I was so impressed with this company. The man I spoke to on the phone was kind and reassuring and he had Mike on his way to me in minutes! I was disabled at a busy intersection and Mike handled everything very quickly and safely. After dropping the car off he then delivered me to my job so I could still work that day! What a great guy! Friendly and genuinely concerned for my welfare ...I felt very taken care of and appreciated the level of both professionalism and a sense of community within our interaction. I would recommend them to everyone!Thank you for making my breakdown such a positive experience!

I got locked out of my car. They DO NOT do car unlocking. This review is for their customer service.The man on the phone was apologetic about my situation and tried to think of other people in the area who might be able to help. I ended up calling Amsterdam Towing, but just based off of my phone conversation I highly recommend this business

The service was good. Driver and person I spoke with on the phone were both nice. They came speedily and on time. I would definitely recommend using their company.

My car s serpentine belt bit the dust and I was left stranded in the parking lot at my job. Called and they originally said they couldn t send someone for a few hours. Called back a few minutes later saying they could pick me up in 20 minutes and the person on the phone was very patient while I explained how to get to my location. Half hour later (mind you it s 5:30 and traffic on Western can be a pain) and we were bringing my car to where I was going to get my car serviced. Charged a fair rate for the haul. Would highly recommend!Service: Car towing
