Brought my 20 year old truck for a bracket that rusted off and I wasn't sure it would be fixable. Matt looked at it and said he could fix it as long as the metal was good.1/2 a day later part was welded on and at a fair price! It was also nice talking to Matt who definitely has experience in all types of cars. Great doing business with you Matt and thanks again!Service: Welding

There comes a time in everyone's life where the only three words you want to hear are "I got this." Matt is a calming and confident professional. His repair work is undetectable -- even to an artist's eye. The car was ready a day ahead of schedule, and looks better than when we brought it in. Five Stars aren't enough to explain how exceptional Eastside Collision is. Matt and his team were above all expectations. They, over months of hard and tedious work, completed a dream come true !My husbands 1969 Z28 Camaro was garaged for 35 years.Working together, they accomplished an amazing beautiful restoration !Though this took months , all aspects were impeccably detailed. There was constant contact with Matt and crew , going over every purchase and detail. Matt and his staff have become our friends.In todays world, finding a company that is trustworthy, loyal, and so knowledgable of their trade is a rarity. We've found these to be true at "Eastside". We would ,and have, highly recommended "Eastside" to those whom have seen our restore. Would we do in again , ABSOLUTLEY !.There's no where else ... "EASTSIDE" ...is the best !Thank you Matt and crew .

Eastside Collision is a top shelf auto body shop!. The service from beginning to end was outstanding. Making you feel comfortable and getting you into a loaner car took just a few minutes out of your schedule. Matt's attention to detail is incredible!! My car looked like the day I took it out of the showroom. If you are looking for a quality job then you are in the right place!! I give Eastside a five star rating. Choose them and you won't be sorry!!

East Side Collision was EXCELLENT!! Matt and his team are professionals who care about the look of your car. I had two minor accidents and my white BMW 328i xdrive needed dent and paint work. I received updates with photos and daily text messages and appreciated this so much. I didn t need to call to ask for an update. My car came out looking like new again. I m so happy with the work and outcomes Customer service is more than 5 stars! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of body work.

I picked my car up today and Matt and his team did a spectacular job! My car has never looked this good. Matt was kind enough to send me pictures of my car while it went through the stages of repairs. He made the arrangements for the rental car to be at his shop when I dropped my car off. Kudos to Matt and his team. I'm hoping that I don't need collision services in the future but if I do, Eastside Collision is the ONLY place I would go.

Just want everyone to know what a positive experience I had with Matt! I picked this garage from a Google search, based on his ratings, alone. So, I was a little nervous, but needed to make a fast decision as my tow truck was on its way! I am so happy I found Eastside. Their rates were reasonable, they were super fast and the quality was great. Not once did I feel taken advantage of in any way, shape or form. Matt was fantastic to work with. Highly recommended as an honest body shop mechanic.

When I had my accident and the tow truck operator made the recommendation to use Eastside, I was reluctant but took his recommendation. Fortunately I have not had an accident in nearly 30 years and because of such, I had no collision services experience. All said and done, the owner Matt and his team worked diligently on my behalf with the insurance company and the entourage of auditors to finish my car quickly and efficiently. Upon pickup, Matt walked me through a slide show demonstrating the several stages of recovery over the last 30 days. I could have not been more impressed Eastside and thankful to the tow truck operator from Conlon for the excellent recommendation in the initial crisis!

If you like dealing with a true professional, Matt is your man! He is honest & stays in constant communication. You can tell he cares and wants to make his customers happy. My cute little Jetta was in good hands and got a lovely extreme makeover. Good as new! Conveniently located (one block both from Rt 110 and Sunrise Hwy) -- highly recommend Matt & his team.

I've visited Matt at Eastside Collision twice. Once was when one of our cars was cracked up in a snowstorm and, most recently, was to get my new pickup bed sprayed with bedliner. Both visits were nothing short of awesome. Matt spent the time to explain the process both times and documented them both with multiple pictures. He was extremely responsive to any questions and really helped us work with the insurance company with the cracked up car. To say that I couldn't be happier with his service would be an understatement. I highly recommend them for any auto body work you may have.

This is the best auto shop I have ever been to, hands down. I needed two new doors on my drivers side and was without a car for the time being it was in their shop. They took that into a sincere account, texted me updates every day, sent me pictures, and finished my car in 3 days. I was blown away by the service, the quality, and the consideration they had for my situation. 5 stars all the way. A HUGE thanks to eastside collision! My repairs were perfect, I was so happy to get my car back when promised. Matt, (the owner) and his team were so professional and friendly. They sent me photos of the work being done as they were doing it. I like that i can see how well they are doing.I will recommend them to everyone I know. can I add more stars to this rating LOL!

