If you need body work done, Impact Collision is the place to go. I ve had a couple cars done by Vinny and his crew, throughout the years.Just recently, they did a restoration job to my baby .a 69 Corvette. I won t let anyone else touch that car.Vinny kept me in the loop, throughout the entire process. Sent me pics/videos, and we texted/talked constantly. He even had a great recommendation for a transport guy. If you want to best, go with Impact.Thanks guys for incredible job!

Impact collision was a great professional experience! Every aspect from when I first walked in the door for an estimate, to when my vehicle was dropped off and then completeld, no drama at all bc everyone was super nice and extremely helpful! !! I highly recommend this place to everyone that needs auto collision/accident repairs .

From the first contact with Liz when I called until I picked the car up, Impact Collision was an absolute pleasure to work with!! They were professional, prompt and reasonably priced. Our Rogue was hit from behind and they took care of everything for us from the insurance company, rental car and excellent prompt workmanship! Happy to do business with them!

Wouldn t go anywhere else than Impact Collision for our auto body needs. They are honest, fair, professional and can t imagine anyone doing a better job as their work is meticulous. They have worked on a few of our cars over the years and we are always amazed by the work they do. Hopefully we won t have a need, but if we do, we will be back without a second thought. Highly recommend!

Impact did a fantastic job in my Mercedes GLE Coupe I was told by other collision companies, after a deer ran into the side of my driver doors, that I would have to replace both doors. Impact took care of my car for a reasonable price without having to replace the doors. I am very grateful to have had them service my vehicle. Thank you Vinny for your great service!

I ve had a few experiences with Impact Collision and they ve all been excellent. From the initial assessment through completion , all aspects of the project were conducted with professionalism, great communication and of course, the work is perfect. Don t bother shopping around - this company checks off all the boxes for a stress free , fairly priced , high quality body work experience.

My family and I have used Impact Collision in the past. Vinny and the crew do an amazing job! They not only fix your car but they detail it also. Vinny and Lisa deal with the insurance which is always a headache. They also work with you if you have to pay out of pocket. Impact is very convenient and they're next door to Enterprise which helps when you need a rental. This was the case for me. Unfortunately this year (2018) my father and I were both involved in accidents that were not our fault. Both of our cars looked brand new once Impact was done. I only have pictures of my car. My son recently had an accident and the car was brought to Impact Collision and they took care of everything. The repair is impeccable an everyone is absolutely terrific. Repairs were done quickly and again the car looks brand new.

An 8 point buck took the liberty of swan diving at full speed into my truck while driving home on Labor day weekend. Called Vinny the next day, brought my truck over to the shop and he and his team quickly got to work. Guided me through the tricky insurance process and immaculately repaired my truck. The outcome was incredible! Looks as good as the day I drove off the lot new in 2019. Absolutely recommend Vinny and his crew for any auto body work you need. Plus the custom work he does looks incredible too. Got a sneak peek at some of the crazy looking trucks getting work done there as well. Hands down best auto body shop on Long Island.

These guys are the best. I am a repeat customer. The reason? Because they do the job right, they explain it in a way you can understand it, the whole process is hassle free and there are no issues after the job is done. Don t go anywhere else!!!

Vinny & his staff were so kind, helpful and professional. They handled everything with my insurance company to assure my repairs went smoothly from the body work, to suspension, to fixing my scuffed rims. They even helped with arranging my rental car. I highly recommend Impact Collision for your accident repairs! Within a month of purchasing a new vehicle, I was hit twice and both times I brought my vehicle to Impact. With the first accident, Vinny evaluated my vehicle and generated an itemized preliminary estimate including total cost of repair. He emailed me the estimate and I was able to send to the person who hit me (as the other driver offered to pay for repairs instead of going through insurance). I arranged a date to drop off my car for repairs and within a few days my car was ready and looked brand new! With the unfortunate second accident, I had gone through insurance. Vinny told me what to expect and was in contact with my insurance company. Once again my car was repaired and ready a few days after scheduled drop off.Accidents are always stressful, however, Vinny and the Impact team made the auto repair process seamless! I will recommend Impact to friends and family. In the unfortunate event I get into another accident I will be sure to go back to Impact!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was smashed in the middle of the night and I brought it to Impact for my repairs. I am not only blown away by the amazing work but by the customer service. They kept me updated every step of the way and returned the car looking brand new. They repaired the exterior damage and completely cleaned the interior (which was a disaster). Great experience! I was referred to Impact Auto Collision for collision repair by a friend. I hit a deer with my SUV and needed the front end of the car repaired. Vinny and his crew repaired the car on time and restored it to original condition. They clearly communicated repair updates and questions to me regarding replacement of OEM and after-market parts I had installed. The car was returned cleaned and washed. His shop is conveniently located a block from an Enterprise car rental location and getting a loaner vehicle was an easy process as well. Vinny delivers the service you hope for when having a vehicle repaired. Recommend!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding, Air conditioning

Great experience! Vinny and his crew did an amazing job fixing my car. He is very welcoming and friendly. They fixed my car in less than a week and gave me a great price! When I received my car back, it was so clean and the quality was top notch. The whole staff is helpful and nice. I wouldn t trust any other mechanic. I definitely would recommend them!

Best auto body shop on Long Island! Anytime I ve needed body work done to my car I bring to impact. They do amazing & extremely timely work and the staff is so friendly. My car leaves there looking incredible & extremely clean. I travel all the way from Eastern Suffolk County to make sure it gets worked on by the best! I would only recommend impact for body work to your vehicles!

From start to finish they made the process effortless. This was my first time having to put a claim in and Vinny was both knowledgeable and professional. Liz was amazing in dealing with the insurance company and most importantly; my truck looks as if there was never any damage!
