They did a great job at Amsterdam Alpin Haus RV . I just wanted to say thank you to all for helping me out with my Purchase of my New Camper. Thank you , Greg Clark for finding us a great Camper and James Bearcroft with the Purchase. Thank you Steven David for taking time with us and showing us everything about the working of my camper. My wife and I visited the Amsterdam store for the first time on 3/30/24. We have been shopping for a fifth wheel on and off for about a year. The Amsterdam location had the camper we are interested in, so we took a 2 1/2 hour drive to see it in person. We were greeted by a wonderful receptionist and Greg Clark, RV Consultant. We told Greg we were there to look at a specific camper and without hesitation, he kindly brought us to see it. He spent a few hours with us and answered any questions we had. He made us feel very comfortable and we did not feel pressured in any way. We thoroughly enjoyed talking to him, as he made the long drive well worth it! We had an outstanding visit and it was a pleasure to deal with Greg and the rest of the staff! Thank you Greg and Alpin Haus!

Nick, Rich, Mark, and Keith were absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with start to finish. We started our search with a different dealer but decided to purchase at Alpin Haus because of our interactions with these fantastic people. My wife and l left the showroom after our demo and signing with smiles on our faces in disbelief at how well we were treated and howknowledgeable and welcoming every employee we crossed paths with at the Port Jervis location.We are very happy to hear about the new location because it will be where we buy our next RV.

New buyers beware. Sales department is awesome and friendly, service department is a total disaster. Absolutely no communication, high turn over rate, very shady/misleading about costs for repairs, lots of hidden fees and you can never talk to the same person twice. The first year or two is great, then it's like a totally different company.... will NEVER do business with them again.

Pleasant, professional and great to work with! Michael was always helpful and Jim made the final paperwork easy at your Amsterdam location. (The Saratoga location was a no go, sales person couldn t be bothered to talk to us or show us any campers and told us to come back after April 15!) The Amsterdam location was eager and willing to show us what we needed and did not push to sell. Purchase was made the following week at Amsterdam location

After having a blow out on NY I-90 on a Sunday late afternoon, we limped into Alpin Haus RV early the next morning. From the very first hello, Assistant Service Manager, Dave Behuniak, extended outstanding service. Dealing with both our insurance and extended warranty, Dave assessed, presented options, and followed through with every detail. We ended up spending three days and nights at the Dealership/Service Center waiting for all of the parts to be delivered and work done to get us road worthy. The service technicians were extremely courteous and really knew their stuff. The entire staff made us feel like family and the waiting areas within the dealership were comfortable and spotlessly clean. This is a well run company from the top down. Dave even made arrangements, allowing us to stay in our trailer onsite in the evenings to cut down our stress level. While I hope our situation is never your situation, if you need service of any kind on your RV, I give Alpin Haus a glowing 10+ rating. Our are grateful Texans a long way from home.

My husband and I bought our Grand Design 395MS from Alpin Haus Our salesman was wonderful in showing and explaining all the benefits of the Grand Design. The Service Department was super helpful in giving us a detailed tutorial on how to operate our new RV And ever year since we ve bought the RV we always take it back to Alpin Haus for service and storage.There s been several things that got broke, or weren t tight enough. We added a TV and each time Parts and Service did a fantastic job of making sure everything was fixed, secured and ready for us to use the RV each season You won t go wrong dealing with Alpin Haus, no matter how far you come to deal with them.Also, our Grandson absolutely adores going camping with Nana and PopPop And we wouldn t have it any other way.

We recently purchased a 3 year old Airtream 27FB. It s an absolutely gorgeous trailer! We are looking forward to our many adventures in our home away from home. Heather in Sales was extremely helpful, very nice and fun to talk to. Jon did our walkthrough of the camper in the store room. So much fun we had plenty of laughs and fun figuring out the quirkiness of an airstream. They certainly aren t your average trailer, but we had so much fun figuring it out. This is our second purchase from Alpin Haus, I don t think we ll be looking in the future as we ve finally acquired our bucket list trailer but would go back if we were. Thank you Alpin Haus!

Our sales person Dave was awesome, no high pressure non-sense.Our finance team of Kyle and James were outstanding. When they gave us our payment info it included everything warranty, taxes. There were no hidden surprises, unlike the last time that we purchased an RV from a different dealership in the capital region.Like with any new RV they are going to be fit and finish issues, the service manager, Randy, and his team that we worked with got us in right away within a couple of days or even same day to get things fixed.When it came time for actual delivery of our new rig, which is a 2023 Coachmen cross trail 21XG, the person who did our walk-through tour was Morgan and he was phenomenal! He answered all of our questions as mundane as they were, because we knew nothing about the complicated water and electrical systems at this rig has, but he made everything understandable, and took his time to explain things without talking down to us. In this process actually took a few hours.If you are in the market for a new or used RV or have any type of RV repair issues, I cannot recommend Alpin Haus enough!

My husband and I bought our first camper from Alpin Haus, so when we decided we needed more pantry space and a bigger bedroom, we went back to them. They showed us one that had all that we were looking for-and more. Kim, Mark, kelly, and Keith were very helpful with the financial assistance and getting the hitch that we needed. Everything worked out! We can t wait to get going!