I am extremely happy with the work the team at east collision did with my car! This is the second time I go. It has been the same experience for me. Their customer service is exceptional. They are friendly, profesional. Matt is such a nice person. Every question I had, he'd always have an answer for me. Thank you, Matt for your hard work!!!

The customer service was excellent. Matt came in on his day off to look at my Infiniti G37. My car was repaired In a timely manner and the work was outstanding. I highly recommend Eastside auto collision for anyone looking for a hassle free experience.

The service at Eastside Collision is outstanding! Matt is a hospitable owner., when I arrived to obtain an estimate and I explained to Matt that I needed to get a rental so I could go to work, Matt contacted the car rental service and they picked me up and every thing worked out. I was in a vehicle and on my way to work in no time. Matt had the patience of a saint in dealing with the insurance company, he made me believe he would take care of everything and he did. He kept me in the loop via emails and phone calls. My vehicle was repaired in no time and in perfect condition. Matt you are the BEST!!!

Despite the circumstances, I had the best experience with Eastside Collision. I got into an accident on a Saturday, and Matt waited for me after hours to be towed there. He sent me pictures every step of the way showing what progress was being made, dealt with the insurance company , and he and his staff are all around great guys and very professional! Eastside Collision is a class operation. They helped address a lousy situation with professionalism and comforting experience to make the outcome a very positive one. They even helped us through the insurance claim. Their head guy Matt assured me everything would be okay and he made sure that was the case. My car looks great and I got it back when they said I'd have it back. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Simply stated - Eastside Collision is the best. We had an accident in NYC on a Friday night which rendered our car un-driveable. AAA left us hanging. Not sure what to do, we called Matt from Eastside. Matt arranged for a tow and handled everything from there. We didn't even need to wait for the tow truck. He really made it easy. The repair was perfect and was completed ahead of schedule. Can't say enough good things about the experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend Eastside Collision for their auto body collision repair work. It was an absolute delight to deal with honest people who not only take their time to properly assess the collision damage but to also completely explain what will be involved in the repair.My collision damage was mostly superficial and the repairs Eastside Collision performed on my car made it look brand new as if nothing happened to it at all. The metal and paint work were flawless. So much so that my original intent was to fix my car to trade it in or sell it to get a new car, but now that it looks so good again I am holding on to it a bit longer!

General info: I had my car towed to Eastside Collision instead of one the one my insurance company provided me with (yes, you are the person who chooses the shop). I did not been there before and but my friend said it's the best shop in LI and since he went there for the first time, he won't go anywhere else.Pros: I was little bit more than skeptic at first (come on, "no other body shop - ever") but employees working there were professional, kind, patient, took their job serious, explained everything, took care of dealing with insurance, and even though my Chevy was in a quite bad condition, they took it to verify that frame is intact, etc. and said that I shouldn't worry - they'll fix it. After I picked up a car I was shocked - the car was beautiful. Paint, color matching, detail of work - you'd never tell it was in a bad accident. Most important thing is that they don't try to scam you into paying for "broken parts" that are actually good, and when I asked for their prices if I'd come by my own - they're reasonable. Now, I, myself, won't choose any other shop for any work on the car.I realize that above description is almost unbelievable (I generally had bad experience with car shops), but they do really good job there for good prices, and you'll be definitely happy.Best car shop ever, just try it.Cons: Definitely none

Just picked up my Audi s4 for some paint work and detailing. Eastside does absolutely exceptional quality work!! They even sent progress pics of the process over the last few days.Highly recommend these guys from minor work to complicated jobs. Eastside is my new shop for auto body needs :)

I needed some serious mechanical and body work done on my car after it got hit during one of our constant snow storms. My friend Teddy recommended Eastside Collision as a good shop to go to. When I went to their website I saw exactly what I was looking for. A moderate sized company that didn't spend their customer's $$$ on constant ads and commercials. (I hate paying my $$$ for some company's advertizing). I was looking for a company where I'd get to spend my $$$ on service. I found that when I met Matt at Eastside Collision. Eastside did not restore my car to good condition...they made it look and run GREAT at a most reasonable cost. After you experience the quality at Eastside, you will probably thank me as I thank my friend Teddy.

i recomend if you ever need any repairs done on your car that you make sure you go to Matt at eastside collision. His main concern is making us happy with our cars. He is honest, and very reliable. Got my 2000 celica looking brand new! Thank you for everything.

Amazing service. Matt is just incredible. He made me feel very comfortable the whole time i was there. I felt secure that my car would be repaired beautifully and right. He kept me up to date on what was happening with my car. i didnt have to text him because he would text me an update before i could ask.My car came out beautifully repaired and i could be any happier.
