I Dropped my truck off on my way to work for It s yearly inspection, was contacted by Jeremy and he let me know that my drive belt was split.I said go right ahead and replace it. Jeremy and the guys are always great to work with & thorough. I love doing business with them an that s why I ll always go to them!

Last week I was traveling out of town for work but as soon as I got off the Amsterdam exit my tire pressure went really low. I decided to stop at Adirondack Tire which was near my job so being in a foreign town I was hesitant at first. When I first go there the Manager was so nice and took my car right in the shop to be seen immediately . He told me what was wrong and where I should look to get the tires ( I have a foreign car ) so the tires are hard to find. I looked a few places and finally found a place that carried my front tire. I called the manager back and he was nice enough to fit me in to get my tire on so I can get home which I had to drive over 100 miles!.. The best part about this he made me feel comfortable. He was very reassuring and knowledgeable and added on a few notes that were very helpful to me about other things that I needed work on with my car that I was unaware of. Thank you Adirondack Tire for saving the day! I would recommend this shop to anyone. They turned my bad day into a better day!

Integrity and customer service are not often expected at auto repair facilities these days. Jeremy and the crew at Adirondack are the exception. I have been working with them for a few years on my family s auto needs (tires for my truck and camper and inspections).Their prices are very competitive but their service is reason enough to go here

Jeremy and the guys over at ADK have put together the best tire shop in town! I d recommend them over any other shop, they ve always been friendly and timely on top of putting out stellar work! I have been going to Adirondack tire in Amsterdam since 2019 and I have to say that I have always recieved 5 star service for any vehicle issues and service. All of the positive reviews are true, Adirondack Tire & Service is the best place to go if you're looking for professional service by skilled, friendly, and HONEST people. Jeremy in particular was a true blessing and I only have positive things to say about him. I came in after many unfavorable experiences at other stores, and Jeremy helped me out tremendously with my situation. I ve been a customer for around 15 years, and I have no intentions of switching. Jeremy is friendly, personable, and easy to work with. I like to understand problems myself, and they have taken me into their garage multiple times to show me the issues they've discovered. They can do this confidently because they are honest people. Went early this morning requesting immediate inspection for tire and safety issues due to recent faulty body shop repair from another local business who refused to resolve the obvious issues they failed to repair after a months time. Jeremy was very understanding and put the car on the lift right away. His guys did a thorough inspection of all the tires, rims and brakes brought me into the shop to view a badly damaged rim and tire while it spun on a balancer. It was clear the prior damage had never been repaired as it should have been by the body shop on two of the four tires. He did not charge anything for the hour he and his people spent with the car, insisting on a free estimate, and provided good advice moving forward on dealing with the insurance company and body shop. They have won over a new and future customer!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Great place bring all my vehicles in. Their prices are great compared to else were. Pretty quick getting vehicles in. Great work done on any of my vehicles. Jeremy and his guys always do the best work. It s hard to find an honest and reputable shop where you aren t charged an arm and a leg for services. I have brought multiple vehicles here and have always had good experiences and have never been steered in the wrong direction. I have and will continue using their service!

We were about 200 miles away from home and ran a flat. We stopped by another shop and they just refilled our air and sent us on our way. The tire went flat again after about an hour and we stopped by here, Adirondack got us into the shop and onto the road with a fixed tire in under an hour. Polite, fast and professional. Adirondack Tire customer service is far the best that I have encountered from an auto service provider in several years. Recently, I needed a set of tires and NYS inspection as soon as possible, before I traveled on vacation, and Jeremy made it happen. I appreciate his dedication and continued services. He never lets me down. I will not go anywhere else.
