No one likes getting into an accident but they made the process much better. They handled my rental and the estimate was seamless. They were in touch with me throughout the process. Melissa was great!When I picked up my car not only was the work too-notch but my car was detailed and looking great. Andrew and his team were wonderful to work with. Andrew, the owner and Maureen, the Administrative Assistant are simply the BEST!! Both were very compassionate and provided excellent service and support to get our car back to factory standard all around. Additionally, I must highlight the family feeling that both exude as they helped me navigate the claims process and made sure everything was taken care of before we left the shop. We appreciate all the wisdom and support that is freely given to all who walk through the door. If your car has a little ding or a lot of dang ,you definitely should take it to Andrew for an honest assessment. Thanks Andrew and Maureen for taking great care of us.

Maureen was one of the nicest, most thorough people I have ever met. Andrew was top notch in going above and beyond. They made everything so seamless. To top it off, I don't think the car looked this good even when it was brand new.

If there were a total of 10 gold stars I would have marked them all! Professional, caring & top quality service is what I received from Maureen, Andrew, Dan & staff. My car looks & drives like new again! A special thank you to Maureen who is incredibly compassionate & organized. I highly recommend Village Line Auto Body for their exceptional service.

This place is a total gem. you can really tell that the staff here including Andrew, the mechanics, especially Danny and Maureen at the front desk, truly cares about you and your safety. They are so kind and helpful. Having never been here before, my first car accident was very traumatic, my car was wrecked. and From now on I will ONLY come here, because they did such an amazing job with the repair of my vehicle, which was almost totaled. I would recommend this place to anyone, they are so accommodating. Thank you Village line for taking care of me and my car, especially Maureen, who went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me in a crisis. She really is such a nice woman and village line is lucky to have her!!!

Easily the best customer service experience I've ever had regarding my vehicle. Andrew and Maureen were so helpful after my accident and advised me of the best course of action with my insurance and the repairs. They fully detailed my car and it looks brand new! I could not be happier with their work.

I have to say working with Andrew and the staff at Village line Auto body was the best customer service anyone could want. The entire staff is very friendly, there's no hesitation in wanting to help on any level whatever it is you may need to ask. Andrew and his Mechanic's do top of line work and they go out of their way to make sure that not only the job is done right the first time. No matter how little something might be they simply want it to be right and for you to be 150% satisfied with the service and the work they have done. Maureen, the office manager is just fantastic. she has kept me up to date the whole time my car was being worked on and if any question came up for any reason, I was not kept waiting for an answer as to what was being done or work that needed to be performed. Bottom line car accidents are a big Pain in the B***to begin with. Everyone at Village Line makes it as easy as possible and the work is first rate and a fair deal all around I could not be happier the the work or the staff. If your in the Nassau/Suffolk area and unfortunately have an accident and need you car fixed you can't go wrong buy giving Village Line, Andrew and his staff a chance to do the job Right and you will be extremely satisfied with the end result.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I cannot put into words how grateful and impressed I was with Village alone. The customer service and the effort put forward was nothing short of incredible. From Maria being super attentive and answering any questions on the phone, to Andrew who did a great job leading the repair with the rest of the staff, I cannot recommend anyone else to do body work.The team went above and beyond to fix my dented up car that got hit and run. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto body shop, look no further than Village Line. I recently had my car repaired there and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and customer service I received. The repair work was exceptional. My car looks as good as new, and the paint job is flawless. They also took the time to thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of my car. Andrew is the best and a true professional. I come from the Shirley area, so the shop is about a 40-45 minute drive from me, but it was 100% worth it. I would recommend them to anyone I know!

Recently got work done on my Jeep and it looks brand new! Andrew dealt with my insurance company and got me into a rental in no time. I also was able to get my car detailed as well. I would definitely recommend this great service!

I had an accident in the spring of 2022 that really messed up the front of my car and was causing the car to malfunction. When I went to pick it up, everything looked like new, and the car was running great. They also handle everything with the insurance company so that everything in need of repair gets done. I highly recommend them.

After someone rear ended my car, I was devastated. I reached out to Village Line and asked for a quote. They said it would be more than $1,500 in damage (ended up as $6,300) and helped me decide the best course of action. I am extremely grateful to Village Line as I recieved my car back in beautiful condition and a timely manner.Thank you Andrew and team for a pleasant experience when it could've been an absolute mess.

I have used Village Line twice for body repairs and it was the best experience i have ever had with any auto shop. Their level of professionalism is unmatched. I had an extremely satisfying experience with Village Line Auto with the repairs of my truck after my accident. They gave me advice with to how to handle my rental vehicle and save myself some money and they always stayed on top of my auto insurance company with my claim and progress of my repairs and payment. Words cannot even describe how grateful I am to have an auto body shop like this. I was in such a stressful time with the accident itself, the rental, coverages the list can go on. Andrew reassured me throughout the entire process not to worry about a thing. That is exactly what happen, I did not worry about a thing. Not only was the customer service unbelievable the job was too. My truck looks amazing the same it looks the day I drove it out of the dealership lot. I needed so much done to my truck from my accident and it was done in a month's time. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very good service. Guys are very professional. My Grand Cherokee was brought over after I was in an accident for repairs. Andrew reached out to me the day after and we met to discuss what will take place. From the moment I met him he is very professional and knowledgeable. They handled everything. When I got my truck back it was like brand new and still drives the same. I would recommend this place and definitely will go back for detailing service (hopefully no more accidents). I needed some body work done on my Mazda. I was reluctant in using a local shop because I had bad experiences in my area. I was told by a family member about Village Line Autobody in Amityville. So I contacted them. Spoke with Andrew and his staff. I can't tell you how impressed I was with there honesty, professionalism and dedication to me and my car. They helped me with getting a rental, worked with my insurance company and made my car look like new. My car is an 2017 Mazda.and I am so happy with the end result.I can't say enough about them. Village Line Autobody performed great work on my car. The service from Andrew and his staff was everything a customer could ask for. My car looks brand new and the work was done in a timely manner. Village Line is my go to for any repairs. I recently got rear ended and needed some extensive work done on my brand new car - insurance was a nightmare and Andrew was beyond helpful in guiding me through it all and helping me navigate it all. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and of course the quality of their work. My car is back to brand new and they worked really hard to get it back to me as fast as possible!