What an amazingly professional experience. From Heather in Sales, Kyle in financing, Vic in service and John who did my final walk through I couldn t have asked for a better experience. They were all so helpful and did everything they could to accommodate my individual needs. I highly recommend the Alpin Haus RV Center to anyone looking for a new or used RV and a great RV service center.

Great communication. Very friendly. They got the job done a week earlier than expected and for $500 less than quoted. They stayed later than closing time so that I could pick up my vehicle. They assisted me in collecting supplies that I needed out of my vehicle while it was in the shop. Overall wonderful experience.

Friendly team members were ready to answer all my questions, I felt they genuinely cared about my concerns and are willing to go the extra mile. We even had many laughs during the transaction. The follow up was excellent and never skipped a beat. Jake was great during the entire transaction. Thank You, Service after the sale could use a little tweaking, slow to respond, situations are resolved, but not when expected.

Dealing with Jennifer is delightful. She is certainly on top of any issue and goes the extra mile to assure results. She keeps customers informed of progress with orders and coach issues. She is an asset to the organization...definitely " a keeper"

Randy Robb has been great. He has kept in touch with us about all of our issues with our unit. Dave, the other service manager did not do that. We appreciate all that Randy has done and is still doing.

Honestly really disappointed in Alpin Haus. My husband I were prepared to purchase a fifth wheel we really liked from there- had financing ready, etc. We reached out to a salesman, were discussing the price of the RV and we re told to submit a form for our trade-in to determine what they would offer us. I made it a point to tell this salesman how when we purchased our last rv at a different rv store- we were dissatisfied with the way they didn t explain anything, didn t answer our question, etc. Given it was our first time buying an RV we didn t know any better. This time, we had done research, I provided comps for the RV we wanted supporting a certain price, etc., as we were ready to purchase. Once submitting our trade-in sheet with our current RV information filled out, the salesman completely ghosted us Stopped returning my emails, even when I followed up waiting for a trade-in estimate. I reached out via text as well, no answer. I honestly couldn t believe a business would conduct themselves like that. At first I thought maybe they sold the RV, but nope. The RV is still for sale and they ve lowered the price. I m not sure if since we reached out via email they thought we weren t serious (even though I made sure to express we have extremely busy schedules and didn t want to come in until we knew we could make the deal work, but submitted all of the paperwork to prove we were serious about purchasing and like I said, we already had financing ready). Overall, wouldn t recommend. Lost all my faith in this place when they decided we weren t worth the email/call back and lost a sale.

Our experience at Alpin Haus Port Jervis was very good! Our sales person, Michael Panarelli did a great job of showing us product that was within our budget and our desired options. Keith, Todd, finance manager, did a great job of reviewing all our documents at a nice pace, and taking time to explain any questions that we may have brought up. Another team member, Dan, from the service department did an excellent job with our new RV delivery. He thoroughly explained the operation of the various features and benefits of our new camper.

Alpin Haus in Amsterdam,NY is by far our Preferred RV Dealer. Even with todays Pandemic situation their customer service has not faltered. Sales,Management and Service all work together to make for a very Pleasurable buying experience. We have been working with Jennifer Downing for warranty repairs. She is a real pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly, easy to reach. Although we have had many necessary repairs on our new 2023Georgetown GT5 31 L5, Alpin Haus has taken good care of us. Our biggest problems have been slides that won't close. Also many smaller repairs were fixed by me. Although a well designed coach, Forest River needs to improve their qiality control a lot.

I took my motorhome in for repair to the passenger side. Insurance covered this. It went to Browns collision in Amsterdam. When it got there they said there was a large scratch on the drivers side also. I told AlpinHaus that I did not have a scratch on that side. Because AlpinHaus takes pictures of rvs coming and leaving their site theywere able to show that my rv was not scratched as it left AlpinHaus. They talked to Brown who graciously accepted responsibility for the scratch and repaired it no cost to me. Both companies are the best in my opinion.

I have been using Alpin Haus since 1999 to purchase two new diesel pusher motorhomes and for service. I travel 268 miles from my home on the East end of Long Island for a reason. Alpin Haus has the friendliest, helpful and talented employees including the owners. And that says alot.I have worked with Dave Behuniak, Kris Lais, Randy, Eric Kres, and Billy frequently and you won't find better people at any RV facility and I have been to many over the last 29 years.The technicians are the absolute best. I look forward to getting my work done at Alpin Haus.

Brought our camper in for year end service and noticed the wheels were leaning, Asked the service advisor Julie to have it looked at. Turns out we had a bent axel, we turned in a claim to our insurance company and Julie handled the rest. She worked with the insurance company and the axel supplier who agreed both axels should be upgraded, we have new axels and accessories and all is good. Julie kept me up to speed on progress by text every step of the way. Best experience we have ever had at an RV Dealer.

I came in to schedule a vehicle inspection, and the service department was able to fit me in right then. My vehicle was in and out in maybe a half hour. Oooh my dog was able to hang out inside with me in their cozy lounge area too!
