your tire needs. They saved my life, got a flat tire on my rental car and they were able to get me in the same day to replace my tire in 20mins! Thank you to the great service!

Always come here for oil changes & tire rotations. Even got a good deal on brand new tires. The staff & management is always helpful, friendly! Always throw in a coupon & get you the best price for whatever work you may need done on your car & keep it up to date & running smoothly. Definitely would recommend Mavis of Amsterdam!! Rob is a stand up guy & always helps me out! Runs a solid shop!!

Honest, professional, quality service. This shop is always helpful and does quality work. I have had situations where I needed some small repairs made, in which they have been able to get me in same-day and have charged me much less than they could have. Customer oriented with integrity describes this shop well.

These are my go-to guys. They never disappoint and are always very kind. I told them my tire was flat today, and they got me in no more than 5 minutes later. Definitely recommend

They were so helpful, understanding and professional. I was in a hurry to drive 4 hours to JFK when I realized I had a flat tire. Sunday afternoon, nearly five o'clock closing time, and we were having snow storms all day long. This felt just like a movie scene. They opened their doors, didn't hesitate to get my car in, fix it and wish me a safe drive. I can not be thankful enough. This was a big gift! I was able to pick up my daughter and was back in town safe and sound. Thank you so much!! Now I know where to go for my next tires. I will be back :) Thank youuu and God Bless!!

Dropped a vehicle off on a Saturday morning for pads and rotors all the way around after calling for an estimate. I then received a call for a confirmation that it was all I needed and what the price would be. After giving the go ahead on the work I received another call not long after that the work was completed. Efficient staff that communicate clearly and are friendly.

Great service just stopped in for a quick oil change. They were very friendly and professional so I also asked for them to look at the slow leaks in my tires. Did a great job for me highly recommend

Tire came off rim, came to shop next day to see what needed to get done, no hesitation, checked it out, replaced the valve stem and tpms sensor was in and out within 15 min. Josh was super friendly and helpful. I know where I ll be going from now on and where I will recommend.

My left rear brake was getting hot so I had the fantastic Mavis crew check it out. After a honest inspection it was fixed in a timely manner with integrity. This crew is amazing with their communication, respect and showing the issue that needs fixing. I ve waited a few days to check the issue didn t return, and it s highlighted that Rob runs a solid shop and crew who work hard, efficient and very helpful! If I need anything done I ll be back to Mavis as this is the first mechanic I ve ever experienced as honest and gives a fantastic deal for the work!! Thank you so much!!

Had a great experience at the Mavis here in Amsterdam Today, came in looking to get my car realigned after another shop had really messed it up, they got me right in and gave my car the best alignment it s seen since it came off the lot! 100/10 review

Thomas is great manager to get you the right price! Always reasonable and no hidden fees! All the work that s needed is always accounted for and talk to the customer efficiently. Any other work I ll come back for sure to this shop! Went in only needing brakes and tires and come to find out I needed brakes tires and rotors all the way around, he made sure I was taken care of. Thank you!

I was traveling alone and had some pretty major brake issues. I pulled in about an hour before closing. Being a solo female traveler they could have taken advantage of me. Instead they went above and beyond to fix my issue, even staying past closing. I am beyond grateful for these guys and made it home safe because of them. I would recommend them to anyone.

On Friday 11/17/23 we landed at the Amsterdam NY store. We called in and scheduled an appointment for two front tires and an alignment for 10:30. Upon early arrival they checked the truck in and very shortly afterwards they began work. Tires got changed as the man worked Along at a good pace. Next the alignment. The man pulled the truck on the alignment rack put all the sensors on then realized that he couldn t do the alignment because of the type of front end this F-250 has. Another man came out and said unfortunately we can t align this here you ll have to go to the Johnstown store, and explained that they had a truck on the alignment rack at the moment but by the time we got over there they would have it wrapped up and take us right in. Upon arrival to the Johnstown store the manager of the store comes out and asks if we were the people sent by the other store. We responded yes and he asked me what did the other guy tell you so I described exactly what I was told about after The truck was done we would be next. The man responded and revealed that infact we were not next there were two cars ahead of me. These guys over at the Johnstown location adjusted their schedule and took us in immediately. Fantastic guys they saved our butts. Being from WNY heading to Massachusetts to get equipment then return home the same evening time was critical. The man at Amsterdam clearly did this to cover his tail because he messed up. They shouldn t have even taken on the project of doing the tires if they couldn t also do an alignment but I believe they clearly at least wanted to make a sale on the tires. We lost 5 hours due to this stores greed of making a sale, and lack of having someone able to complete the task. I do appreciate that these men took us right In when we first arrived and the folks from Johnstown that saved our tail. But if you can t do the job especially when you take the front tires off the technician must have seen what type of front end it was. Please tell the customer and don t be afraid to lose a sale. You costed us 5 hours. I would have went to Johnstown from the start.

Amazing customer service! I blew a tire on the Thruway and still had too far to go on my spare. I called and spoke to Josh and he said they could get me in right when I got there. When I arrived he thoroughly explained new tire options to me and didn t try to upsell me at all. He told me it would be about 30-45 minutes which was no issue, but I was shocked when about 10 minutes later he told me I was all set! Fantastic service and really helped turn my bad day around!

Stopped in to see about getting an alignment done. My car was brought right in. The alignment was done, they tested it driving to make sure everything was okay and I was on my way. Great experience!

Friendly staff. Alignment completed in a timely manner, which is nice considering it was on my 2002 Saturn SL1 which is a rustbucket. Would and probably will visit again.
